尊敬的各位領導，親愛的同事們大家好，我是曾弘垚，來自建筑一分院。今天面對夢想、責任、成長這一主題，每個人都會有自己的答案，與其說是演講，不如說是跟大家分享一下我的想法。

不知道大家有沒有關注最新的中國好聲音第三季，期中有一位導師有一個永恒不變的問題，那就是要選手“談談你的夢想”。他們既不是音樂導師，也不是表演導師，他們自稱為夢想導師，我想這是有原因的。上臺演唱的每一位歌手，不知道大家覺得怎么樣，我覺得都已經具備了不俗的實力，稱為職業歌手也不為過。他們在音準、音域、穩定度等專業方面自然也不會有太多問題，然而他們的共同問題則是一個未完成的夢想，因此他們最需要的是一位能引領他們完成自己夢想的導師。

夢想對于一個人的作用不言而喻，夢想是一個人的靈魂、夢想是人生道路上的指路燈，每個人或許也都有自己對于夢想的概念，而我想說的是，夢想是一個完整的人所必須的必要條件，沒有夢想就不是一個完整的人。因此我覺得參加中國好聲音的歌手都很幸運，能夠有自己的夢想，也只有這樣才能遇到自己的夢想導師，進而完成夢想完整自己。因此我也不止一次地問自己，我的夢想又是什么呢？小的時候，我會思索一下然后說我的夢想是科學家，發明能夠拯救全人類的東西。少年的時候，我會思索一下然后說我的夢想是成為閃耀的體育明星，突破人類極限的同時也能為國增光。大學時期，我會思索一下然后說我的夢想是成為一名規劃或者建筑大師，創造屬于我的風格。但是今天，我會毫不猶豫的說，我的夢想是成為一位在一線工作的建筑師，為祖國在城市化的進程中添磚加瓦，為祖國的未來鋪平道路。

我現在的夢想，現在聽起來或許平淡無奇，但相比之前的夢想，卻絕對是獨一無二的。因為它是一個過程，通往未來的路永無止境，我的夢想不再是某一個聽起來輝煌的時刻。也正是因為這個過程，用我的方式來詮釋，它將絕對會是唯一的。

這樣的夢想，這樣的變化，你可以認為是因為環境差異、家庭條件、個人能力等原因造成的，而我將它解釋為責任。小的時候不懂得人類這個詞的沉重，少年的時候不懂得家庭這個詞的艱辛，大學的時候不懂得大師這個詞的復雜，而現在我懂得了什么才是國家、社會和家庭最需要的東西，而這就是我的責任，我選擇在此基礎上完成我的夢想，頓時多年來困惑的夢想的問題變得清晰無比。

不承擔責任的夢想是無力的，也是不完整的，或許更應該稱之為夢。請大家設想一下，當你閉上眼睛的時候，你的心在向夢飛去；而當你睜開眼睛的時候，身體在向一個目標前進。只有當夢與現實的目標完美結合的時候，我覺得這才是真正的夢想。只有這樣，無論何時你都有夢想相伴，不再孤獨和空虛，這不就是夢想正真的作用嗎？那就是使人變得完整。而擁有這樣的夢想，就必須選擇責任。

最后關于成長，在追逐夢想，承擔責任的路上，成長無時不刻的發生，請正視成長并且記住它吧，它將會是這一路風風雨雨的見證。夢想藏于心、責任扛于肩、成長行于腳下，這就是我想說的，謝謝大家。

大家好！我演講的題目是——《責任傾注教育，奉獻追逐夢想》。成為一名老師，是我孩提時代的夢。于是，在人生的十字路口，我毅然選擇了教師這個職業。師范學校的生活轉眼而過，懷著滿腔的熱情，帶著十足的干勁，我踏上了三尺講臺。一路走來，讓我明白：教育是太陽底下最光輝的事業，而責任就是教育的光輝；教師是人類靈魂的工程師，而奉獻就是教師的靈魂。

如果把教育事業比作一棵大樹，那么對崗位的熱愛就是它的樹根。我工作在一個愛崗敬業的環境中，青年教師滿腔熱忱地扎根于講臺，中年教師無怨無悔地撲在工作上，老教師默默地埋頭苦干。領導們嚴謹的作風、同事們敬業的精神，使我暗下決心：不追名譽，但求工作進步；不追利益，但求今生無悔。

