“全國高校市場營銷大賽‘花之林’杯湖南省分賽高職專科組大賽”經過組委會工作人員的精心準備，今天在我院隆重開幕了！在此，我代表學院黨委、行政對這次大賽的召開表示熱烈的祝賀！向親臨大賽現場指導的各位領導，向各位評委和選手表示熱烈的歡迎！

高職教育在我國起步較晚, 整體的技能教學體系結構還不夠健全和完善，學校對技能教學的整體規劃、設計、實施、監控、評價還處在探索和改進階段。高職院校對技能教學的管理、研究遠不如常規理論教學那么成熟和規范，社會對技能人才的需求與學校培養技能型人才的速度和模式還存在著一定的差距。因此，如何加快信息時代的高技能型人才培養速度，如何在技能教學中探索一條新路，加快提升學生的技能水平，成為我國高等職業教育教學所面臨的新課題。

“全國高校市場營銷大賽”是由中國社會科學院中國市場學會、工信部中國中小企業國際合作協會、教育部考試中心聯合主辦的面向全國高校大學生的營銷實踐技能競賽活動，2011年為大賽第四屆，大賽旨在深化教育部“以能力和職業發展為導向”的人才培養要求，建立營銷務實教學、以賽促學的機制，推動高等院校營銷實踐課程體系和內容的改革，引導和培養高校學生營銷創新、策劃和應變能力，增強和促進學生團隊協作、主動創新的職業素養及就業、創業能力。2011年“全國高校市場營銷大賽‘花之林’杯湖南省分賽高職專科組大賽”，是由湖南商學院及湖南工程職業技術學院聯合承辦，并聯合湖南省10所高職院校聯合舉辦的一次大型專業競賽活動。社會各界對于本次比賽關注度很高，以湖南教育電視臺為代表的電視媒體，以新浪網、紅網等為代表的網絡媒體，以長沙晚報、瀟湘晨報等為代表的平面媒體都在對大賽進行宣傳報道。我衷心希望本次大賽能夠為提高學生的技能水平提供一個良好平臺，能夠為來自全省各地的選手提供一個交流、學習和競技的平臺，能夠為社會輸送更多優秀的營銷專業人才！

“全國高校市場營銷大賽‘花之林’杯湖南省分賽高職專科組大賽”現在就要閉幕了。在這短短的一天時間內，各組選手經過制定營銷策劃方案、方案PPT展示答辯和現場對決PK幾個環節的激烈角逐，終于產生出了大賽的一、二、三等獎。在這個過程中，我們各組選手以“花之林人文茶館”為研究對象，就怎樣擴展花之林人文茶館加盟店的數量、怎樣增加來客數量、如何吸引優秀員工來花之林人文茶館連鎖公司工作等幾個主題進行了相關調查、了解了企業市場情況，站在企業角度制定了可行的營銷策劃方案，并且對策劃方案進行了現場PPT演示和陳述，對企業提出的問題做了現場回答。參賽選手的邏輯思維能力、文字表達能力、營銷策劃能力和團隊合作能力都得到了很好的培養和提高。

實踐證明，工學結合是行之有效的技能型人才培養模式，職業人才的實踐能力、操作技能的培養，取決于這種教育教學模式的實施。舉辦技能大賽這種“以賽促學、以賽促訓、以賽促教”教學模式的實施，是工學結合培養模式的一大亮點。它以參加技能競賽為中心開展系列性的技能教學活動，學生通過技能競賽的嚴格訓練與考核，都能夠比較熟練地掌握專業技術和職業技能，較好地適應職業崗位的技術技能要求，得到社會和企業用人單位的普遍認同，實現學生的高就業率。實施以賽促學的教學模式，有目的、有計劃、有組織地組織學生參加各種技能競賽，有利于高度集中時間對學生進行突破飛躍性技能訓練，有利于高度集中資源讓學生獲得大運動量的熟練精確性技能訓練，有利于教師高度集中精力指導學生開展綜合應用性技能訓練，最終有利于提高學生的技能學習質量水平。

以賽促學新模式對我們的教學提出了新的要求，主要包括以下三個方面:一是對教師的知識結構和能力結構提出了新的要求：要求高職院校專業教師的學識結構從知識型轉向能力型、從通用型轉向專用型、從一般型轉向專門的解構和重構型。二是對學生的學習興趣、學習方法和學習習慣提出了新要求：這種高強度、嚴要求的學習訓練方式，對糾正學生輕視勞動、散漫松垮的不良學風，建設尊重勞動、勤學苦練、嚴謹堅毅的優良學風具有重要作用。三是對學校的教學組織管理提出了新的要求。第一，提高學校教學組織管理的目標。學校教學組織管理目標就不能只是定位于常規達標，而必須在達標的基礎上與同行競爭。第二，教學組織管理的運行出現了許多新變化、新組合。例如，教學內容與課程體系需要根據技能競賽的特別需要進行重新整合，以確保學生的知識、能力結構成龍配套、可兼容擴容、可持續發展；教學時間由于增加了集中強化培訓時段，勢必打破傳統的課堂時間管理模式，使教師和學生的作息時間出現新變化；教學空間由于增加了企業生產現場實訓項目，使傳統的課堂組織管理模式必須適應兼容企業生產現場的管理方式；教師隊伍由于增加了來自

企業的技術技能專家，師生關系由傳統的二元結構變成了三元結構。第三，學校各個部門要提供全方位的支持與保障。由于以賽促學是“外向型”的教學活動，是學校整體實力的公開展示與比拼，所以需要全校通力合作，各個部門全力配合。
