第一篇：雅思口語訓(xùn)練

首先、確定你自己的英語水平。中國大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的通病是，書面閱讀還可以，口語不行，聽力很差，書寫湊合。但每個人具體情況又都不一樣，有人閱讀專業(yè)書一目 十行，但讀報紙很費勁。有人聽新聞可以，聽別的不行。你必須首先了解自己，然后針對你的情況對癥下藥。這種評估工作最好找英語好的人幫你做，如果不方便，只能自己評自己，就要盡量做到客觀。

其次、確定自己的發(fā)音水平。我有個朋友對我說他的發(fā)音沒問題，可實際上他說得很多詞我都聽不懂。你學(xué)的是英國音還是美國音都無所謂，反正最終從你嘴里出來 的肯定是中國音。最重要的是發(fā)音要合理。英語每一個單詞都有自己的念法，你不能憑空想象。比如，有人把RESUME讀做RE-/“SOOM，這樣，別人說 RE-SIU-/”MAY，你不知道是什么。你念RE-/"SOOM，別人也聽不懂。再次、確定自己的英語學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。我這里僅把口語交流做為目標(biāo)。

最后、開始學(xué)習(xí)。

1、口語學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵是要模仿人家的說話。這包括語音和語調(diào)兩部分。中國英語教學(xué)重視語調(diào)的很少，盡管很多時候語調(diào)可能比語音更重要。

2、有人機實時對話軟件什么的，簡單 的說就是讓你擁有私人的外教，智能對話，矯正發(fā)音 提高聽力，感覺還不錯呢！沒有電腦（買一臺錄音機找磁帶，這都比較落后了）。根據(jù)你的水平，可以選擇新概念第二或第三冊，也可以到去下載一些外國情景電 視劇。注意：篇幅不能太長，生詞量要小，過于簡單沒有關(guān)系。我傾向于使用故事，而不是對話或新聞聽力材料，如走遍美國，英語900句等等。

3、進(jìn)行跟讀訓(xùn)練。用完美英語視聽學(xué)習(xí)王播放，看著字幕，搞明白每一個單詞的意思，理解整個故事情節(jié)。然后播放追隨光標(biāo)，放一句，學(xué)著人家讀一句，然后，放下一句，再學(xué)一句，繼續(xù)。

4、跟讀過程中要注意的兩點：

（1）一定要盡力模仿發(fā)音和語調(diào)，越象越好。

（2）每一句可以回倒重放，但我傾向于讓大家完成一小段后再回去重來。

5、同步閱讀。當(dāng)你對發(fā)音、語調(diào)完全掌握之后，就要在放錄音的同時同步跟讀。爭取讓自己的聲音與他完全重合。注意語調(diào)和語音。如果中間有結(jié)巴的地方也不要緊，繼續(xù)讀下去，然后再回來重讀。

6、注意使用學(xué)到的語音語調(diào)。當(dāng)滾瓜爛熟之后，可以進(jìn)入下一個材料。

這樣，一兩個月之后，當(dāng)你“精讀”過五到十篇約一千字篇幅的材料之后，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的英語發(fā)音和聽力有了明顯的進(jìn)步。再配合其他學(xué)習(xí)，如與人聊天，看電視，聽廣播，等等，口語水平會得到顯著提高。

學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要性已經(jīng)是不言而喻的了，可實際生活中，由于對口語、聽力訓(xùn)練不夠，大部 分高中畢業(yè)生、非英語專業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生口語發(fā)音不準(zhǔn)、說話不流利且聽力太差，無法用英語進(jìn)行交流。這里我向大家介紹學(xué)習(xí)英語口語的兩大法寶：科學(xué)聊天法與句子庫法。

日常會話屬于非正式口語。平時多去英語角，多與人用英語聊天，是練習(xí)英語會話的不二法門。可聊天畢竟是為了學(xué)習(xí)口語，當(dāng)然也要注意方法，即科學(xué)聊天法，方法實際上也很簡單：

1）方法：a.聊天前做好主題準(zhǔn)備工作，包括了解話題、查找所涉及的單詞、準(zhǔn)備能套幾十個常用句型備用。b.身上裝上一本15000詞左右的英漢小詞 典和一本1萬詞條左右的漢英小詞典。c.聊天過程中不要怕在對方面前查字典。無關(guān)緊要的話可以想法用其它句子說清楚，關(guān)鍵的詞則一定要查字典。d.聊完天后應(yīng)對從今天聊天中學(xué)到的單詞、表達(dá)法、句型進(jìn)行登記總結(jié)，并背下來。

2）注意事項：a.復(fù)習(xí)預(yù)習(xí)工作一定要做，只有這樣每一次聊天才會有較大的收益。b.不要怕丟面子。成年人學(xué)英語最大的敵人是自己，尤其是自己的“面子”。c.自我對話與口頭作文也是一種很好的口語訓(xùn)練法。

一般會話，非正式口語就足夠了，可要參加技術(shù)交流、商務(wù)會談、正式會議等，練好正式的口語就很有必要了，這就是句子庫法。方法如下：a.在閱讀過程中、從書本例句中、從對話中看、聽到地道、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、典型、或優(yōu)美的句子摘抄下來。b.將每一個摘抄的句子分別記在不同卡片或紙條上 隨身攜帶。c.隨時取出盡量做到大聲、快速、清晰地讀幾遍。d.經(jīng)常回憶所記的句子。e.積累到一定量后分類總結(jié)設(shè)立“自己”的句子庫。

拿出一篇英語文章來先看懂，反復(fù)看幾遍，爭取記住里面的內(nèi)容(注意千萬別背)，然后把文章翻扣在桌上，對著墻用自己的英語將剛才讀過的文章復(fù)述出來(注意是復(fù)述，不是背誦)，一開始根本記不住，就打開文章再看一遍，然后再翻扣過來用英語述說，遇到卡殼的地方就翻過文章再看一看，看看人家原文怎么說，再翻扣過去復(fù)述??直到把整個文章說完，反復(fù)練習(xí)多遍后，不僅可以流利地述說這篇文章，還可以改換說法，用各種各樣的方法述說，如先說開頭后說結(jié)尾、先說中間后說兩頭，長話短說、短話長說??不用多，只需幾篇文章，就可以練出流利的英語口語，而且保證地道正確，比外國人說的還標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因為所有的句子和表達(dá)方法都來自書上，還能有錯?這樣練習(xí)口語，進(jìn)步飛速。比和外國人面對面說英語進(jìn)步還快，因為面對面聽不懂還不好意思問人家，現(xiàn)在是自己說了算，有任何不懂的地方馬上可以查字典，查一個小時也沒人管你。想學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)的口語就拿醫(yī)學(xué)文章來反述，想學(xué)軍事的口語就用軍事文章來反述，想說什么就說什么，直到學(xué)會。用“復(fù)述法”學(xué)習(xí)，幾個月就可以講一口流利的英語，信不信由你，請試試吧。

需要注意的是，一開始一定要從簡單的文章開始復(fù)述，千萬別以為自己水平很高，急著先拿復(fù)雜的高級文章來復(fù)述。不管你的閱讀水平有多高，在口語上一定要謙虛地把自己當(dāng)成剛學(xué)說話的小嬰兒，要甘心從頭開始學(xué)習(xí)，要從第一個臺階開始邁起，不要以為一步跨上3個臺階才算進(jìn)步快，英語不難學(xué)，可大多數(shù)人心急，偏要一步邁上第十個臺階，結(jié)果把本來很簡單的一件事搞得十分艱難。