我愛學生，尤其關愛學困生，常常利用課余時間，陪他們聊天，打開他們的心扉，激發他們學習的興趣，再注入知識的清泉。我明白，在他們眼中，哪怕我只是朝他們微微一笑，摸摸他們的小腦袋，也會被看作是一種莫大的鼓勵和認可。我也是一個孩子的母親，可每天陪女兒的時間屈指可數，每當看到小家伙粘著我卻又不能陪她時，我會非常心酸，但看到我的學生那燦爛的笑容，以及點滴的進步，我也會倍感欣慰。我知道我肩上承載著更多的責任，這是捧著一顆心來，不帶半根草去的師愛精神。

如果把教育事業比作一棵大樹，那么奉獻就是它的枝干。2015年12月13日，我參加了教育局組織的無償獻血活動。當時的我十分瘦弱，體質較差，身邊的同事也非常為我擔心，我更不敢把自己獻血的事，告訴遠在上海的父母，可我依然選擇這樣做，因為我是一名教師，是一名正在向黨組織靠攏的積極分子，理應帶頭垂范，為身邊的老師和學生樹立榜樣。獻一次血對我來說，是力所能及的事，多休息幾天，身體就可恢復，而對于一個急需輸血的病人來說，有了血源，就等于有了一次重生的機會。挽救一個生命，就是挽救一個幸福的家庭，我認為我的付出非常值得，我用切實的行動來告訴大家，奉獻是快樂的，也是幸福的！

居里夫人有句名言：人類也需要夢想者，這種人醉心于一種事業的大公無私的發展，因而不能注意自身的物質利益。我覺得教師就要做醉心于教育事業的夢想者，這種無私的奉獻精神，一定會奏出最美的樂章！我要用居里夫人的名言激勵自己：把責任傾注在教育上，用奉獻去追逐教育的夢想。我的演講完畢，謝謝大家！

大家好！

不知不覺中，加入到教育這個和諧大家庭，已經有十七個年頭了。十七年來，我一直從事著班主任工作。應該說，當初，是帶著對教師這一職業的崇敬和向往，帶著青春的夢想和蓬勃的激情，踏進了教育這片孕育未來希望的沃土。當我穿過它前面簇擁的花環，真正融身其中時，才真切地發現區區三尺，學問非凡。是它，讓我學會了如何思考，如何實現自己的價值，如何締造一份幸福。

那么，如何讓孩子們浸潤書香，靜心閱讀，在書海中徜徉呢？首當其沖的就是建立班級圖書角，為孩子們構建一個閱讀的平臺，督促孩子認真讀書，讀有所獲。我還記得王子昂同學在讀過《不知道的世界》之后寫道：生活中有多少我不知道的事情啊，在書中我都可以找到答案，書，真是我最好的老師！

我在班級里每周開設一節閱讀課，進行班級共讀。兩年來，我和孩子們共讀了《蘋果樹上的外婆》《女巫》《一百條裙子》等十余本優秀圖書。雖然不能一下子讓孩子明白很多道理，但會使他們有興趣親近文學，親近閱讀，在閱讀中獲得優雅的心情，滋養良好的情緒，很多的智慧和見解慢慢地浸潤著孩子的心靈，無聲無息地照亮著孩子們成長的路程。

這件事過去很久了，但它讓我徹底懂得了什么是責任！什么叫擔當！一個沒有責任心，沒有勇氣擔當的人，他就只能在夢想與現實之間徘徊不定，躊躇不前，其結果只能是夢醒了而自己卻還在床上。一個有責任心，勇于擔當的人，才能將夢想變成現實，并讓現實不斷的超越一個個夢想。

爸爸經常對我講，偉大的物理學家錢學森為了祖國的科

學事業，毅然放棄在美國的優越生活，選擇回到當時還十分落后的祖國，飽含深情地為祖國的科技事業貢獻一生。這就是愛國主義價值觀的體現，他值得我們每一位同學學習。

前段時間，電視上報道一位名叫鄒碧華的上海法官，他勤奮工作，病倒在工作崗位上，最終獻出了自己的生命。他是為了法治、為了社會公正而燃盡生命，讓我非常受啟發，他是最可愛的人。

還有無數平凡的人在自己平凡的崗位上默默奉獻，默默踐行著社會主義核心價值觀。他們都是最可愛的人。

“今日之責任，不在他人，而全在我少年。少年智則國智，少年富則國富，少年強則國強，少年獨立則國獨立，少年自由則國自由，少年進步則國進步。”100年前，梁啟超先生已經對我們青少年的光榮使命和人生價值做出了定位。

