大學的四年規劃應該以出國留學為總體設計目標，最好是在大一的時候就按部就班的去設計并在四年中逐步的實現自己的理想。中國青年報社會調查中心的調查結果顯示，34.7的受訪者覺得自己的大學生活很失敗，很后悔。51.5的人認為自己在大學里沒有學到什么有用的東西，67%的學生在對大學的課程設置不滿意，認為沒有收獲，在工作中用不上，工作上真正用的上的學校又沒有教授。

這種現象導致大學四年畢業之后，就業的壓力巨大，因此很多同學為了避免面對就業的殘酷壓力，轉而考研，但是就業這一天終究要面對的，即使是研究生畢業以后。因此，在大一的時候做好大學四年的學習規劃，是至關重要的一項工作。

一個人的成功有多大，取決于其思想的視野有多開闊，思考的格局有多高，簡單的說，就是中國古話說的見過世面的人往往能作大事的問題。相信已經大三的同學在寒暑假回到家鄉和曾經高中的同學聚會時，會發現處于不同的大學對一個人的影響是多么的不同，對一個事情的看法其出發點有多么的不同，對社會事件的宏觀把握差距是多么的大，所有這些，將會影響到一個人高屋建瓴式的思考和將來事業上的成功。

因此，如果能在國外讀幾年書的話，能接觸到西方的思想，吸取精華，去其糟粕，融貫中西，對一個人的思想，格局都將會有重大的影響，將會更好的幫助一個人職業上的成功。所以大學的階段，我們除了要學習學校規定的課程外，還要自己多學習一些內容，為出國留學做些準備，這樣才會增加自身的競爭能力。

本科畢業之后會有三個方向：讀研，就業，出國。相比較之下，讀研每年要花費大約5萬元，畢業之后就業的情況在研究生擴招的情況下不見得比本科生好很多。如果按照目前的3000元/月的平均工資水平來看，要收回讀研的投資需要3－4年左右。就業的話社會的壓力又大，因此出國留學是一條比較合適的道路，如果能拿到獎學金的話，每年3.5-4.5萬美金的全獎比較讀研和就業都是更可取的。實際上如果生活節儉的話，每年還能省下約1萬美金來。隨便打點零工，每年就能賺到接近1萬美金，也就是說在美國讀書5年，順利的話就能積蓄下接近10萬美金。所以從教育投資回報的角度來講，出國的性價比是最高的，那么怎么才能實現這個夢想呢？需要下面的幾個條件：大學四年優秀的GPA成績，優秀的PS和推薦信，優秀的國外考試成績。如果要拿獎學金去北美國家的大學的話，需要參加TOEFL和GRE的考試，如果要去英聯邦國家的話，考取IELTS就可以了，但是英聯邦國家是把教育當成一個產業，因此拿到獎學金的機會是非常少的，因此我們的目標鎖定在北美的考試上。

目前很多同學不清楚要出國留學需要考什么樣的考試，這里簡單的解釋一下：

TOEFL（Test of English as a foreign Language）是為申請到美國或加拿大等國家上大學或者研究生的非英語國家的學生提供的一種英語水平考試。考試的內容分為閱讀，聽力，口語，作文四個方面，新的考試形勢為網考。考試費用為170美元，成績有效期是2年，更多信息可以參考：http://toefl.etest.edu.cn或者http://toefl.etest.net.cnIELTS（International English Language Testing System）是申請英聯邦國家留學或移民必須參加的考試，是由劍橋大學委員會，英國文化委員會和澳大利亞教育國際開發署共同管理的全球認可的英語語言水平考試。分為移民類（G）和學術類（A），包括閱讀，聽力，寫作和口語四個部分，移民類和學術類只在閱讀和寫作上有區別。考試費用人民幣1450元，成績有效期2年。更多信息可以參考：http://ielts.etest.edu.cn或者http://

LSAT（Law School Admissin Test）是法學院入學的考試，北美所有的法學院都要求申請人參加LSAT考試。內容包括閱讀理解，邏輯推理和分析推理三個方面，另加作文考試，作文成績不記入總分，但作文將隨成績單寄到所申請的學校。LSAT考試在中國每年舉辦兩次，考試費用112美金，成績有效期5年。

