摘 要
進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)是商業(yè)信息管理的重要部分，面對大量的商品信息，采用人力處理將浪費(fèi)大量的時間、人力和物力，且對數(shù)據(jù)操作的準(zhǔn)確性不高。本文提出了一種易于操作的進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)對整個流程中涉及到的表單進(jìn)行半自動化處理。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標(biāo)是管理企業(yè)的進(jìn)貨、銷售、庫存、帳務(wù)等過程。用戶通過使用本系統(tǒng)可以為企業(yè)有效減少盲目進(jìn)貨，降低進(jìn)貨成本，合理控制庫存，減少資金占用并提高市場靈敏度，提升企業(yè)市場競爭力。
本系統(tǒng)可以管理貨品的基本信息，客戶信息，供貨商信息，員工信息等。它還可以建立以及查詢企業(yè)在進(jìn)貨、銷售、庫存等過程中產(chǎn)生的各種單據(jù)，包括進(jìn)貨單，銷售單，入庫單，出庫單，進(jìn)貨付款單，銷售收款單等。本系統(tǒng)還可以對各種單據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析，并提供報表打印功能。本系統(tǒng)采用二級用戶管理，有著良好的系統(tǒng)安全性。關(guān)鍵詞：JSP、企業(yè)進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)、SQLyog數(shù)據(jù)庫、Dreamweaver

隨著中國電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展。國內(nèi)許多企業(yè)已跨入電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理時代，并因此提高了管理效率和市場競爭力。但目前仍有部分企業(yè)還停留在原始記賬管理階段。而隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化的進(jìn)程和WTO的成功實(shí)現(xiàn)，企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，在如此激變的社會形勢和激烈的市場競爭下，愈來愈多的企業(yè)管理者意識到效率管理和科學(xué)管理的重要性，以及增強(qiáng)市場競爭力的迫切性，因此建立科學(xué)、規(guī)范、高效的管理制度和秉承富有競爭力的經(jīng)營理念是每一個企業(yè)管理者的渴望，企業(yè)采用電腦管理進(jìn)貨、庫存、銷售等諸多環(huán)節(jié)也已成為趨勢及必然。

需求分析
隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)站給我們帶來不少的便利，于此同時，論壇基本是每個網(wǎng)站必有的功能，為用戶之間的交流提供的很好的平臺。我通過仔細(xì)的分析和規(guī)劃，本論壇有如下功能：用戶注冊，登錄，用戶信息修改，簽寫留言，留言查看，回復(fù)留言和管理員的普通維護(hù)功能等。
這些功能的具體描述如下：
1）用戶注冊模塊：用戶可已成為本論壇的會員，通過表單把用戶的相關(guān)信息提交給數(shù)據(jù)庫。
2）登錄模塊：基本是每個系統(tǒng)必備的模塊，本論壇的登錄的模塊分為兩個小模塊：普通用戶登錄，另一個是管理員登錄。
3)簽寫留言模塊：這是論壇的主要功能之一，用戶把自己感興趣的話題發(fā)表到論壇上，與網(wǎng)上的會員進(jìn)行探討。
4)查看留言模塊：這也是論壇的主要功能之一，把用戶發(fā)表的留言逐條，安順序顯示出來。
5)回復(fù)留言模塊：這也是論壇的主要功能之一，用戶對別的用戶發(fā)表的留言進(jìn)行回復(fù)。6)普通的維護(hù)模塊：這是給管理員的功能，該功能對那些危害社會風(fēng)氣的留言刪除。7)用戶信息修改模塊：用戶能對自己的信息進(jìn)行修改。
二 分析和設(shè)計（頁面和數(shù)據(jù)庫）
設(shè)計網(wǎng)站論壇時，首先應(yīng)該區(qū)別是普通用戶登錄還是管理員登錄。如果是普通用戶登錄，那么該用戶只有查看和回復(fù)留言的權(quán)限。如果是管理員登錄，則除了具有查看和回復(fù)權(quán)限外，還用具有管理論壇的權(quán)限。
在用戶發(fā)表留言后，將顯示該用戶的用戶名、性別、留言內(nèi)容和留言時間等內(nèi)容。如果在某個留言有回復(fù)內(nèi)容，則顯示出是誰恢復(fù)了該篇留言和回復(fù)的內(nèi)容。
另外還能在頁面中顯示當(dāng)前的系統(tǒng)的時間和訪問權(quán)限。
數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計
通過以上的分析：數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)有四個表，tb_user、td_topic、tb_reply、tb_counter。由于是個小型的論壇，選擇AEESS數(shù)據(jù)庫。具體各表的設(shè)計如下： 分析得知tb_user表功能的記錄用戶的信息，具有如下字段：ID、UserName、PWD、Birthday、Sex、OICQ、Tel、homepage、address、postcode、Email、status。分析得知tb_topic表功能是存放用戶發(fā)表的留言，具有如下字段：ID、anthor、face、content、datetime。分析得知tb_reply表功能是用于存放用戶對每條留言所回復(fù)的信息，具有如下字段：ID、TpoicID、content、replyuser。
通過分析得知：tb_counter是記錄網(wǎng)站每天的訪問次數(shù)，有如下兩個字段：accessTime、hit。
5.通過分析，在顯示留言的是時候，要用到tb_user和tb_topic兩張表，所以要設(shè)計一個具有這兩張表的一個視圖：首先建立關(guān)系如下：
