一、部門主要職能
1、做到倉庫區(qū)域劃分明確,物料標(biāo)識(shí)清楚
2、做好產(chǎn)品的收發(fā)存工作,貨品在倉管理,庫存數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)更新
3、保證各平臺(tái)訂單,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確高效快捷的配送到顧客,控制成本
4、保證庫存準(zhǔn)確性,及時(shí)反饋滯售暢售產(chǎn)品庫存情況,為銷售計(jì)劃提供參考
5、做好部門員工的管理,培訓(xùn),儲(chǔ)備工作、6、做好倉庫各種原始單證的傳遞、保管、歸檔工作
7、確保公司倉庫管理制度、相關(guān)制度、規(guī)定得以貫徹實(shí)施
二、部門主要職位及分工
主管:負(fù)責(zé)貨品進(jìn)倉、在庫管理,督促檢查在倉貨品的存放狀況,合理安排倉位.對(duì)進(jìn)倉貨品,檢查包裝,根據(jù)進(jìn)倉單確認(rèn)進(jìn)倉貨品數(shù)質(zhì)量,對(duì)進(jìn)倉貨品發(fā)現(xiàn)的貨損貨差,立即停止進(jìn)倉,上報(bào)主管處理.建立庫存流水帳,定期與帳務(wù)人員核對(duì),對(duì)賬面異動(dòng)及時(shí)反饋.對(duì)出庫貨物登記數(shù)量,填寫貨物交接單,寫明款號(hào)、箱數(shù)、件數(shù),再運(yùn)送到貨架區(qū)進(jìn)行移交。
物流專員:對(duì)配貨區(qū)日常工作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌安排,保證配貨的及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確高效。合理分配訂單,提高配貨效率,及時(shí)反饋存問題,提供合理化建議。對(duì)客戶反饋的配貨差異,根據(jù)差異聯(lián)系單,進(jìn)行核對(duì),據(jù)實(shí)上報(bào)。揀出貨品交由電腦錄入員輸單,核對(duì)出庫單,確認(rèn)出庫單位貨品款名數(shù)量與訂單一致。實(shí)時(shí)了解掌握輔料庫存量,根據(jù)情況建議下單定購和建立我們的品牌包裝。質(zhì)檢專員:對(duì)質(zhì)檢日常工作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌安排,保證質(zhì)檢的及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確高效。合理分配質(zhì)檢貨品,提高質(zhì)檢處理效率,做好與相關(guān)工作銜接。對(duì)客戶反饋的質(zhì)檢差異,根據(jù)差異聯(lián)系單,進(jìn)行核對(duì),據(jù)實(shí)上報(bào)。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)次品進(jìn)行分類,人為次品聯(lián)系售后處理,廠次匯總,安排退回工廠,并做好跟進(jìn)。對(duì)返修等貨品進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)入帳,并跟蹤其去向直至返倉。完成主管其它交辦任務(wù)。

一:主要工作要求:
1、制定工作計(jì)劃
工作計(jì)劃的制定要及時(shí)、客觀,要具有全面性、科學(xué)性和可操作性。按計(jì)劃開展各項(xiàng)工作,及時(shí)跟蹤計(jì)劃實(shí)施情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即處理;根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要及時(shí)修改工作計(jì)劃,并做好修改記錄。
2、制定人力資源管理制度
負(fù)責(zé)制定和修改招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪酬福利、績效管理、獎(jiǎng)懲管理、考勤管理等公司的各項(xiàng)人力資源管理制度和細(xì)則,負(fù)責(zé)制定、修改公司勞動(dòng)合同文本,負(fù)責(zé),制定本部門工作制度、細(xì)則,上報(bào)總經(jīng)理,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理審批后組織頒布和實(shí)施。具有系統(tǒng)性、科學(xué)性和可操作性;力求建立制度化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化的人力資源管理體系。確保各項(xiàng)制度、細(xì)則得到貫徹實(shí)施:實(shí)施時(shí)要根據(jù)實(shí)際需要做好準(zhǔn)備、動(dòng)員工作,如出現(xiàn)疑問和異議要立即認(rèn)真解答和處理;要及時(shí)跟蹤檢查制度執(zhí)行情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即處理。
3、人力資源規(guī)劃
了解、掌握公司的經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和目標(biāo),分析企業(yè)人力資源需求狀況,分析企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境和人才市場(chǎng)行情,預(yù)測(cè)人力資源供給,制定、修改公司人力資源規(guī)劃。制定人力資源的長期規(guī)劃,將人力資源規(guī)劃和人力資源長期規(guī)劃的修改情況上報(bào)總經(jīng)理。
4、工作分析
當(dāng)公司的部門和崗位設(shè)置發(fā)生變動(dòng)或部門、崗位的工作內(nèi)容發(fā)生變動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)修改或重新編制部門、崗位職責(zé)說明書,每年一季度做一次全面的審核、修改。在各部門的配合下,要通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察、訪談、問卷等多種形式與相關(guān)部門和人員進(jìn)行充分的溝通,切實(shí)、深入的了解實(shí)際情況,做好工作分析。認(rèn)真、仔細(xì)地分析所了解到的有關(guān)信息,按照統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范的格式編寫部門、崗位職責(zé)說明書。崗位說明書的初稿確定后要充分與相關(guān)部門和人員進(jìn)行交流,征求修改意見和建議,力求做到內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)確、具體,操作性強(qiáng)。根據(jù)工作分析的結(jié)果,選取恰當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ê椭笜?biāo),客觀評(píng)價(jià)崗位價(jià)值。
5、招聘
招聘要以公司的人員需求狀況、人力資源規(guī)劃、崗位任職資格要求等為依據(jù);招聘前要制定方案,明確擬招聘的崗位及任職條件、信息發(fā)布渠道、招聘的時(shí)間安排、測(cè)試的方式和時(shí)間及地點(diǎn)安排等。要及時(shí)收集人才信息,建立人才儲(chǔ)備信息庫,并及時(shí)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整。招聘工作力求做到:精心組織策劃、全面科學(xué)測(cè)評(píng)、嚴(yán)格擇優(yōu)錄用、合理控制費(fèi)用,及時(shí)為公司招募到適用的人才。