另外我們還能見到的國外考試BEC和TOEIC考試是商務職業類考試。SAT是美國高中生進入美國大學所必須參加的考試，也是世界各國高中生申請進入美國名校學習是否能被錄取以及能否得到獎學金的重要參考。因此對于已經是大學生的同學來說，需要考的是TOEFL，GRE或者是IELTS。而這幾種考試的詞匯要求如下：IELTS要求約6500詞匯量，TOEFL要求約8500詞匯量，GRE在改革之后要求約16500詞匯量。相比較之下，其難度比較也可以初見端倪。

為了順利通過考試達到最終出國留學這個目標，大學的四年的基本規劃分配如下：大一提升英語基礎能力，需要從高中的2800詞匯量迅速提升到四級要求的4500詞匯，盡量在大一的寒假前后考完四級，雖然說現在四級證書和學位無關，但是對于一個快速提高英語能力所產生的壓力還是一個比較不錯的方式。另外一個備選的方案是考IELTS而不是考四級考試，盡量在大一的暑假之前把IELTS考一下。不僅僅是因為四級考試是中式英語思維的緣故，其實IELTS對英語能力提升的效果會好很多，因為其考試注重聽說讀寫各方面的平衡性。但是考試費用也要高出很多。一次考試費就要用去人民幣約1450元。

不過這種資金的壓力也會變成你學習的動力。很多同學多次四級不過的原因，有些也是因為四級考試費用比較低廉而導致的思想上的不重視而造成的。

大一先不要著急過多的參與到太多的社團活動里面，這會牽扯大量的精力，因為社團的新人總是干一些雜亂的事情。參加一個最感興趣的就可以了，稍微的鍛煉一下社交和管理的能力。大一的時候把英語基礎能力提升起來之后，大二可以準備TOEFL考試了，因為TOEFL考試成績有效期是2年，因此，大二的時候考TOEFL，如果成績不理想還可以再考一次，如果是大四的上半學期提出申請的話，大四的下半學期拿到offer,畢業后馬上出國，這是比較理想的情況。

這樣大三就可以準備GRE考試了，在大四開學之前把GRE考完，每門課程的考試時間大致上這樣安排比較合適，9－12月背單詞看相關的圖書資料，寒假報班突擊，過完年后，在進行聽說讀寫的單項突破和模考，然后再暑假前考試。大四一邊準備PS和推薦信等文書，一邊找單位實習。或者是看看哪個社團比較感興趣，參與一下，不在于出成績，而是鍛煉自身協調關系和組織項目的工作能力。這個期間，順便也就把你的論文準備好了。因為你已經具備了GRE作文的能力。所以就不會像其他人那么的艱難。

但是這里面有個矛盾，就是往往大三的專業課是最多的，而GPA又是影響offer和獎學金的關鍵，那么怎么協調這個關系呢？如果你的英語基礎比較好，可以在大二的時候就準備GRE的考試，國內很多高中的英語教育比較超前，像很多私立高中，學生在高三的時候就能達到接近TOEFL的水平了。而考完GRE之后大三再考TOEFL，就非常的輕松了，不用涉及太多的精力。而且對于大三直接閱讀原版的專業圖書也是很大的幫助。并且GRE成績的有效期是5年，即使在國內讀研在出國有些時候也是可以的。

如果英語基礎比較差的話，還是按部就班的先T后G，那么專業課怎么辦呢？一般在大一的時候，你就能拿到大學四年要學習的科目了，大約35門功課左右，不同的學校不同的專業可能會有些差別，但這沒有關系。仔細研究這些課程的考試大綱，你會發現有些副科對于出國和工作的意義都不是很大，但是卻占了一定的學分，如果你自己不能確定哪些課程是沒有用的，可以請教一下大四的師哥師姐或者是已經出國或者是工作的校友，他們會給你一些意見不同的答復，這需要你自己綜合思辨一下，或者是自南巡學校里面專門負責出國留學事情的老師，他們的意見都是非常具有參考價值的。這樣一來，你會發現有一半的課程的內容不重要，盡管其成績對GPA卻很重要。

