3C強制認證產品檢測提供文件清單

產品檢測送樣時應提供以下資料：

送樣登記表；

CCC申請詳細資料；

產品說明書；

產品規(guī)格書；

產品維修手冊；

產品電路圖（包括原理圖和印制刷線路版圖）；

同一申請單元中主送型號產品與覆蓋型號產品的差異說明；

CCC認證申請步驟

1、向指定認證機構提交意向申請書，應包括如下內容：

申請人信息，制造商信息，如：名稱、地址、聯(lián)系人、聯(lián)系方式等；

生產廠信息（包括質量體系的狀況和體系獲證情況等）；

產品名稱、型號、規(guī)格、商標等；

1.電磁兼容性技術標準；

2.可能影響安全性能的產品變更情況說明；

3.產品電磁兼容性能檢驗報告（按型號提供）；

如果所申請的產品是已獲證型號產品的變更，或與已獲證產品有聯(lián)系，申請人應在申請書中做出說明。報關報檢,外匯核銷,出口退稅,通關咨詢

2、原則上按型號提出申請。不同生產廠生產的同型號產品或同一生產廠在不同地點生產的同型號產品，應分別申請。報關報檢,外匯核銷,出口退稅,通關咨詢

3、CCC認證機構會同分包實驗室審查申請資料后，劃分產品單元，并就檢測所依據的標準、檢測項目和所需樣品數量同申請人達成一致意見后，由分包實驗室向CCC報產品檢測費用。報關報檢,外匯核銷,出口退稅,通關咨詢

4、CCC認證機構會同業(yè)務代表根據生產廠的質量體系狀況，確定生產廠質量體系的審核天數，并確定相應的體系審核費。

5、CCC認證機構向申請人寄發(fā)CCC產品認證報價單。報價單包括認證收費的詳細內容、產品名稱型號、檢測標準和樣品數量等。

6.申請人在報價單上簽字蓋章并返回后，CCC認證機構向業(yè)務代表下達任務通知書，委托業(yè)務代表與申請人簽訂認證合同，并向申請人發(fā)正式申請書。申請書中包括有需補送的資料、申請方的責任及需附送的《質量體系情況調查表》等。