6、培訓(xùn)與人才開發(fā)

7、績效管理
在各部門的配合下,建立和完善績效管理體系:根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況,及時(shí)修改、完善或重新建立績效考核制度,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理審批后組織實(shí)施;考核制度建立過程中要充分征求其他部門和員工的意見和建議,確??己酥贫鹊暮侠硇院涂刹僮餍?。
督促各部門按時(shí)完成各部門內(nèi)部的考核,并將相關(guān)資料送交人力資源部;及時(shí)為總經(jīng)理室準(zhǔn)備好考核所需的參考資料;在3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成對(duì)各部門員工考核情況匯總、審核并送交總經(jīng)理室審批,審核中發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合事實(shí)的情況要立即調(diào)查、處理。
檢查、督促各部門按時(shí)完成考核結(jié)果的反饋與溝通工作,遇到員工投訴要立即進(jìn)行調(diào)查,妥善處理。
8、薪酬福利管理與員工激勵(lì)
注意了解同行業(yè)和本地區(qū)的相關(guān)企業(yè)薪酬福利狀況和企業(yè)在人力資源管理、員工激勵(lì)方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),為本企業(yè)改進(jìn)薪酬福利管理和員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制提供客觀依據(jù);根 據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際需要,適時(shí)制定、調(diào)整薪酬分配方案、福利方案,完善員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制,方案的制定要具有合理性和實(shí)用性,要能夠起到改善企業(yè)管理和激勵(lì)員工的作用。
9、日常勞資、人事工作
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行人事檔案管理的規(guī)章制度,按規(guī)定查閱、保管、轉(zhuǎn)遞人事檔案;主動(dòng)做好有關(guān)材料的收集、歸檔工作。
辦理員工的錄入、晉升、降職(級(jí))、調(diào)動(dòng)、退休等人事變動(dòng)的有關(guān)手續(xù),做到及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確,樹立服務(wù)意識(shí)。
做好勞動(dòng)合同的管理,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地辦理勞動(dòng)合同的簽訂、續(xù)簽、變更、解除、終止手續(xù),續(xù)簽或終止的準(zhǔn)備工作要在合同到期2個(gè)月前做好。
按規(guī)定時(shí)間正確完成各種統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表和報(bào)告。改進(jìn)勞動(dòng)用工、勞動(dòng)合同、薪酬福利、勞動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)等工作。積極參與公司文化建設(shè);與政府相關(guān)部門保持良好的聯(lián)系;協(xié)助和支持其他部門的工作,保持部門之間良好的溝通。,按時(shí)向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。按時(shí)、按量、按質(zhì)完成公司下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)考核指標(biāo)和總經(jīng)理室交給的其他任務(wù)。

Today we are launching a campaign called “HeForShe。”
I am reaching out to you because I need your help.Wewant to end gender inequality—and to do that we need everyone to be involved。
This is the first campaign of its kind at the UN: wewant to try and galvanize as many men and boys as possible to be advocates forgender equality.And we don’t just want to talk about it, but make sure it istangible。
I was appointed six months ago and the more I havespoken about feminism the more I have realized that fighting for women’s rightshas too often become synonymous with man-hating.If there is one thing I knowfor certain, it is that this has to stop。For the record, feminism by definition is: “The beliefthat men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.It is the theoryof the political, economic and social equality of the sexes。”
I started questioning gender-based assumptions when ateight I was confused at being called “bossy,” because I wanted to direct theplays we would put on for our parents—but the boys were not。
When at 14 I started being sexualized by certainelements of the press。
When at 15 my girlfriends started dropping out oftheir sports teams because they didn’t want to appear “muscly?!?When at 18 my male friends were unable to expresstheir feelings。
I decided I was a feminist and this seemeduncomplicated to me.But my recent research has shown me that feminism hasbecome an unpopular word。