對于這樣的課程，不要使用太多的精力去學，考前1－2個周突擊一下就可以了，但是你在大一開學的時候需要跟指導員老師明確的說明，你要準備出國，并詢問應該怎么處理和副科老師的關系等等，因為有些老師上課點名，出勤率會影響到期末的成績。這種事情指導員老師都會告訴你中國式的處理方法，這里就不再多說了，一般只要溝通的好，副科老師也不會太為難你。但是如果沒有打好招呼的話，則很有可能會掛掉，再補考的話就會影響到你整體的時間安排了。

剩下的一半基礎課程和專業課盡量在大一大二的時候多學一些，如果學校里面不是選學分制而是硬性規定好了每學期要學哪幾門課程的話，考試可以跟著學校走，但是學習可以走在學校之前，可以去聽上一年級的課程，不要因為大一的課程比較輕松，就把大量的時間用在網絡游戲和聊天上。

想為了出國拿到一個好的GPA分數，個人努力固然重要，但是學校的圖書館更加的重要，可以讓你在學習每一門課程都能達到事半功倍的效果。很多同學是學一門課程只看學校發的教材，這樣的局限性很大，你可以到學校圖書館把這門課程其他人寫的教材或者參考資料都找到，進行通讀，凡是重復的雷同的地方必然是這個課程的考試重點，并且很多情況下你會發現，有些教材寫的比學校發的制定教材要好，更加的通俗易懂，之所以學校發的教材并非最佳，往往是因為這個教材是本校的教授編寫的。而上面說的這種學習方法對于你出國之后的學習尤其的有幫助。

如果你是這種自學能力強的同學，建議在準備IELTS,TOEFL，GRE考試的時候，如果要報班學習，盡量選擇寒假，同時充分利用好學校里面的FPT服務器，里面有很多共享的學習資源，能讓你省去不少的金錢和時間。提高學習的效率。

暑假的時間我的建議是找個優秀的外企去實習，中國的學生往往欠缺的工作經驗和人際交往的能力，這時候可以鍛煉一下，并且可以學到很多書本里面沒有學到的知識，而且很多外企里面的老總都是國外名校畢業，將來請他們寫一封推薦信對你申請全獎的幫助是十分有效的，特別是這個人碰巧又是你所申請學校畢業的學生的話。

如果是實習的時間小于放假的時間，可以順便去自助旅游一下，古人說，讀萬卷書不如行萬里路，人生閱歷的增長往往是通過對人文地理社會的思索完成的。打工旅游的期間不要忘記隨時隨地的學習。

當然如果你的自學能力不是太強，而且信息獲得不及時，需要參加新東方的暑假班的話，一定記得提早報名，很多暑假班在3月份就已經報滿了，所以一定要做好規劃打好提前量。

大四沒有多少專業課了，當你在上半學期也就是11月之前把申請工作都做完之后，第二年的3－4月份就能收到offer了，然后是準備9月份美國的報到。這期間可以把祖國的大好河山游覽一下，因為出國之后五年之內很少會有機會回國，就算有機會回國，返程的簽證也比較麻煩，很多同學也因為來回的交涉此耽誤了不少時間甚至是一個學期的學業。

如果你是大四才了解到上述談到的信息，也不要太過于后悔。很多大三大四的同學參加完新東方的國外考試培訓課程才發現自己起步晚了，很有可能大四一畢業不能馬上出去，這樣的話，由于大四的課程不多，可以專心的復習考試。在一個學期內把G，T都考完，這個時候建議先G后T比較好些。考完試之后由于申請的時限問題，當年是出不去的，這一年里是準備考研還是找工作？我的建議是找工作，因為國外的教授更希望得到有工作經驗的人在他手下搞科研，有相關行業工作經驗的人解決問題的理性更多一下，更沉穩一些。而且工作的經驗對你的人生來講則是更寶貴的一種經驗。

這個時候很多同學又面臨一個痛苦的抉擇，就是保研還是出國，因為大多數學校你申請保研的話，你就不能再申請出國，如果你希望先考慮出國的話，學校又不給你保研的機會，需要你自己考研。很多同學猶豫不決，其實這個問題的答案很簡單，你在猶豫就說明了保研是個雞肋。

