北京語言大學校園選拔賽策劃
一、比賽時間和地點
時間：2011年10月25日晚上19：00
地點：待定
二、比賽目的為促進我校英語學科素質教育的發展，激發我校學生的英語學習熱情，營造濃郁的校園英語學術文化氛圍并展現當代大學生的青春風采，同時為推薦選手參加第十七屆中國日報社“21世紀杯”全國英語演講比賽。
三、比賽規則
（1）比賽形式：定題演講、抽題即興演講
（2）定題演講主題：Cultural diversity vs.cultural integration（文化發展之路：多元與趨同之爭）
（3）比賽規則：選手按照規定的要求完成定題演講和抽題即興演講，評審委員會根據選手的綜合表現現場打分。定題演講每人限時3分鐘。即興演講每人限時2分鐘，還剩30秒時會有計時牌提示。
（4）比賽流程：
1)往屆選手寄語。
2)介紹到場嘉賓、評委。
3)介紹選手：每人30秒。
4)定題演講：選手按提前抽簽順序出場進行演講，每人限時3分鐘。
5)即興演講：選手上臺前20分鐘抽取題目，根據抽簽題目即興作答，每人限時2分鐘。
6)評委點評、打分。
7)頒獎。
四、參賽選手
本屆大賽面向全體中國籍本科生，由選手自主報名參與網上海選。截至互聯網海選結束時，排名靠前的3名選手及院系推薦的12名互聯網選拔賽選手(共15名選手)將晉級現場校園選拔賽。各院系推薦選手的名額為：外國語學院英語系3人，外國語學院亞歐語系2人，人文學院2人，信息科學學院2人，國際商學院2人，高級翻譯學院1人。
五、獎項設置
校園選拔賽設特等獎兩名、一等獎兩名、二等獎兩名、三等獎四名、優勝獎四名。特等獎選手將代表我校參加第十七屆中國日報社“21世紀杯”全國英語演講比賽京津地區決賽。所有獲獎選手均將獲得大賽組委會頒發的證書。
六、評委組成初賽聘請我校中外專家組成評審委員會，任組長。
七、宣傳方案
（1）報名宣傳
1)主干道宣傳欄、宿舍區布告板張貼海報與橫幅； 2)聯系各院系組織互聯網海選報名； 3)利用北語新聞網、人人網宣傳。（2）決賽宣傳
1)主干道宣傳欄、宿舍區布告板張貼決賽海報與橫幅； 2)在食堂大屏幕播放宣傳DV； 3)利用北語新聞網、人人網宣傳； 4)決賽前兩天中午宿舍區發傳單； 5)通知各院系派代表前來觀賽。（3）賽后宣傳
1)比賽結果以海報形式在主干道宣傳欄、宿舍區布告板上進行公示；
2)在北語新聞網、人人網上公示比賽結果； 3)校內刊物配合宣傳； 4)校廣播臺配合宣傳。

