克森林公園成為了莊嚴的天安門廣場最歡樂的伙伴。中軸路上這三個特色鮮明的北京地標，不僅體現了北京奧運的三大理念，更連接起了北京城市的昨天和今天。

絲路

女孩只有5歲，她從4歲開始學琴。古老的畫卷在無垠的星光中延展。現代部分的表演，從黑白跳躍到彩色，風格絢麗，無數舞者受了色彩的吸引，而匯聚到畫卷中間。場地中的綠衣使者閃耀光芒，為我

自然：

太極的表演體現了傳統與未來的交融，表現了人與自然和諧相處，達到天人合一的境界。太極拳是中國武術中最有代表性的一種拳路。它的特點是“動靜結合、剛柔相濟”。

多媒體形式的表演，生動地表現了中國功夫古老的哲學觀念：人與自然的和諧。“飛流直下三千尺，疑是銀河落九天。”這是唐代詩人李白名句的詩意表達。

太極八卦圖像征著天、地、雷、風、水、火、山、澤八種自然現象，衍生了世間萬物的變化。2008名太極演員排成圓陣。在中國傳統的觀念中，圓為大，為圓滿。

奧運會開幕式

2008年8月8號，是我們中華民族百年之夢實現的日子。圣火即將在北京鳥巢上冉冉升起；五環將在北京展現它的風采。就是在今天，我們將欣賞到盛大的開幕式。

晚上七點多，我在電視機前等待著屏幕上出現鳥巢的身影。將近八點時，電視終于出現了鳥巢，鳥巢內人聲鼎沸，座無虛席。擊缶的2008個人上臺了，上下兩個方陣。只見上下兩個方陣在氣勢磅礴的節奏聲中，由發光的缶面連續閃出阿拉伯數字和漢字的“60、50、40、30、20、10、9、8、7、6、5、4、3、2、1”來倒計時。觀眾的吶喊將倒計時推向高潮。焰火在高空中綻放。整個“鳥巢”宛若盛開的花朵。場內缶陣上的閃光，宛若花朵晶瑩的花蕊。我聽見了胡錦濤主席的話語：“我宣布，北京2008年奧運會開幕！”這一聲讓舉國上下的人民沸騰了，我國的四大發明一一亮相，我認為造紙術和活字印刷術最好。活字印刷術看似機械，其實是897個演員的表演。這種字的表演實在是太精彩了，光是那海浪似的高低起伏的樣子就讓人贊嘆了，還有造出“和”字形就更讓人感到佩服了。造紙術展現時，場地上竟奇跡般地出現了一張長70米的畫卷。舞蹈演員用她們的身體完成了一幅水墨畫，當畫緩緩升起的時候，我驚訝得目瞪口呆，竟是一幅極其壯觀的朝陽升起的圖畫！這似乎是在暗示我國現在正如這朝陽般輝煌，又像是在告訴外國友人：“中國是生機勃勃的！”這幅畫又被一群活潑歡樂的孩子用畫筆涂上了顏色，這幅畫展現在我面前，我看見的是瓦藍的天，碧綠的草地，紅通通的太陽還有一道彩虹。還有那時不時盛開出的焰火，從上方看，它是多么鮮艷，多么令人眼花繚亂呀！活字印刷術看似機械，其實是897個演員的表演。這種字的表演實在是太精彩了，光是那海浪似的高低起伏的樣子就讓人贊嘆了，還有造出“和”字形就更讓人感到佩服了

就在這時，一個微型的地球出現了，上面站的正是劉歡和一名英國的女歌星。哦，原來是要唱奧運歌曲了。設計舞臺的人真是獨具匠心，把地球和“同一個世界，同一個夢想”結合起來，動聽的音樂伴著歌聲飛揚起來，讓人都要陶醉在這樂曲聲中。滿堂喝彩后，最引人注目的運動員入場了。耐心地等待了一個小時多，終于，中國出場了——

它是最龐大的隊伍，姚明是打旗手。在歡呼聲中，中國隊也進入了鋪在體育場內的這幅“畫圈”。從上往下看，來自全球各地的運動員們用五顏六色的足印畫出一道道絢麗的色彩。它與之前的水墨畫、兒童畫構成了一幅全新的美麗畫卷。這時，圣火就要來了。