Apparently I am among the ranks of women whoseexpressions are seen as too strong, too aggressive, isolating, anti-men and,unattractive。
Why is the word such an uncomfortable one?
I am from Britain and think it is right that as awoman I am paid the same as my male counterparts.I think it is right that Ishould be able to make decisions about my own body.I think it is right thatwomen be involved on my behalf in the policies and decision-making of mycountry.I think it is right that socially I am afforded the same respect asmen.But sadly I can say that there is no one country in the world where allwomen can expect to receive these rights。
No country in the world can yet say they have achievedgender equality。
These rights I consider to be human rights but I amone of the lucky ones.My life is a sheer privilege because my parents didn’tlove me less because I was born a daughter.My school did not limit me becauseI was a girl.My mentors didn’t assume I would go less far because I might givebirth to a child one day.These influencers were the gender equalityambassadors that made who I am today.They may not know it, but they are theinadvertent feminists who are.And we need more of those.And if you still hatethe word—it is not the word that is important but the idea and the ambitionbehind it.Because not all women have been afforded the same rights that Ihave.In fact, statistically, very few have been。
In 1997, Hilary Clinton made a famous speech inBeijing about women’s rights.Sadly many of the things she wanted to change arestill a reality today。
But what stood out for me the most was that only 30per cent of her audience were male.How can we affect change in the world whenonly half of it is invited or feel welcome to participate in the conversation?
Men—I would like to take this opportunity to extendyour formal invitation.Gender equality is your issue too。
Because to date, I’ve seen my father’s role as aparent being valued less by society despite my needing his presence as a childas much as my mother’s。
I’ve seen young men suffering from mental illnessunable to ask for help for fear it would make them look less “macho”—in fact inthe UK suicide is the biggest killer of men between 20-49;eclipsing roadaccidents, cancer and coronary heart disease.I’ve seen men made fragile andinsecure by a distorted sense of what constitutes male success.Men don’t havethe benefits of equality either。We don’t often talk about men being imprisoned bygender stereotypes but I can see that that they are and that when they arefree, things will change for women as a natural consequence。If men don’t have to be aggressive in order to beaccepted women won’t feel compelled to be submissive.If men don’t have tocontrol, women won’t have to be controlled。
Both men and women should feel free to be sensitive.Both men and women should feel free to be strong… It is time that we allperceive gender on a spectrum not as two opposing sets of ideals。
If we stop defining each other by what we are not andstart defining ourselves by what we are —we can all be freer and this is whatHeForShe is about.It’s about freedom。
I want men to take up this mantle.So their daughters,sisters and mothers can be free from prejudice but also so that their sons havepermission to be vulnerable and human too—reclaim those parts of themselvesthey abandoned and in doing so be a more true and complete version ofthemselves。