北大為了避免學術的近親繁殖，已經盡量的希望自己的老師是外校畢業的，而不是本校的學生，因此如果你被保研的話，就至少在一個學校里面呆6年，這對于你的世界觀，人生價值，思維視野的擴展都是一種傷害而不是一種擴展。一般而言，2－3年我們就能適應并超越一個固定的環境了，保研將把你的人生引導劃歸到保守派的范疇。中國的清華，北大，同濟，復旦等大學最高的學術研究能力也要比國外落后十年左右，在這種情況下，保研使你學術上有突破性的成果，這種可能性在概率上講是不大的。

雖然自己準備出國考試有風險，但是既然你可以被保研，就說明了你的潛力，因此你準備出國考試的風險相對還是比較低的，自我奮斗還是有很大的把握的。所以，如果你希望你的人生精彩的話，就要做一個用于進取，用于拼搏的人，盡管這種精神在大學里可能已經被消磨殆盡了。

中國人不可避免的有一種保守的小農心態，愿意固步自封而不是aggressive，我希望每一位同學，都能認識到這一點，而作一個具有ambition的人。希望每一個人在將來，對你的大學四年生活的回憶，不是為碌碌無為而后悔，而是為曾經的努力和拼搏，體會飛揚的青春所留下的足跡！

這樣大三就可以準備GRE考試了，在大四開學之前把GRE考完，每門課程的考試時間大致上這樣安排比較合適，9－12月背單詞看相關的圖書資料，寒假報班突擊，過完年后，在進行聽說讀寫的單項突破和模考，然后再暑假前考試。大四一邊準備PS和推薦信等文書，一邊找單位實習。或者是看看哪個社團比較感興趣，參與一下，不在于出成績，而是鍛煉自身協調關系和組織項目的工作能力。這個期間，順便也就把你的論文準備好了。因為你已經具備了GRE作文的能力。所以就不會像其他人那么的艱難。

但是這里面有個矛盾，就是往往大三的專業課是最多的，而GPA又是影響offer和獎學金的關鍵，那么怎么協調這個關系呢？如果你的英語基礎比較好，可以在大二的時候就準備GRE的考試，國內很多高中的英語教育比較超前，像很多私立高中，學生在高三的時候就能達到接近TOEFL的水平了。而考完GRE之后大三再考TOEFL，就非常的輕松了，不用涉及太多的精力。而且對于大三直接閱讀原版的專業圖書也是很大的幫助。并且GRE成績的有效期是5年，即使在國內讀研在出國有些時候也是可以的。

如果英語基礎比較差的話，還是按部就班的先T后G，那么專業課怎么辦呢？一般在大一的時候，你就能拿到大學四年要學習的科目了，大約35門功課左右，不同的學校不同的專業可能會有些差別，但這沒有關系。仔細研究這些課程的考試大綱，你會發現有些副科對于出國和工作的意義都不是很大，但是卻占了一定的學分，如果你自己不能確定哪些課程是沒有用的，可以請教一下大四的師哥師姐或者是已經出國或者是工作的校友，他們會給你一些意見不同的答復，這需要你自己綜合思辨一下，或者是自南巡學校里面專門負責出國留學事情的老師，他們的意見都是非常具有參考價值的。這樣一來，你會發現有一半的課程的內容不重要，盡管其成績對GPA卻很重要。

對于這樣的課程，不要使用太多的精力去學，考前1－2個周突擊一下就可以了，但是你在大一開學的時候需要跟指導員老師明確的說明，你要準備出國，并詢問應該怎么處理和副科老師的關系等等，因為有些老師上課點名，出勤率會影響到期末的成績。這種事情指導員老師都會告訴你中國式的處理方法，這里就不再多說了，一般只要溝通的好，副科老師也不會太為難你。但是如果沒有打好招呼的話，則很有可能會掛掉，再補考的話就會影響到你整體的時間安排了。

剩下的一半基礎課程和專業課盡量在大一大二的時候多學一些，如果學校里面不是選學分制而是硬性規定好了每學期要學哪幾門課程的話，考試可以跟著學校走，但是學習可以走在學校之前，可以去聽上一年級的課程，不要因為大一的課程比較輕松，就把大量的時間用在網絡游戲和聊天上。

