二是對工作的態度一貫嚴謹、踏實

藥檢所的工作要求是嚴謹、科學、公正，因此在以往的工作過程中，我能夠一如既往的嚴格要求自己，用務實而負責任的態度完成每一項藥品檢驗工作，保證了每一項檢測數據的科學性和公正性。年，受所里的委派，我去省藥檢所進修三個月，由于我在工作中表現出色，不僅學習掌握了到了許多新的實驗技能和工作經驗，同時得到了省所領導和同事的好評，在三個月的進修期滿后，被借調至省所工作三個月，期間參與了兩項中檢所科研立項的工作和多項進口藥品標準的復核工作。同時對藥品微生物限度檢查的理論和實踐經驗都有了較大程度的提高和進步。

三是有較為豐富的工作經驗

參加工作年以來我曾從事醫院藥械科的工作、在藥檢所市藥檢所的化學室、生測室等多個科室工作過，積累了豐富的工作經驗，特別是在色譜理論方面有較深刻的學習和鉆研，能 夠有效的解決工作中的復雜疑難問題，能夠熟練操作我所現有的兩臺液相色譜儀、和兩臺分光光度計等精密儀器，同時對儀器的使用原理、使用技巧進行了大量的鉆研和學習，能夠處理在儀器的使用過程中碰到的故障和問題。我帶教進修人員十名，其中本科生三名、專科生四名。都取得了良好的結果，得到了用人單位的好評。通過對市基層醫藥市場的調研，撰寫了《關于加強我市基層醫藥市場的管理工作的報告》作為市政協提案，提交市政府，并獲得市政府優秀提案獎。

四是在幾位科室主任的栽培和支持下有一定的實驗室管理經驗

我先后在多個科室工作過，協助幾位科室主任完成實驗室的管理工作，在生測室工作期間從事實驗報告書的復核、實驗菌中的轉接和管理;在化學室工作期間完成實驗儀器的日常維護和保養。

如果我當選醫療器械室我將會從以下幾個方面做好工作

(一)、建立規范、完善的實驗室管理制度。醫療器械室是我所的一個新科室，開展這項工作對我所和我個人來說都是一個新的挑戰，我會用我飽滿的工作熱情和始終如一的學習鉆研精神以及我一貫嚴謹、認真的工作態度去迎接這項新的挑戰。但凡一向新的工作從規范做起就會有一個比較高的起點，好的開始是成功的一半，我準備讓我所的醫療器械室從建立規范和完善的實驗室管理制度開始。

(二)、做好協調和溝通工作。一個新的科室的工作開展離不開領導的指導和支持以及其它科室的協助和關照，這就意味著我必須協調好方方面面的工作，做到多與領導溝通、及時而準確的將所領導的決策和指令傳達到科室，并嚴格的貫徹執行;同時還要做好與其它科室的同事的溝通和交流，做到相互支持、相互學習，有疑難問題向大家請教，共同探討、共同提高。

(三)、不斷學習、不斷進取。醫療器械室的工作對我來說是一項全新的工作，這就需要我一切從頭開始，在過去比較扎實的理論基礎上開始新的學習和提高，向書本學習、向懂行的同事學習、向外單位的專家和學者學習、向實際工作學習，希望自己能夠盡快的在醫療器械檢驗方面得到提高。“學而無止境”這將是我不斷學習、不斷進取的座右銘。

認真分析公司目前人才總量、結構、配置需求等現狀，本著適應企業自身發展需要、提高企業員工整體素質和適當進行人才儲備的原則。做出符合實際的需求計劃，嚴把人員進口關，建立競爭型的吸引、使用配置用人管理機制，科學合理的配置人才。研究人事代理和聘用制管理模式，探索新的用工方式，實行“新人新辦法”。進一步完善勞動合同管理辦法，規范企業用工行為。

⒊加大人事開發力度，全面提升員工素質

要根據公司發展目標要求，編制員工教育培訓規劃，建立健全員工教育培訓管理體糸。充分發揮培訓在人事開發工作的重要作用，逐步推行員工培訓制度，把崗位工作要求與培訓標準結合起來，變被動培訓為主動培訓。從制度上引導和約束員工變“要我培訓”到“我要培訓”，使公司成為全員終身培訓、終身學習的學習型企業。按照“重點干部重點培訓，優秀人才加強培訓，緊缺人才抓緊培訓，一線生產人員經常培訓”的原則，抓好管理人員、專業技術人員和技能人員三支隊伍的培訓。以多層次、多方面、多形式培訓，全面提高員工的素質和能力。
