今天，我們英語教研組一起聆聽了劉萍老師執教的七年級英語上冊unit8 When is your birthday?，總的來說，收獲很多，現就談談自己的點滴體會：

劉萍老師這堂課能夠正確使用英語進行教學，語言清晰，表達準確，師生關系融洽。在教學內容方面，嘗試以學生為主體，寓學為樂。根據學生的年齡特征和本課的特點，從培養學生的語言能力入手，鼓勵學生用學過的句型學會詢問朋友，家庭成員及老師的一些情況，用游戲，介紹，問與答等多種活動激發學習積極性，通過層層深入的學習活動，幫助學生調用原有的知識，合理地整和新舊語言材料，激發學生使用英語進行交際的欲望，培養學生的思維與使用英語的能力。

一，劉老師主要通過熱身、呈現、操練鞏固三環節，熱身活動、呈現新知、句型操練、鞏固操練、拓展應用、六步進行教學。

（1）熱身活動中，主要通過Let’s chant，營造了英語學習的氛圍，同時也復習了上節課句型的說法，為新知的呈現作了鋪墊。

（2）呈現環節，劉老師通過when is Miss Zhou’S birthday?讓學生進行猜測展開教學，創設生活化的情境，接著問學生Is your birthday in …….?，進入英語課堂之中，最后回到書本上的Let’s talk，討論Milk等學生的生日，思路清晰，條理明確。

（3）鞏固操練環節，采用同學們熟悉的體育明星姚明的生日，既提高了學生學習英語的興趣，又復習了今天所學的所有主要句型，二，關注學生，和諧課堂。劉老師不緊不慢，不焦不燥的情感讓學生感覺到親切、自然，給學生創造了良好的說的氛圍，使學生能夠在輕松愉快的氛圍中感受英語語音，體驗英語語音。關注發揮同學的主體作用，讓同學真實的去感受知識，體驗知識，積極參與，努力實踐，在活動中學會用語言表達交流，較好的體現了從不懂到懂，從不會到會，從不熟練到熟練的過程。劉老師非常關注學生的學習情況及反饋。操練也是由點及面，關注個體與全體。在整堂課中我們發現學生齊讀的次數非常多。我們知道英語是一門交際語言，說才是學習英語的最終目的，而讀又是說的基礎。通過不斷地讀，才能慢慢地熟練，才能找到英語的語音語感。但是可能是由于是借班上課，而且又有聽課老師，學生也有點膽怯，舉手的學生并不是很多。

三，本課中值得研討的地方是，在本堂課中，劉老師在安排任務前或句型操練前，應該更明確，在學生還沒有完全熟悉重點句型的時候，就要求學生回答，學生會一時答不上來，或者可以教師先示范，如：My birthday is in....Is your birthday in....?這樣讓學生有更好的示范。另外，對于一節公開課來說，課堂上的緊急情況的處理也非常重要，有時候，學生就是我們課堂上最好的幫手，我們可以把遇到的問題拋給學生。同時，我們老師還可以增加課堂的足夠多的input，這樣同學才干有更多的out put。

總之，這是一節成功的聽說課。