I’ve talked about teachers’ responsibility for inspiring students and pushing you to learn.我談到過教師激勵學生并督促他們學習的責任。I’ve talked about your parents’ responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and you get your homework done, and don’t spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with the Xbox.我談到過家長的責任，要確保你們走正路，完成家庭作業，不要整天坐在電視前或玩Xbox游戲。I’ve talked a lot about your government’s responsibility for setting high standards, and supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren’t working, where students aren’t getting the opportunities that they deserve.我多次談到過政府的責任，要制定高標準，支持教師和校長的工作，徹底改善不能為學生提供應有機會的、教育質量差的學校。

12:06 P.M.EDT THE PRESIDENT: Hello, everybody!Thank you.Thank you.Thank you, everybody.All right, everybody go ahead and have a seat.How is everybody doing today?(Applause.)How about Tim Spicer?(Applause.)I am here with students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia.And we've got students tuning in from all across America, from kindergarten through 12th grade.And I am just so glad that all could join us today.And I want to thank Wakefield for being such an outstanding host.Give yourselves a big round of applause.(Applause.)I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school.And for those of you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it's your first day in a new school, so it's understandable if you're a little nervous.I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now--(applause)--with just one more year to go.And no matter what grade you're in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer and you could've stayed in bed just a little bit longer this morning.I know that feeling.When I was young, my family lived overseas.I lived in Indonesia for a few years.And my mother, she didn't have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep up with an American education.So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday.But because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the morning.Now, as you might imagine, I wasn't too happy about getting up that early.And a lot of times, I'd fall asleep right there at the kitchen table.But whenever I'd complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and she'd say, “This is no picnic for me either, buster.”(Laughter.)So I know that some of you are still adjusting to being back at school.But I'm here today because I have something important to discuss with you.I'm here because I want to talk with you about your education and what's expected of all of you in this new school year.Now, I've given a lot of speeches about education.And I've talked about responsibility a lot.I've talked about teachers' responsibility for inspiring students and pushing you to learn.I've talked about your parents' responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and you get your homework done, and don't spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with the Xbox.I've talked a lot about your government's responsibility for setting high standards, and supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren't working, where students aren't getting the opportunities that they deserve.But at the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world--and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you pay attention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed.That's what I want to focus on today: the responsibility each of you has for your education.I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself.Every single one of you has something that you're good at.Every single one of you has something to offer.And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is.That's the opportunity an education can provide.Maybe you could be a great writer--maybe even good enough to write a book or articles in a newspaper--but you might not know it until you write that English paper--that English class paper that's assigned to you.Maybe you could be an innovator or an inventor--maybe even good enough to come up with the next iPhone or the new medicine or vaccine--but you might not know it until you do your project for your science class.Maybe you could be a mayor or a senator or a Supreme Court justice--but you might not know that until you join student government or the debate team.And no matter what you want to do with your life, I guarantee that you'll need an education to do it.You want to be a doctor, or a teacher, or a police officer? You want to be a nurse or an architect, a lawyer or a member of our military? You're going to need a good education for every single one of those careers.You cannot drop out of school and just drop into a good job.You've got to train for it and work for it and learn for it.And this isn't just important for your own life and your own future.What you make of your education will decide nothing less than the future of this country.The future of America depends on you.What you're learning in school today will determine whether we as a nation can meet our greatest challenges in the future.You'll need the knowledge and problem-solving skills you learn in science and math 夢想與責任

前幾天看到的一個大學生籌建希望小學的報道，深深感動了我。賈凡，一位不平凡的大學生。他和他的同學們，動員了20余所高校、中學，2000多名大學生、中學生，百余萬愛心市民，募集了100萬元，為貴州大山里的孩子，籌資建設了一所希望小學。在賈凡身上，生動的體現出了夢想與責任的交融。

蒲松齡的自勉聯寫到：有志者，事竟成，破釜沉舟，百二秦關終屬楚；苦心人，天不負，臥薪嘗膽，三千越甲可吞吳。所謂志，是志向，也是夢想。人生中的大多數人，都被生活的重負壓在身上，如同一塊巨石壓身，喘不過氣來。的確，我們的生活太沉重了，身心常有疲憊之感。但是又不能不為自己的前途靜下心來，去尋找出路。人生之所以迷茫，歸根結底主要是沒有遠大的志向和為之奮斗的明確目標。沒有人生的目標，只會停留在原地；沒有遠大的志向，只會變得慵懶，變得聽天由命，嘆息茫然。
