畢業生調檔程序及注意事項

1、畢業生憑畢業證的原件或復印件、與用人單位簽訂的就業協議或接收單位出具的接收函（接收單位應具有人事權或管檔資質的人才交流機構）、沒有簽定就業協議的須憑畢業證的原件或復印件、人才交流中心的調檔函（沒有簽定就業協議的不能辦理報到證，只能辦理調檔手續）、考取研究生的憑研究生的錄取通知書及研究生錄取學校的調檔函辦理檔案轉移手續。（應屆畢業考取研究生急需調檔的可以憑研究生的錄取通知書及研究生錄取學校的調檔函到學生處辦理，學生處將會公布集中辦理研究生調檔時間，請在學生處公布的規定時間內辦理）。

2、畢業生檔案調往外地的，檔案的接收單位必須是人才交流中心（湖南省回原籍的可調往生源地的教育局畢業生就業辦公室）、外省回原籍的按其本省的有關文件規定檔案調往生源省就業指導中心或生源所在地、市州的人才交流中心或教育局畢業生調配辦公室（具體情況見副表）。

3、檔案的郵寄費自理，郵寄單位和郵寄地址一定要寫清楚，特別是調往外省的一定要將詳細的地址（具體到該城市的街道名稱及門牌號碼、郵政編碼）寫清楚。外省回生源省就業指導中心或生源地、市州的人才交流中心的詳細單位名稱和地址請按附表中的單位地址填寫。

各位朋友，下午好：

很感謝各位能來參加這個講座，我今天想圍繞著“人生一定要幸福”的主題，給朋友們講講怎樣的生活態度才能獲得幸福。

幸福是什么？幸福跟你的條件是沒有關系的。幸福是你內心的一個開關，當你打開這個開關的時候，陽光普照，鮮花遍野，你就感到幸福了。怎樣才能打開這個開關呢？這是需要學習的，你要不斷地修煉你的內心，不斷地超越自我，去追求別人還沒有到的地方，讓自己獲得幸福。

要有平常的心

我曾經寫過兩句話。這兩句話叫“平常不平凡，單純不簡單”。平常心是很難達到的一種境界，我們在年輕的時候很難理解平常心的重要，我在年輕時也是要努力追求物質的成功，到30歲的時候我陷入了一個困境。因為30歲的時候我寫作也有一點成績了，我已經得到了臺灣文壇上所有的獎項。大家都覺得我是一個很成功的人。只有我知道自己并沒有得到幸福。有一天我讀到一本書，說一個人到30歲的時候要把全部的時間用來覺悟，如果不是這樣，就是一步一步走向死亡的道路，我看了很緊張。因為那一年我正好超過30歲。

覺悟的“覺”是學習，“悟”是我的心，“覺悟”就是用學習來看到我的心。為了覺悟我就辭掉所有的工作，到山區去閉關，自己每天努力地休息，追求生命最高的境界。因為閉關也是要吃東西，每個月我都要到山下買東西吃。兩年多后，我覺得自己的境界提高了，不一樣了。有一天我到山下采購，在一個水果攤旁邊突然有人跑過來對我說，請問這個水果多少錢？我很氣。我這么有氣質，你居然說我是賣水果的，真的，是看不出來嗎？我于是就跑到賣花的旁邊站著。立刻有人來問我：老板，這個玫瑰花怎么賣？真的看不出來嗎？我又跑到賣肉的地方，有人跑來問我說。老板豬肉多少錢一斤？當時給我很好的啟發。你的兒跟所有的人是一樣的，但是你的內在是不一樣的，這個內在不一樣要經過很長時間的鍛煉才能生出來。這個叫做“平常不平凡”。幸福的感受是決定在你心的態度，而不是你存在什么地方。

“在紅塵中有獨處的心，在獨處時要有紅塵的懷抱”。這樣子你才可以時時有一顆平常的心來看待世界，才可以時時保持著單純的狀態。

有人常常說現代社會這么混亂，活得不開心，我就教年輕人一個簡單的方法，你每天有八個小時工作或學習。你找出八分鐘，坐下來說，我這8分鐘要非常的單純非常的自然非常的平凡去發現我內在的世界，當你有單純的視野的時候，你看事情的角度就會不一樣。平常心就是你的心里要裝一根避雷針，把那些苦難不好的事都看作是平常，人生本來就有悲有喜，有苦有樂。這個叫做“平常的心”。

要有歡喜的心理

用什么方法很快地進入“歡喜的心”？我曾經寫過兩個方法，一個方法是“快樂活在當下”：第二個方法是“盡心即是完美”。“當下”是佛經里面的最小的時間單位，一分鐘有60秒，一秒有60個剎那，一個剎那是60當下。一分鐘就有3600個當下，要活在那么小的時間單位里面你才能得到真正的快樂。在臺灣有一個詩人叫周蒙疊。他吃飯很慢，朋友都怕跟他吃飯，有一次請他吃飯，吃了三個半小時還沒吃完，我就說，周公，你吃飯為什么這么慢呢？他說如果不這么慢，我怎么知道這一粒米的滋味跟下一粒米的滋味有什么不同？我昏倒在地。這樣的境界我們達不到沒關系，只要分辨出這一碗飯跟那一碗飯有什么不問，今天跟昨天有什么不同，你就做到“活在當下”了’。據說一位法師的弟子問師父，你都怎么修行？師父說很簡單，就是吃飯的時候吃飯、睡覺的時候睡覺。弟子很懷疑，平常人每天都在吃飯睡覺啊？師傅說不同，別人吃飯的時候百般思索，睡覺的時候千般計較所以不同。我吃飯的時候就吃飯，休息的時候就休息。

