一、指導思想

以“英語課程標準”為宗旨，適應新課程改革的需要，面向全體學生，提高學生的人文素養，增強實踐能力和創新精神。正確把握英語學科特點，積極倡導合作探究的學習方式。培養學生積極地情感態度和正確的人生價值觀，提高學生綜合素質為學生全面發展和終身發展奠定基礎。

二、學生基本情況分析：

大多數學生已能聽懂有關熟悉話題的語段和簡短的故事。能與教師或同學就熟悉的話題交換信息。能讀懂短篇故事，能寫便條和簡單的書信。但由于各種因素的影響，學生發展參差不齊。有少數學生因為基礎不夠好，學習很吃力而自暴自棄，有的因此擾亂課堂次序，這給教學帶來不少困難。十來個學生根本沒有學習目標，完全放棄學習，但學生的紀律總體還是不錯，這樣為學生的學習打下良好的基礎。另外，學生在情感態度學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如：很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流；有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識；大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣，不能做好課前預習、課后復習，學習沒有計劃性和策略性；不善于發現和總結語言規律，不留意知識的鞏固和積累。

三、教材分析 教材編排特點

新版《新目標英語》八年級（下冊），本冊八年級教材共分十個單元，每單元分Section A和Grammar Focus、Section B以及Self-check四部分。

Section A : 1a呈現本單元的重點單詞，語法結構與功能；1b呈現任務型聽力練習；1c結對練習核心對話；2a,2b是多種聽力練習；2c呈現不同的任務；2d是練習在生活中使用目標語言進行真實的對話；3a-3c提供一篇英語短文進行閱讀并完成閱讀任務的課堂活動。Grammar Focus 呈現語法功能重點；4a-4c 是圍繞學過的語言點進行復習并提供三種課堂活動。

Section B: 1a詞會短語擴展；1b，1c呈現任務型聽力練習；1d是練習在生活中使用目標語言進行的對話； 2a是短文閱讀前的引入,2b呈現一篇短文；2c –2e是根據短文完成相應的閱讀理解練習活動；3a-3b提供各類練習形式，隨著所學內容的加深，逐步擴展成閱讀和寫作練習。Self-check為創造性活用所學知識提供各類課堂活動。

本學期的重點是繼續學習詞匯和習慣用語。

語法知識點：情態動詞couldshould ；反身代詞；不定式；動詞短語；連詞until ,so that，although、when , while，as soon as ,unless，so…that，詢問情況、提出建議；現在完成時態。其中連詞和現在完成時態是本冊的難點、重點。

四、教學目標 1.總體目標：激發學生學習英語的興趣，樹立自信心。在整個教學過程中，讓學生有豐富的生活常識、多文化背景的積累，并形成正確人生觀、價值觀，有積極的情感態度和跨文化的交際能力。同時培養自主學習能力，積累學習方法。

2.具體目標：結合學生英語基礎較差的實際，在教學剛開始的階段，注意和初一知識的銜接，例如復習積累基礎詞匯、詞語搭配、句型，熟悉不同單元呈現的語法規則，掌握實際用法。希望第一學期后，學生能培養學習的興趣，養成較好的學習習慣，對基礎知識有一定的掌握。

五、具體措施

1、對新版教材認真研究，充分運用多媒體課件等充分展示數碼技術在英語教學中的作用，引起學生興趣，讓學生充分思考、討論，注重能力的培養。

2、認真貫徹晨讀制度，規定晨讀內容，加強監督，保證晨讀效果。①每天記5個生詞，2個常用句子或習語。利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。②背誦課文中的對話或課文。目的：要求學生背誦并默寫，培養語感。

3、對學困生進行專門輔導，布置單獨的作業，讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。

4、經常進行教學反思，適時調整教學方法，符合學生的真實情況，利于學生的有效性學習。

5、在具體的英語課堂教學中，根據目標并結合教學具體內容，為學生積極創設情景，盡量讓學生在較為逼真的情景中滲透文化，了解文化，設置任務，學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學習和使用英語，完成學習任務。

6、關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

7、加強對學生學習策略的指導，為他們終身學習奠定基礎。

8、認真專研教材和課標，既備學生又備教材，認真上好每一堂課。