鄭州大學舉辦“21世紀杯”全國英語演講比賽校園選拔賽

日前在鄭州大學外語學院舉行第十八屆“21世紀·可口可樂杯”全國英語演講比賽鄭州大學校園選拔賽。經過班級初賽、院系復賽選拔和任課教師推薦的14名選手參加了當晚的決賽。選手們緊緊圍繞大賽主題：Myviewonsocialnetworking，各抒己見，從自己獨特的視角表達了對社交網絡的看法和見解，他們用純正的發音、豐富的內容及富有感染力的肢體語言，贏得了評委和觀眾的贊揚，展現了我校大學生良好的素質和向上的風貌。
擔任現場評委的外籍教師ErikaDyk女士在點評中表示，各位選手的演講傳遞出巨大的力量，表明他們十分關注這個主題。同時，恰當的肢體語言，如笑容、手勢或站姿等無聲語言也有助于增強他們語言的表現力。
經鄭州大學外語學院6名專家及3名外籍教師組成的評委團現場打分，最終，鄭州大學外語學院2010級學生張若菲獲得冠軍、鄭州大學基礎醫學院2011學生吳俊儒獲得亞軍、鄭州大學外語學院2010級學生張燁獲得季軍。
與會嘉賓共同為冠、亞、季軍均發了證書和獎品。獲獎選手將代表鄭州大學參加12月底舉辦的“21世紀杯”全國英語演講比賽河南賽區比賽。
第三篇：英語演講比賽選拔賽策劃
信息工程學院英語演講比賽選拔賽策劃 一：活動背景
在日益激烈的國際競爭中，英語水平已成為衡量人才的重要標準。在大學中，英語達到一定水準也是大學生畢業的必要條件。我校英語演講比賽即將開始，希望通過選拔比賽來為信息工程學院選出優秀賽手參加學校英語演講比賽，并且為同學提供一個提高英語水平，鍛煉自我、展現自我的平臺。
二：活動內容
1.活動時間：未定
2.活動地點：一教、逸夫樓報告廳
3.活動宗旨：選拔參加學校英語演講比賽賽手，提高大學生英語水平，提供一個自我展現的平臺，同時，通過此次比賽鍛煉學習部干事的能力。
4.參賽對象：信息工程學院10、11級學生
5.評委：學工辦老師、英語老師、英語輔導員、上屆英語演講比賽獲獎者及主持人某某
6.策劃單位：信息工程學院學習部
三：活動前期準備工作
1：任務分工
開部門會議將部門人員分為兩組，一組主要負責策劃、聯系、任務分配等腦力工作，另一組主要負責教室借用、會場布置、賽場紀律維持
等體力勞動，在賽前都需開部門會議安排具體工作，如教室的借用、宣傳物品的懸掛等
2：宣傳工作
（1）在學工辦弄好懸掛申請表，其中包括一張海報和一張噴繪。
（2）聯系信工院宣傳部做一張選拔賽海報，聯系噴繪公司做一張宣傳噴繪。
（3）聯系信工院網絡部在網站上宣傳這次比賽。
（4）做好選拔賽的通知，通知內容應包括報名時間、報名方式（由各班班長或學習委員統計報名人員信息并統一交至一名干事手中）和比賽的時間地點和大概流程，并在學工辦蓋好章。
（5）將通知發到每個班級的班長手中并要他在班上宣傳，在宿舍樓的宣傳欄上貼好通知。
（6）定期將海報和通知貼與金翰林宣傳欄上。
3：聯系工作
由學習部成員聯系學工辦老師、英語老師、英語輔導員、上屆英語演講比賽獲獎者，告知比賽的時間、地點和比賽的流程并確定上臺點評的評委，聯系其它團委學生會部門來賽場幫忙（如請女生部做迎賓工作），聯系由各班班長上交報名名單上的同學確認報名并在比賽前一段時間再次通知以防發生突發情況。
4：主持人培訓
確定比賽主持人，寫好主持人演講稿熟讀演講稿并做好決賽所需的PPT，在賽前進行模擬比賽以熟悉主持人發言稿和PPT。
5：內務工作
借比賽場地和比賽時所需的物品（如話筒、桌立等可以在學工辦借到），購買比賽時所需物品（如評委嘉賓的水、膠布、剪刀等）。6：演講主題的確定和抽簽工作
演講主題可由學習部成員聯系英語老師來確定幾個主題，用于賽前抽簽決定選手比賽時發言主題，在比賽前一段時間聯系賽手到舊團辦抽取演講主題。
7：會場布置工作
初賽場地：在一教門口貼好選拔賽海報，擺好一教的位子，在位子的前排有序的擺好桌立、礦泉水及嘉賓所需的筆紙，在黑板上寫上“信息工程學院英語演講比賽選拔賽”。
決賽場地：在報告廳門前貼好海報，在座位前排擺好桌立，礦泉水、筆紙，在演講臺上弄好話筒，放好PPT。
四：活動流程
1.初賽
（1）安排觀賽人員就坐，主持人上臺介紹到場的評委、嘉賓和賽事流程。
（2）參賽選手按順序上臺發言，首先進行一分鐘的自我介紹，再進行演講，演講內容即為賽前抽到的主題。
（3）所有選手演講完畢后，主持人請評委代表上臺對參賽選手進行點評并請其他評委離場商議比賽結果。
（4）主持人上臺宣讀比賽結果。
（5）主持人宣布比賽結束，請觀賽著離開賽場，請評委、嘉賓、參賽人員和工作人員留下來進行合影。
（6）清場，將座椅擺放原位，清點物品是否有遺失。
2.決賽
（1）安排觀眾就位，主持人上臺發言介紹到場的嘉賓和評委。
（2）主持人播放PPT，回顧和總結初賽，介紹決賽流程。
（3）選手按順序上臺發言，首先進行一分鐘自我介紹，在按賽前抽定的主題進行演講
（4）所有選手演講完畢后，主持人上臺請評委代表上臺點評和總結。
（5）評委商議比賽結果。
（6）主持人上臺宣讀比賽結果。
（7）主持人宣布比賽結束，請觀眾離開比賽場地，請評委、嘉賓、選手和工作人員留下留影。
（8）清場，整理清點物品，對場地進行打掃。
五：活動總結
學習部全體成員認真寫好工作總結。