如果你吃這一餐飯的時候永遠不會覺得最好吃。所以你就一直追求昨天那個最好吃的，睡覺的時候你都想明天做更多的工作賺更多的錢你會睡不安寧。吃飯、睡覺是一種很重要的休息方法，所以他在講：喝茶也是很重要的休閑方法，好好地喝一杯茶就是最好的休息。大家從今天回去以后，每天喝一杯茶之前，先升起一個念頭，好好地喝這杯茶，因為這一輩子再也不可能喝到第二杯一模一樣的茶了。唯有這樣你才可以專注在每一個幸福里，吃飯的時候專門吃飯，睡覺的時候專門睡覺，喝茶的時候專心喝茶。

什么叫“盡心就是完美”？我曾經寫過一篇文章，叫“完美主義的周轉”，就是發現人生_不完美，這個時候才能快樂。我曾經寫過一個追求完美的故事，這個故事的題目叫《追求完美的老人》，他在年輕的時候就發誓，要找到一個最完美的女人娶她為妻。他就開始去旅行，六十年后，大家猜猜看這個老人結婚了嗎？對，沒有！

在一個隱蔽的城市，有些年輕人問他說老先生你在找什么？他說我要找一個最完美的女人結婚。他們說還沒有找到嗎？他說我找了六十年了。難道這六十年來你都沒有找到最完美的女人嗎？他說我30歲時曾經找到一個世界上最完美的女人。年輕人問你為什么沒有結婚呢？他說因為那個女人說她也在尋找這個世界上最完美的男人！

你要追求最完美，那種境界是不存在的，只要你盡力就好了。盡力之后就可以無恨，無憾，無悔。“歡喜的心”最重要。人生不如意事是“十之八九”，我最喜歡送給朋友的話是“常想一二”。十件事里面只有一兩件美好的事。你就去想那一兩件美好的事，想久了你就常想三四吧。常想五六吧，你的歡喜的時間越長，痛苦的時間就越短，因為生命是相對的。

要有“柔和心”

第三個是“柔和心”。“柔和心”很重要，“柔和心”第一個特質是“透過慈悲而來”。第二個是“通過愛己而來”。

我小時候很喜歡讀世界偉人傳記，我發現一個真理，發現偉大的人都有一個共同的嗜好，喜歡散步。為什么這些偉大的人都喜歡散步？因為散步可以養成一種從容的態度，你就可以珍惜自己，去思考。因為你有一個從容的態度，這個很重要。因為從容你會發現自己的價值，因為尊重你會發現多元的價值。什么叫自己的價值？你如果去逛商場，你會發現商場的一樓是賣化妝品，去看看那些香水吧，定價從，30元到3000元都有，怎怎么能會差那么大？其實香水95％是水，很奇怪，只有5％是秘密的配方。后來我得到一個啟示，在這個混亂的世界上，你給自己的價傅有多高，你的價值就有多高。

第二個要發現人生的多元價值。凡是存在這個世界上的一切都是非常有價值的。只是不同罷了。有一個小孩子讀《牛頓傳》，非常感動，這個小孩子說蘋果樹下可能風水不錯。我也去坐坐看看有沒有什么偉大的發現。

他就昏昏亂想，好奇怪啊，地上的‘西瓜那么大，卻長在地上。于是他苦思。一個蘋果打到頭，這時候他恍然大悟，還好，掉下來的不是西瓜。這是一個很偉大的道理，蘋果長在樹上也是很好的，一切不同的事物都是很好的。辣椒、苦瓜、檸檬，也是很好的。這個時候你會包容各種多元的價值，你就會有溫柔的態度產生，如果你對別人從容，對別人尊重，第一個是創造美好的人際關系。

有一個科學家做了一個研究，研究在這個社會上頂尖的人，看看他們小時候是不是都是第一名，研究報告出來，大出意料，原來這個世界上頂尖的人都是第七名到第十七名，如果你小孩子成績很好，千萬要叫他退后一點，以后才會成功。像我，我從小注定是要成功。因為我那時候全班只有17個人。

這是一個很來得及的發現，第七名到第十七名是最好。活在中間的范圍跟前面可以做朋友，跟后面也可以做朋友，是最放松的，也是最有創造力的，因為他不會把所有的時間花在作業，他會想一些別的東西來做，這是一個很重要的啟示。

如果你有“柔軟心”的話，你會更懂得愛，更知道如何去表達愛。我們年輕人都知道愛，可能都講不出口。很多人都不知道愛是什么。

生命的痛苦，考驗的都是我們的啟示，我們的臺階，是我們走向智慧的營養，只要我們有這樣的信心最美的一定會留下來。