想為了出國拿到一個好的GPA分數，個人努力固然重要，但是學校的圖書館更加的重要，可以讓你在學習每一門課程都能達到事半功倍的效果。很多同學是學一門課程只看學校發的教材，這樣的局限性很大，你可以到學校圖書館把這門課程其他人寫的教材或者參考資料都找到，進行通讀，凡是重復的雷同的地方必然是這個課程的考試重點，并且很多情況下你會發現，有些教材寫的比學校發的制定教材要好，更加的通俗易懂，之所以學校發的教材并非最佳，往往是因為這個教材是本校的教授編寫的。而上面說的這種學習方法對于你出國之后的學習尤其的有幫助。

如果你是這種自學能力強的同學，建議在準備IELTS,TOEFL，GRE考試的時候，如果要報班學習，盡量選擇寒假，同時充分利用好學校里面的FPT服務器，里面有很多共享的學習資源，能讓你省去不少的金錢和時間。提高學習的效率。

暑假的時間我的建議是找個優秀的外企去實習，中國的學生往往欠缺的工作經驗和人際交往的能力，這時候可以鍛煉一下，并且可以學到很多書本里面沒有學到的知識，而且很多外企里面的老總都是國外名校畢業，將來請他們寫一封推薦信對你申請全獎的幫助是十分有效的，特別是這個人碰巧又是你所申請學校畢業的學生的話。

如果是實習的時間小于放假的時間，可以順便去自助旅游一下，古人說，讀萬卷書不如行萬里路，人生閱歷的增長往往是通過對人文地理社會的思索完成的。打工旅游的期間不要忘記隨時隨地的學習。

當然如果你的自學能力不是太強，而且信息獲得不及時，需要參加新東方的暑假班的話，一定記得提早報名，很多暑假班在3月份就已經報滿了，所以一定要做好規劃打好提前量。

大四沒有多少專業課了，當你在上半學期也就是11月之前把申請工作都做完之后，第二年的3－4月份就能收到offer了，然后是準備9月份美國的報到。這期間可以把祖國的大好河山游覽一下，因為出國之后五年之內很少會有機會回國，就算有機會回國，返程的簽證也比較麻煩，很多同學也因為來回的交涉此耽誤了不少時間甚至是一個學期的學業。

如果你是大四才了解到上述談到的信息，也不要太過于后悔。很多大三大四的同學參加完新東方的國外考試培訓課程才發現自己起步晚了，很有可能大四一畢業不能馬上出去，這樣的話，由于大四的課程不多，可以專心的復習考試。在一個學期內把G，T都考完，這個時候建議先G后T比較好些。考完試之后由于申請的時限問題，當年是出不去的，這一年里是準備考研還是找工作？我的建議是找工作，因為國外的教授更希望得到有工作經驗的人在他手下搞科研，有相關行業工作經驗的人解決問題的理性更多一下，更沉穩一些。而且工作的經驗對你的人生來講則是更寶貴的一種經驗。

這個時候很多同學又面臨一個痛苦的抉擇，就是保研還是出國，因為大多數學校你申請保研的話，你就不能再申請出國，如果你希望先考慮出國的話，學校又不給你保研的機會，需要你自己考研。很多同學猶豫不決，其實這個問題的答案很簡單，你在猶豫就說明了保研是個雞肋。

北大為了避免學術的近親繁殖，已經盡量的希望自己的老師是外校畢業的，而不是本校的學生，因此如果你被保研的話，就至少在一個學校里面呆6年，這對于你的世界觀，人生價值，思維視野的擴展都是一種傷害而不是一種擴展。一般而言，2－3年我們就能適應并超越一個固定的環境了，保研將把你的人生引導劃歸到保守派的范疇。中國的清華，北大，同濟，復旦等大學最高的學術研究能力也要比國外落后十年左右，在這種情況下，保研使你學術上有突破性的成果，這種可能性在概率上講是不大的。

雖然自己準備出國考試有風險，但是既然你可以被保研，就說明了你的潛力，因此你準備出國考試的風險相對還是比較低的，自我奮斗還是有很大的把握的。所以，如果你希望你的人生精彩的話，就要做一個用于進取，用于拼搏的人，盡管這種精神在大學里可能已經被消磨殆盡了。