最后的時刻到了，火炬傳遞到了最后一棒“體操王子”李寧的手中。他帶著火炬飛到了鳥巢的上空邊緣，再順著邊緣跑了一圈之后，他用火炬點燃了火炬臺——火炬臺在那一刻燃燒起來了！它似乎是要記載下這歷史性的一幕，在人們的歡呼聲中燃燒得更旺了！

2008年8月8日晚上8點，第29屆北京奧林匹克運動會準時開幕了！

昨天，從下午開始，我就守侯在電視機前收看直播。隨著電視機屏幕上的倒計時提示不斷變化，我的心情也越來越激動了。終于，19點48分，直播開始。開場時的擊缶表演多么氣勢磅礴、震撼人心！尤其是擊缶倒數，當畫面上的“30”與電視機屏幕右上角的時鐘顯示完全吻合的時候，那種和諧的變化同時又精確無誤的場景讓我心潮澎湃！在高亢鼓樂和震天歡呼聲中，北京奧運會開幕式拉開帷幕。熱情友好的中華兒女誠邀四海賓朋，我們歡迎你！在《歷史的足跡》一幕中，象征奧運歷史足跡的29個“巨人腳印”，用焰火接力的造形，沿著古老北京的中軸路，一步步走向鳥巢。當“足跡”出現在“鳥巢”上空時，現場觀眾沸騰了，我也心跳加快了，非常興奮，非常激動！接著，文藝表演正式開始。當清新和諧的畫卷展開，泱泱中華五千年的文化積淀足以叫人嘆服！精致優雅的舞蹈同時也在描繪著一幅彩繪，形的美與意的美相互交融，相得益彰，堪稱完美。在接下來的表演中，我們也隨時能夠真切地感受到中國源遠流長的歷史和深厚的文化底蘊。當藍色星球從地下升入高空時，我又一次感動了！變幻著色彩和圖案的“地球”太漂亮了，那是我們共同的家！美麗的場景寓意著萬物和諧共生，不同國家、不同種族的人民和睦相處，這是充滿友誼和溫暖的大家庭！多么美好的意境啊??后來是各國運動員入場，在這一部分中，我們看到了多元文化和諧并存，真的是“和而不同”！當中國隊入場時，全場又一次沸騰了！“中國，加油！”的口號響徹云霄，現場歡聲雷動，自豪之情通過電視屏幕匯入場外觀眾的血液，讓每一個華夏兒女都充滿力量！今日零點四分，奧林匹克的圣火終于在國家體育場“鳥巢”熊熊燃起！同一個世界，同一個夢想。此時此刻，中華民族終于圓了百年奧運之夢！

整場開幕式不僅體現了形與意的和諧，更體現了華夏的燦爛文明，體現了中國的博大心胸，體現了和諧中國、和諧世界的理念！

On Nelson Mandela International Day, I join women and men across the world in honouring a man whose strength, vision and magnanimity changed South Africa and the course of the 20th century.值此“納爾遜-曼德拉國際日”，我和全世界各地的人們一起向這位以自己的力量、理想和博大胸懷改變了南非和二十世紀進程的偉人致以崇高的敬意。

A UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador since 2005, Nelson Mandela once said that “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”自2005年以來一直擔任教科文組織親善大使的曼德拉先生曾經說過：“教育是可以用來改變世界的最強有力的武器。”

The life of Nelson Mandela is an education to us all – an example of perseverance in overcoming adversity, of courage in braving the steepest challenges, of moral clarity in promoting reconciliation and peace.納爾遜-曼德拉的一生對我們所有人都具有教育意義——他是一位不屈不饒戰勝逆境的楷模，勇敢地面對最嚴峻的挑戰，并立場鮮明地推動和解與和平。

Nelson Mandela has taught the world that the dignity of women and men is the only foundation on which to build just societies.He has shown us that peace is not an ideal, or something abstract, but a way of living, a way of interacting with others and with the world.納爾遜-曼德拉告誡世人，維護每個人的尊嚴是建設公正社會的唯一基礎。他還告訴世人，和平不僅僅是理想，也不是抽象的概念，和平是一種生活方式，一種與他人和世界交流與互動的方式。
