中國傳媒大學(xué)政法學(xué)院第二屆法律英語比賽競賽規(guī)則

一、目的2009年中國傳媒大學(xué)政治與法律學(xué)院法律系成功舉辦了首屆法律英語比賽，并從中推薦了四位優(yōu)秀選手參加第二屆全國法律英語比賽，取得了論文比賽一等獎(jiǎng)和二等獎(jiǎng)各一名、兩名演講比賽二等獎(jiǎng)的優(yōu)異成績。為了進(jìn)一步提高其我系學(xué)生的法律英語寫作和演講水平，為第三屆全國高校法律英語大賽選拔優(yōu)秀選手，特舉辦法律系第二屆法律英語比賽。

四、比賽要求

（1）選題有一定的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，可以是原創(chuàng)論文或調(diào)研報(bào)告；

（2）論證層次清晰，分析較為深入，研究方法合理、文字規(guī)范流暢，注釋規(guī)范；

（4）一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)抄襲、剽竊行為，將取消參賽資格。

全國高校法律英語大賽已經(jīng)在北京第二外國語學(xué)院成功舉辦了兩屆（2008年、2009年）。比賽期間，來自全國近200所高校的近500名法律專業(yè)本科生和研究生聚集北京二外，交流法律思想，切磋英語技能，傳遞學(xué)術(shù)友誼。大賽以“用英語表達(dá)你的法律觀點(diǎn)”為主題，本著促進(jìn)中外法律文化交流與融通、檢驗(yàn)我國法律英語教學(xué)水平、推動(dòng)國內(nèi)高校法科學(xué)生法律英語學(xué)習(xí)的宗旨，由北京第二外國語學(xué)院法政學(xué)院發(fā)起并具體組織實(shí)施。歷屆比賽都得到國內(nèi)高校法律院系的積極響應(yīng)和大力支持，很多學(xué)校高度重視，在參加決賽之前還組織了本校預(yù)選賽，大賽的舉辦對(duì)國內(nèi)高校法律英語的學(xué)習(xí)起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。《檢察日?qǐng)?bào)》主辦的《法學(xué)院》專刊在2008年5月8日第3期以“法律英語進(jìn)行時(shí)”為題，用兩個(gè)整版對(duì)全國首屆高校法律英語大賽進(jìn)行了專題報(bào)道，報(bào)道稱：“首屆全國法律英語大賽”引發(fā)高校法律英語熱。大賽也得到國家有關(guān)部門的高度評(píng)價(jià)，國家法制局原局長孫琬鐘先生親臨現(xiàn)場，對(duì)首屆高校法律英語大賽的舉辦表示祝賀并參加頒獎(jiǎng)，同時(shí)期望法律英語大賽越辦越好。

校園選拔賽地點(diǎn)：外語樓(具體比賽教室見當(dāng)日大廳張貼的示意圖)

八、比賽形式：

英語寫作大賽：現(xiàn)場寫作

英語演講大賽：

（一）選拔賽第一輪初賽：定題演講 每位選手演講時(shí)間為3分鐘，題目為 “Change the Unchangeable”（要求每位選手在本題目下加小標(biāo)題）

（二）選拔賽第二輪決賽：

1、即興演講

2、回答問題：由提問評(píng)委就選手定題

演講內(nèi)容提兩個(gè)問題，選手回答時(shí)

間為每個(gè)問題1分鐘

英語演講大賽：即日起至10月15日中午12點(diǎn)

十一、注意事項(xiàng)：

1、同學(xué)們可自行選擇一個(gè)或兩個(gè)比賽參加。

2、以班級(jí)為單位到指定地點(diǎn)報(bào)名、繳費(fèi)。

3、英語演講比賽，每位選手演講時(shí)間為3分鐘，演講稿必須自己撰寫，抄襲或

請(qǐng)他人代寫，一經(jīng)查實(shí)取消參賽資格。

4、英語寫作大賽不允許攜帶電子設(shè)備，不允許使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

I have been in college for about one year.During my stay here，I come to realize college life is like a white paper.I draw a lot of color in the paper.I experience all tastes of life, sour, sweet, bitter and hot.I am from countryside which is far away from here.Sometimes, I miss my parents.But I can't often see my parents.Lucky for me, I made many friends there.They often help me and care about me.without their help, I would not be here today.Thanks for my friends here.My college life is rich and colorful.In my free time, I can do many more things besides study, Such as joining club and taking part-time job.It not only made my life more colorful, but also helps me improve my skills.Sometimes, I play table tennis with my friends.It is exciting and relaxing.The college is like a society.I learn many things in college.Let me learn how to better communicate with people...A college experience is part of growing up.I cry, smile, fall in love and get hurt.It makes me become a better person.I love my college life!
