animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit.as a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.though many other countries, even countries like the u.s.and japan, have also experienced food safety crises in some periods of their development, maybe none of them has witnessed food safety problems on such a large scale and during such a long period of time.actually, problematic food products had been with us for quite a long time before we realized them and almost no single food or even drink can be claimed absolutely safe.flours may contain too much chemicals like brightener that can turn them into the desirable color;meat might have been produced by animals that have consumed chemicals to add to the red part of meat;vegetables may have too much remnants of pesticides on their leaves;even milk and other beverages may have in them poisonous chemicals to make them smell flagrant and tasty.there is no denying the fact that food safety is a 我叫潘小云，是電機車的一名普通員工，今天我演講的題目是：假如……。

曾有人問過我，安全是什么？從概念上講，無危則是安，無缺則為全。安全第一，預(yù)防為主。這就是在提醒我們在安全生產(chǎn)工作中，必須重視細(xì)微環(huán)節(jié)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行各項安全規(guī)章，杜絕三違，做好各項安全措施。同時安全是家人心中的牽念，更是作為一名鉬城人看到順暢生產(chǎn)時舒心的笑容，翻開報紙雜志，打開網(wǎng)絡(luò)電視，種種事故沖擊著我們的身心，火車出軌，瓦斯爆炸，劇場火災(zāi)、交通事故……等等等等。一條條曾經(jīng)鮮活的生命，轉(zhuǎn)瞬間，以那么凄慘的方式結(jié)束，膽小的我，常常不忍去直面那些悲慘的內(nèi)容和畫面，可是即使我不去看不去聽，依然有這樣一起重大安全事故就在我們身邊發(fā)生了。

作為一名電機車人，大家都清楚記得2007年9月22日那天發(fā)生的事。像往常一樣，葵花園站值班員向西站辦理1505列車閉塞手續(xù)，西站值班員同意閉塞后，葵花園站值班員開放西站出站信號機，1505列車于23時07分發(fā)車，西站值班員接到發(fā)車通知后，未按規(guī)定檢查線路，手持信號燈在指定位置接車，而此時電鏟正在清理北側(cè)礦石。1505列車調(diào)車員在未得到西站值班員手信號及無任何信號的情況下盲目的將車引入西站，與突然轉(zhuǎn)

向的電鏟相撞，造成1505列車073#斗車脫軌推出10M左右，電鏟損壞影響西支線生產(chǎn)長達(dá)13小時。

事故在那么一瞬間發(fā)生了，我們先不用去算這起事故造成多么大損失，而要對這起事故發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行深思。每一起事故的發(fā)生都不是偶然的，都有一定的原因存在。現(xiàn)在，讓我們靜下心來，對這起事故的原因進(jìn)行認(rèn)真深入的分析。

事故發(fā)生的前兩天，1505機車在庫內(nèi)定檢時，點檢員發(fā)現(xiàn)，一端制動機漏風(fēng)，要求鉗工進(jìn)行檢修，鉗工檢查后，憑經(jīng)驗判斷漏風(fēng)現(xiàn)象不嚴(yán)重，而沒有進(jìn)行檢修。同時，將這一現(xiàn)象告知點檢員，點檢員也沒進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，就直接讓1505機車備用。就這樣，一臺存在安全隱患的機車在22日15點30分被出庫使用，司機對制動機漏風(fēng)也沒在意，使這起事故的發(fā)生埋下了隱患。

造成事故發(fā)生的第二個原因是，西站值班員沒有按規(guī)定手持信號燈站在規(guī)定的位置接車，接車前沒有對鐵路進(jìn)行安全確認(rèn)。

導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生的另外一個原因就是，調(diào)車員在未得到西站值班員手信號的情況下，盲目的將列車引入西站，在發(fā)現(xiàn)前方有險情時，沒有及時采取措施，拉動車長閥，最終導(dǎo)致斗車與電鏟相撞。

造成這起事故的第四個原因就是，電鏟違章清理道邊礦石。按照規(guī)定，撒落道邊的礦石由清道工負(fù)責(zé)清理，電鏟刮礦時必須有清道工在旁指揮。

還有一個原因就是，車進(jìn)入西站時速度太快，司機沒按規(guī)定減速鳴笛。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)前方有險情時，雖然采取了緊急制動，但由于速度過快，再加上制動機本身存在漏風(fēng)，導(dǎo)致列車不能及時停車，造成了電鏟列車相撞事故的發(fā)生。

經(jīng)過對這起事故原因的深入分析，我們不難看出，在整個事件的過程中，存在著許多安全隱患和違章行為。正是因為有這些隱患和行為的存在，才導(dǎo)致了這起事故的發(fā)生。但是，如果我們每一個環(huán)節(jié)都能夠做到嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)脑挘部赡鼙苊馐鹿实陌l(fā)生。假如，假如值班員接車前對鐵路進(jìn)行檢查，及時制止列車進(jìn)站；假如，假如調(diào)車員能發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有信號，及時將車停在站外；假如，假如點檢員能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)備用車存在隱患；假如，……。再多的假如也無法改變已成的事實，時間已經(jīng)牢牢的定格在2007年9月22日。

事故雖然發(fā)生了，過去的已經(jīng)成為過去。但深刻地教訓(xùn)我們卻久久不能忘記。我們每個人是不是都應(yīng)該有所深思，心靈的最深處是不是都有那怕是那么一點點痛心的觸動，深刻反思我們的日常工作行為。因此我在這里呼吁，大家在今后的工作中將安全工作作為重中之重，認(rèn)真對待，不放過任何一個隱患，每天從零開始，從零發(fā)展，將事故苗頭消滅在萌芽狀態(tài)，以足夠的信心去迎接她，去戰(zhàn)勝它，提高自身的安全意識，杜絕三違操作，遠(yuǎn)離安全事故。每天都能高高興興上班來，平平安安回家去，讓我們的家庭充滿幸福，讓我們的企業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)。

