商務溝通英語演講心得

在這次商務溝通英語演講比賽當中，我做為一名選手，感受頗深，這也是我第一次參加這樣展示自我的一次比賽，應該對于我來說意義

非凡，學到了不少。收獲榮譽的同時，我的心靈受到了強烈的震撼和

洗禮，參加此次演講比賽是我人生中非常特別的一次體驗，不僅僅是

比賽的環節和考驗給我留下了深刻的印象，而且這一路走來的心理歷

練也讓我收獲頗多。

以前也參加過比賽，但是沒有這么大型，這是一場全國型的比賽，恰好是一次難得的機會，憑借這個舞臺可以綻放自己，畢竟做為一名 新手，我沒有足夠的經驗。而且我們講的都是英文的內容，我們的主

題是極好的運動和鍛煉，內容詳細并且豐富，ppt制作也是制作精

美，在比賽之前，我們做足了準備，我們排練過，在老師的幫助下，我們一起表演，在學校的會議室里，當時我并不緊張，因為在學校我們本來我是做了充分的準備的了，但是面對如此多的觀眾和評委，心

里難免有些緊張，自己的眼神不敢與他們進行對接，無法很好地做到

與他們進行心靈的交流。但從其他選手的身上我看到了他們在面對如

此多觀眾時的那種從容鎮定、臨危不亂。自己覺得我在這方面與他們

還有一定的距離，我應該與他們多交流、學習，努力去克服這方面的不足。

通過這幾次的演講比賽下來，首先我最想表達的就是感謝。正是

因為老師們對我的全力支持，才有了我今天出色的演講。在此，我要

感謝我的我的老師佘小潔給我的演講稿做的點睛式地鼓舞，我還要感

謝張教鳶，朱捷老師幫我們進行排練付出的辛苦，正是因為有這兩位

老師在演講技巧和稿件寫作上給予了我很大幫助和啟發，才有我在演

講臺上的“淋漓表演”，使我信心越來越強。其次，具體到演講過程中，首先要有一個好的演講稿，演講稿的題材、角度一定要新穎，絕不重

復別人的故事，你想那么多的參賽選手，如果學習的榜樣總是那幾位

英雄，無論你多么慷慨激昂，評委們聽得多了，便也不會覺得新穎了，因此你的演講稿就沒有什么亮點。一個演講要有亮點，什么是亮點？

與眾不同。很多參賽選手都有自己的故事，顧不上自己的身體，顧不

上自己的家庭，顧不上自己的孩子，全心撲在工作上，令人感動，令

人欽佩，但這些故事聽了讓人感到酸楚，難道這就是我們的生活？我想在做好本職工作的同時，也應該照顧好家庭：我們熱愛自己的工作，也熱愛自己的家人；我們辛勤的付出，當然也要享受付出后的收獲、喜悅、積極、陽光、向上、幸福才是我們生活的主旋律。

另外還有六個方面的小技巧：

1、一見傾心：演講者著裝得體、精神振奮、姿態優雅，會使聽眾有個很好的第一印象。

2、一鳴驚人： 在演講開場的三句話內，要能在聲音、情感、語調上一炮打響，打動

聽眾，這樣演講就很容易成功。

3、一語中的：在演講中，演講者要

在適當的時候，一般在熱烈的當口上，以簡單明確的慨括性語言，說

出你的主題觀點，最好能用上排比句式來表達，會給聽眾留下深刻印

象。

4、情理交融：演講之所以要有演的成分，是因為要先體現以情

說理，再以理服人。所以在演講中，演講者要善于運用動人感人的事

例、體驗典型人和物、調動聽眾的情感，在引起情感共鳴的基礎上，適時闡明道理和主題，常常會使你的演講效果倍增。

5、言行一致：

演講中與聽眾的交流非常重要，演講是有對象性的。在演講中要注意

到臺下聽眾的特點，并且有意的通過眼神表情與臺下交流。

6、首尾

相接：最簡潔的突出主題的方法，把演講的開頭和結尾聯系起來，甚

至是重復開頭的演講題目，都不失為很好的方法，這樣會使聽眾對主

題更清楚。

以上就是我參加演講比賽的一些體會。每一次比賽都是一次成長，我會珍藏演講之旅帶給我的收獲，常思這些要感謝的人，不斷激

2、比賽要求：

在規定的時間內完成演講； 語音語調基本準確，吐字清晰；

演講時帶有感情、氣勢和身體語言，懂得眼神交流。

3、比賽成績將根據選手的表現打分，然后根據分數決定參加決賽的選手名單。名單將于該次比賽全部結束后的三天內公布，請關注學校海報欄,進入決賽者也將短信通知。

（二）決賽

1、比賽形式：比賽分為兩部分：定題演講和即興演講 選手參賽時按抽簽序號決定出場順序； 演講一開始，需要選手進行自我介紹；

自我介紹之后，選手開始定題演講，時間限制在3分鐘之內； 演講完畢之后，選手需回到原座位，等候工作人員的統一安排；

再開始第二輪的即興演講，即興演講時間為1分鐘，評委根據選手所講內容打分； 比賽采取積分制，由3位評委分別針對選手的各個評分單項打分，然后計算總分。

2、比賽要求：

在規定的時間內完成演講任務；

“My China Dream”主題英語演講比賽

2013年4 月20 日，食品學院在4號教學樓104室成功了一場精彩的演講比賽。此次比賽的評委有外國語學院陳滿平老師，2013年外國語學院英文演講比賽第一名又兼海南大學中英文演講比賽第一名梁夢曉學長，海南大學英語俱樂部會長汪嬌學姐。

2013年，因為夢想變得沉重，又因為夢想變得飛揚熱烈。“中國夢”是我國新一屆中央領導集團參觀中國國家博物館“復興之路”展覽后，習近平主席定義了“中國夢”即“實現中華民族近代以來最偉大的夢想，而且滿懷信心地表示這個夢想‘一定會實現’”。

參賽同學們心不同的風格，侃侃而談、激情慷慨、聲情并茂，淋漓盡致暢抒心中的夢想，或強大至堅定不摧，或美好光明坦蕩??中間串連了一個小游戲“心有靈犀”，兩位選手一組，一位選手把手伸進箱中摸索，知道是什么物品后，由這位同學向同組另一位同學描述，僅可以用英語與肢體語言表達，由這位同學猜出它的英文名。之后是即興演講和評委提問，這一環節充分展示了同學們的應變能力與表達能力。最后由陳滿平老師對此次比賽進行點評。

經過一系列激烈的角逐，主持人宣布比賽結果，獲得一等獎的是趙藝捷同學，獲得二等獎的是曹璇同學，獲得三等獎的是張圓同學、張凱琦同學、陳穎同學。獲得此次最佳組織獎的是食科1班。
