I can not describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident.sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online.through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment.by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club.i had a few glorious memory on stage.that is my pride.班主任，是班級工作的領導者，組織者和實施者。作為班主任，每天面對的，是幾十雙渴求知識的眼睛，每天接觸的，是幾十顆等待滋潤的心靈。如何讓這一雙雙的眼睛充滿智慧之光？怎樣使這一顆顆心靈健康成長？這不僅需要班主任具有強烈的事業心，責任感，更需要班主任具備一定的組織管理能力。我一直從事小學語文教師兼班主任的工作，這使我深刻的體會到班主任工作的艱辛與勞苦，但是我更加難以忘懷的，是孩子們寫下“飲其流者懷其源，學其成時念吾師”時的那份情。今天，我結合自己的工作實際，談一談小學班主任工作的一些體會：

一、以身作則，帶動學生

大教育家烏申斯基曾有過這樣一段話：“教師個人的范例，對于學生的心靈是任何東西都不能代替的最有用的陽光。”小學，尤其是一年級的學生對學校、老師、同學都感到陌生，對一切都充滿新鮮感，對學校、對老師也很好奇。新學期開始，他們第一個想知道的就是自己的班主任是誰，她（他）是一個怎樣的老師，而且這時他們會留心觀察班主任的每一個動作、每一個眼神、每一種表情，會細心傾聽班主任的每一句話，他們對班主任有著一種特殊的信任和依賴情感。班主任的自身素質，道德修養，班主任的一言一行，一舉一動，無形之中會成為全班幾十個孩子的榜樣。因此，在班級工作中我時刻注意自身形象，事事從我做起，以良好的形象率先垂范，潛移默化的影響著我的學生。平時，凡要求學生做到的，我首先做到。我曾經在一次班會上鄭重的向全班學生承諾：“孩子們，請監督我！” 本學期開始，我擔任一年級的教學工作，孩子比較小，從幼兒階段到適應小學的生活，孩子們有好些事都不懂，都不會，需要老師手把手的教。校園里有了勞動任務，我總是一邊教孩子們怎樣勞動，一邊和他們一起干，不時地鼓勵這個表揚

那個！寫字課上孩子們坐姿不正確，我就坐在前面讓他們看老師是怎樣坐端正寫字的，字寫得不好看，結構掌握不好，我就鼓勵孩子像書法家那樣練字，很多孩子開始還比較有興趣，到后來，字就寫不好了，我就在隨堂教學寫字時，不停的改正自己認為不滿意的字，這樣學生也漸漸像我一樣，看到自己寫的字總愛端詳端詳，再改一改，爭取寫得更好了！

二、投其所好，引導學生

一個班幾十個學生，性格特點不同，興趣愛好不同，家庭教育也不同，如何把他們培養成有理想、有道德、有文化、守紀律的一代新人呢？如何讓這些孩子在人生的道路上有個良好的開端呢？我想，空頭說教是沒有用的，重要的是根據學生的年齡特征，通過生動活潑的教育形式，熱心的引導。低年級的小朋友，他們不知道為什么學習，為誰學習，也不知道怎么學習，我就根據他們喜歡聽故事的特點，經常講些小數學家、小文學家、小畫家、小音樂家的故事給他們聽，用這些生動的故事把他們吸引到學習上來，小朋友一聽就入了迷，這時我再引導他們想一想，說一說，聽了故事，你心里是怎樣想的？把你們的想法說給大家聽聽，看誰想得好，說得好。小故事的吸引力起到了作用，孩子們幼小的心靈受到了熏陶和啟迪。

在孩子們有了美好的學習愿望以后，我就根據他們爭強好勝的心理，開展學習競賽，每次競賽之前，我都發表熱情洋溢的講話，如，比賽之前我說：“同學們，這節課上學的字老師相信你們都會寫了，可是誰能把字寫得又漂亮又工整呢？現在我們來進行書法比賽，要求寫得橫平、豎直，筆畫清楚，端正有力，看誰寫得最漂亮，寫得好的，我要把小紅花獎給他，并且我們評他為咱班的小書法家。”這一下，同學們可來勁了，一個個手握鉛筆，聚精會神，一筆一劃地認真書寫。評出來的小書法家們，得到了紅花，心里可高興呢！我想以后通過這種形式，評出班級里的小數學家、小演說家、小音樂家等，鼓勵孩子朝多方面發展。