專家點評:引用文學大師的詩句作為開場白，與結束語首尾呼應，頗有感染力。東西方文化的融合表現得十分鮮明，意味深長，是篇優秀的演講。crossing the sea good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.the title of my speech today is crossing the sea.an english poet by the name of rudyard kipling once wrote in his poem we and they: all the people like us are we and everyone else is they we live over the sea while they live over the way we eat pork and beef with cowhorn-handled knives they who gobble their rice off a leaf are horrified out of their lives.when these lines first caught my eyes, i was shocked-how could two peoples remain so isolated and ignorant of each other in the past? todays society, of course, is an entirely different picture.those people who used to eat with cowhorn-handled knives might be very skillful in using chopsticks, and those people who used to gobble their rice might be as well have taken to fish and chips.indeed, just take china as an example: our modern life has been influenced by western style of living in so many ways that its no longer surprising to see teenagers going crazy about rock-and-roll, whole families dining out at mcdonalds and even rather elderly people dressed in apple jeans.however, these are only some expressions of the cultural changes taking place in our society today.what is really going on is a subtle but significant restructuring of the nations mentality.just look around.it is therefore evident that we as descendants of an ancient eastern civilization are already living under strong inf1uence of the western culture.but it is not only in china that we find the incorporation of the two cultures.take the chinese acupuncture as another example: this traditional treatment of diseases is finally finding its way to the west and hence the underlying notion that illness is resulted from the imbalance between yin and yang within the body--an idea which would strike any westerner as incredible in the past!ladies and gentlemen, we live in a great epoch when the global integration of economy and the information revolution have brought cultures of the world closer than ever before.we live in a particular era when countries, east and west, find themselves in need of readjusting their traditional values.we live, at the same time, at a critical juncture of our evolution because such problems as ethnic conflicts and regional unrest are increasingly posing a threat to the peace and happiness of the whole human race.to cope with such an era and to embrace an even brighter therefore, it is our sacred responsibility to promote the cultural exchanges and hence the mutual understanding between china and the rest of the world.it is my happiest dream that the new generation of chinese will not only grow up drinking coca-cola and watching hollywood, but also be blessed with the far-reaching benefits of multiple cultures;benefits that our forefathers had never, ever dreamed of.to end my speech, i would like to quote rudyard kipling again: all the people like us are we and everyone else is they but once you cross over the sea you will end by looking on we as only a sort of they thank you.譯文:穿越海洋

第一次讀到這首詩，我很震驚——過去兩個民族何以如此疏離、彼此陌生?當然今日的社會呈現出完全不同的情景:那些過去吃米飯的人們也開始喜歡吃魚和薯條。的確如此，就拿中國來說，西方的生活方式已經廣泛地影響了我們的現代生活，以致對于年輕人對搖滾樂著迷，全家去吃麥當勞，老年人穿蘋果牌牛仔褲，大家都已習以為常。
然而，這不過是我們當今社會中所發生的文化變遷的表面現象而已，真正發生的卻是我們的民族心理開始了微妙而又有重大意義的重建，大家只要看看周圍就會清楚。

為了貫徹北華大學第五次教學工作會議精神，進一步豐富我校廣大青年學生的課余文化生活，提高我校學生的思辨能力、邏輯思維能力以及語言表達能力，發掘培養儲備辯論人才，全面提升我校學生的綜合素質，同時也為了加強各學院之間的交流協作，共同營造良好的校園文化氛圍，應校團委號，我院決定舉辦第十六屆“外研社·亞馬遜杯”全國大學生英語辯論賽電氣信息工程學院選拔賽。具體活動方案如下：
一、參賽對象：
電氣信息工程學院全體在校同學
二、競賽時間：
4月14日晚六點
三、活動地點：
3107
四、主辦單位：電氣信息工程學院團支部
五、報名方式：（截至2012年4月13日）
本次活動采取自愿報名的原則，各班班長將報名人員名單于4月13日晚8 點之前交到2208.六、活動流程：
1、參賽選手用英文進行簡單的自我介紹。
2、參賽選手朗讀由評委選出來的英語文章。
3、評委與參賽選手進行英語口語的即興交流。
4、選出前兩名參加學校組織的第十六屆“外研社亞馬遜杯”全國大學生英語辯論賽
七、準備工作：
1、做好宣傳工作：負責人下班宣傳，將本次活動的宗旨和意義向同學們闡述，鼓勵同學們積極參與。
2、邀請評委
3、準備好礦泉水和評分單
4、活動之后保持好教室衛生