在校期間應(yīng)該怎樣注意安全

一、課間活動應(yīng)當(dāng)注意什么？在每天緊張的學(xué)習(xí)過程中，課間活動能夠起到放松、調(diào)節(jié)和適當(dāng)休息的作用。課間活動應(yīng)當(dāng)注意以下幾方面：l．室外空氣新鮮，課間活動應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量在室外，但不要遠(yuǎn)離教室，以免耽誤下面的課程。2．活動的強度要適當(dāng)，不要做劇烈的活動，以保證繼續(xù)上課時不疲勞、精力集中、精神飽滿。3．活動的方式要簡便易行，如做做操等。4．活動要注意安全，要避免發(fā)生扭傷、碰傷等危險。

二、游戲時如何保證安全？游戲是同學(xué)們生活中的重要內(nèi)容，在游戲中也要樹立安全觀念：1．要注意選擇安全的場所。要遠(yuǎn)離公路、鐵路、建筑工地、工廠的生產(chǎn)區(qū)；不要進(jìn)人枯井、地窖，防空設(shè)施；要避開變壓器、高壓電線；不要攀爬水塔、電桿、屋頂、高墻；不要靠近深湖（潭、河、坑）、水井、糞坑、沼氣池等。這些地方非常容易發(fā)生危險，稍有不慎，就會造成傷亡事故。2．要選擇安全的游戲來做。不要做危險性強的游戲，不要模仿電影、電視中的危險鏡頭，例如扒乘車輛、攀爬高的建筑物、用刀棍等互相打斗、用磚石等互相投擲、點燃樹枝廢紙等。這樣做的危險性很大，容易造成預(yù)料不到的惡果。3．游戲時要選擇合適的時間。游戲的時間不能太久。這樣容易過度疲勞，發(fā)生事故的可能性就會大大增加。最好不要在夜晚游戲，天黑視線不好，人的反應(yīng)能力也降低了。容易發(fā)生危險。

三、上體育課時衣著上應(yīng)注意些什么？上體育課大多是全身性運動，活動量大，還要運用很多體育器械，如跳箱、單雙杠、鉛球……所以為了安全，上課時衣著有一定的講究。l．衣服上不要別胸針、校徽、證章等。2．上衣、褲子口袋里不要裝鑰匙、小刀等堅硬、尖銳鋒利的物品。3．不要佩戴各種金屬的或玻璃的裝飾物。4．頭上不要戴各種發(fā)卡。5．患有近視眼的同學(xué)，如果不戴眼鏡可以上體育課，就盡量不要戴眼鏡。如果必須戴眼鏡，做動作時一定要小心謹(jǐn)慎。做墊上運動時，必須摘下眼鏡。6．不要穿塑料底的鞋或皮鞋，應(yīng)當(dāng)穿球鞋或一般膠底布鞋。7．衣服要寬松合體，最好不穿鈕扣多、拉鎖多或者有金屬飾物的服裝。有條件的應(yīng)該穿著運動服。

1、要盡可能地利用地形和各種物品，選定逃生路線，盡快遠(yuǎn)離人流；

2、當(dāng)卷入混亂的人流中時，最好趁早將領(lǐng)帶解掉，領(lǐng)扣解開，不要將手插入口袋，不要做手指交叉等動作；

3、多人一起行動時，可采取肩并肩，手拉手的方式，腳站穩(wěn)，用肩和背承受外來的壓力，避免被擠倒；

4、特別應(yīng)注意不要被擠到墻角或柵欄旁邊，失去活動余地，要隨人流運動，不要被他人絆倒；

5、如果身不由己被人群擁著前進(jìn)，要用一只手緊握另一手腕，雙肘撐開，平放于胸前，要微微向前彎腰，形成一定的空間，保證呼吸順暢，以免擁擠時造成窒息暈倒，并避免使內(nèi)臟受擠；

6、參加大型活動盡量穿平底鞋，高跟鞋比較容易失去平衡。

九、被歹徒盯上怎么辦？社會上一些不法分子、為了某種目的，常會以中小學(xué)生作為侵害對象，遇到這種情況可以采取下列措施：l．發(fā)現(xiàn)被歹徒盯上，不能驚慌，要保持頭腦清醒、鎮(zhèn)定。同時，根據(jù)自己的體力和心理狀態(tài)、周圍情況、歹徒的動機來決定對策。2．如果只是被歹徒盯上，應(yīng)迅速向附近的商店、繁華熱鬧的街道轉(zhuǎn)移，那里人來人往，歹徒不敢胡作非為；還可以就近進(jìn)入居民區(qū)、求得幫助3．如果被歹徒糾纏，應(yīng)高聲喝令其走開，并以隨身攜帶的雨傘和就地揀到的木棍、磚塊等作防御，同時迅速跑向人多的地方。4．遇到攔路搶劫的歹徒，可以將身上少量的財物交給歹徒，應(yīng)付周旋，同時仔細(xì)記下歹徒的相貌、身高、口音、衣著、逃離方向等情況，待事后立即向民警或公安部門報告。5．如果遇到兇惡的歹徒，自己又無法脫離危險，就一定要奮力反抗，免受傷害。反抗時，要大聲呼喊以震懾歹徒；動作要突然迅速，打擊歹徒的要害部位，在此過程中要不斷尋找機會脫身。6．應(yīng)切記，不到迫不得已時不要輕易與歹徒發(fā)生正面沖突，最重要的是要運用智慧，隨機應(yīng)變。

十、校園安全小知識

1、在校時間學(xué)生不得無故離開學(xué)校，有事外出得向班主任請假。
