我不是畫家，不能用畫筆來描繪我職業(yè)的繽紛：我不是作家，不能用華美的詞句來贊美我的職業(yè);我不是歌手，不能用動聽的歌聲來歌詠我的崗位，我只是一名普通的小學(xué)老師，在平凡的崗位上只能像小蜜蜂一樣，不斷的采擷著、積累著，構(gòu)筑心中那最美好。

還記得最初在十字路口的彷徨“刻板、單調(diào)、撐不了餓不死”這樣的職業(yè)對于那個張揚的年紀(jì)實在缺少點吸引力。在極不情愿的情況下，我無奈的踏進了學(xué)校的大門。在這個社會，不斷膨脹的物欲帶來的是心理不平衡、是精神的空虛，轉(zhuǎn)行還是堅持?然而，在城市的邊緣我見到了這樣的一群老師，沒有正式的

編制、拿著不高的工資、每年都接納著五湖四海的孩子，但他們依然無怨無悔，像春蠶、像蠟燭，他們用自己的青春和生命來捍衛(wèi)這個職業(yè)的圣潔時，我如夢初醒。他們用自己的行動，用自己生命的痕跡激勵著我們這些后來人，這些同行們，讓我們由不情愿到情愿，由情愿到全身心地?zé)釔圻@個工作。因為，生命的意義遠不止于功利。”人吃飯是為了活著，但活著絕不是為了吃飯”。生活中許多微小中藏有博大，短暫中孕育永恒。

在書上見過這樣一個故事：一條小魚蹦出了河面，路過的人看見了卻熟視無睹，只有一個小男孩撿起那條魚，把它放進了河里，別人對那個男孩說：“你干嘛這么做呢，誰還會在乎一條小魚?”小男孩卻說：“小魚在乎。”

是的呀，小魚在乎!同樣的，老師的一次會心的微笑，一個鼓勵的眼神，一句溫馨的問候，一個體貼的動作，都會令學(xué)生信心倍增、溫暖倍至，因為學(xué)生在乎，家長在乎!

每當(dāng)在校內(nèi)或是校外聽到學(xué)生們一聲“老師好”的時候，每當(dāng)看到孩子們的點滴進步，心里便會蕩漾起無邊的幸福。“老師，我家的孩子最近......”總會有家長來打電話或者到校來詢問孩子們的情況，他們是那么放心的把孩子的未來全托付給了我們，可是我該怎樣去托起那份沉甸甸的希望?

“腹有詩書氣自華”這是同事微博上的一句話。確實，讀書，能夠改變教師語言匱乏、蒼白的狀態(tài)。還記得初上講臺的那一年，每每走上課堂，照本宣科，捉襟見肘，底氣不足，多是因為讀書太少。多讀書，教師在課堂上、在生活中，才能引經(jīng)據(jù)典，妙語連珠，給學(xué)生以知識的充實和心靈的震撼，才能夠使教師不斷增長職業(yè)智慧，能使自己的教學(xué)閃耀著睿智的光彩，充滿著創(chuàng)造的快樂。教師擁有了文化底蘊，你才會自如地面對學(xué)生，自如地應(yīng)對各種問題。也只有這樣，教師才能真正完成其教書育人的使命。所以，我要讓學(xué)習(xí)真正成
