三 業務學習

學校定期組織理論知識學習，并及時記錄學習筆記。從多種途徑擴大視野，堅持把思想政治教育貫穿于教學活動之中。時時做到教書育人，言傳身教，注意自身師表形象的同時也重視對學生的全面培養。在工作中，我積極，主動，勤懇，責任性較強。在不斷的學習中，努力使自己的思想覺悟、理論水平、業務能力都得到較快的提高。

學校組織聽課也是學習的好機會，聽的課程不僅有英語學科，還包括語文數學等其他學科。聽課的目的只有一個，那就是取人之長，補己之短。

在教學環節或者控班上出現了問題，我也及時的向周圍的老師請教，采用多種方式與同行老師或者資深的班主任老師們進行業務交流與研討，希望自己進步，得到提高。

translation.in china, people who say, “where ,where” actually want to express the meaning of modesty.so the most correct approach is that “where where” should be translated into “thank you very much”.certainly we are not likely to make such mistakes any more.but it does show us how important it is to acquire some basic skills about translation.now, it comes to the elementary question: what is translation? speaking of translation, i have to mention a person, the person in the photo was yan fu.yan fu , a famous interpreter in late qing dynasty,made outstanding contribution for the chinese translation work and then he pointed out the three principles of translation, namely, faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance

it is now pretty generally agreed, that translating the writings of the ancients is, if not the sole, at least the plainest, the shortest, and the surest means of becoming

well acquainted with them and their language.it is also agreed, that a translation ought exactly to express the original;that it should neither be too free nor to servile;that it should neither deviate into long circumlocutions, which weaken the ideas, nor adhere to strictly to the letter, which debases the sentiment.after a brief introduction, let’s get back to our text book and focus on some details.today, we’re going to learn the following 8 units

the first point : according to the word category we can choose and

determine the meaning

some words have different meanings in different parts, such as: back is adverbs means “come back”, does a verb means “support”, does the adjective means “outdated” ,does the noun does “on the back, back.” choosing the meaning, therefore, we mustidentifies the word category

let`s see the following 2 examples，the first sentence: in general, the tests work most effectively when the qualities to be measured can be most precisely defined.this sentence means一般來說，當所要測定的特征能夠精確界定時，測試效果最佳

from the sentence composition analysis we can conclude that work is

the second point ：determine the word meaning based on the collocation

english and chinese languages have their respective collocation relations.the same word for different idioms, expresses different ideas.so ,in english chinese translation, we should deal with english idioms or collocation by chinese collocation.,and then determine the correct translation for example this word hot.it has various meaning.but in particular collocationthe word meaning is very clear

should be translated into 完美的體系，not 優雅的體系，this point belongs to “replace the word meaning” in a sentence some words from dictionary meaning can make thetranslation obscure，ambiguous, or even misleading.therefore we need logic context relationships to determine the word meaning

the second example:in this sentence offend means 排污超標 this point belongs to specify the word meaning

according to chinese habit, the original meaning of the general and abstract words, express more clear and specific

本學期我擔任二年級英語教學的工作。面對著一群0基礎的插班生，以及層次不一的老學生，每次上課前都要做足備課工作，每堂課的活動流程都要結合不同班級的特色進行變動。一班的學生很容易興奮，課堂活動不宜過多，否則組織紀律浪費時間；二班的學生課堂回答問題不夠積極，課堂紀律較好，可以多通過游戲刺激學生的口語表達。創造一個好的課堂氣氛，學生的注意力完全被教師吸引，不容易走思溜號。一節好的英語課，不但可以使學生掌握新的知識，更是對自己工作的肯定。看著學生們把陌生的句子流利的朗誦出來，并且生動的表演出來，是讓教育者最欣慰的演出。

對于后進生不但課堂上對他們的點滴進步給予大力表揚，課后還經常和他們聊天，讓他們熟悉新環境，給他們

樹立信心，激發他們學習英語的興趣。同時，開展一對一輔導，優等生幫助后進生，既是好朋友又是小老師。

本學期的英語興趣課也花了不少心思，周二的補差除了課本基礎知識外，容入了英語歌曲，英語故事的穿插?；有栽黾恿?，學生們的學習興趣也有所提高，讓他們心里有念想，有期待，愿意參加到英語學習中。而周四的陪優，這學期還有了外教的加入，在課堂設計更貼近現實。我與兩名外教老師編了一些適合二年級學生之間的情景對話材料，在外教老師的教授下，這些優等生的口語能力變的更強了。

三 業務學習

學校定期組織理論知識學習，并及時記錄學習筆記。從多種途徑擴大視野，堅持把思想政治教育貫穿于教學活動之中。時時做到教書育人，言傳身教，注意自身師表形象的同時也重視對學生的全面培養。在工作中，我積極，主動，勤懇，責任性較強。在不斷的學習中，努力使自己的思想覺悟、理論水平、業務能力都得到較快的提高。

學校組織聽課也是學習的好機會，聽的課程不僅有英語學科，還包括語文數學等其他學科。聽課的目的只有一個，那就是取人之長，補己之短。

在教學環節或者控班上出現了問題，我也及時的向周圍的老師請教，采用多種方式與同行老師或者資深的班主任老師們進行業務交流與研討，希望自己進步，得到提高。

總之，一年以來，干了一些工作，也取得了一些成績贏了表揚，但成績只能代表過去，工作中也存在著一些不足。在今后的工作中，我一定要繼續發揚優點，改正不足。揚長避短，爭取更大的成績。

第四篇：英語中加S如何讀音

英語中如何區分S的讀音，總結如下： 構成方法及讀音規則

1)一般情況加 –s：map-maps boy-boys girl-girls pen-pens bag-bags car-cars

清輔音后讀/s/ 濁輔音和元音后讀 /z/

2)以s, sh, ch, x結尾加 –es, 讀 /iz/

bus-buses watch-watches box-boxes brush-brushes

3)以輔音字母+y結尾,變y 為i再加es, 讀 /z/

baby---babies city-cities country-countries

但以y結尾的專有名詞，或元音字母+y 結尾的名詞變復數時，直接加s變復數。例如：

two Marys the Henrys monkey---monkeys holiday---holidays

4)以o結尾的名詞，變復數時：

a.以兩個元音字母結尾（其一必定是o）時，加es

zoo-zoos kangaroo-kangaroos

b.某些外來詞

photo-photos piano-pianos

c.其余情況，都發o

5）以f或fe 結尾的名詞變復數時：

a.加s，如： belief---beliefs roof---roofs

safe---safes gulf---gulfs；

b.去f,fe 加ves，如：half---halves

knife---knives leaf---leaves wolf---wolves

wife---wives life---lives thief---thieves；

c.上述a和b兩種方法均可，如handkerchief: handkerchiefs / handkerchieves。

名詞復數的不規則變化

1）child---children foot---feet tooth---teeth

mouse---mice man---men woman---women

注意：由一個詞加 man 或 woman構成的合成詞，其復數形式也是-men 和-women，如an Englishman，two Englishmen。但German不是合成詞，故復數形式為Germans；Bowman是姓，其復數是the Bowmans。

2）單復同形，如deer，sheep，fish，Chinese，Japanese，li，jin，yuan，two li，three mu，four jin等。但除人民幣的元、角、分外，美元、英鎊、法郎等都有復數形式。如：a dollar, two dollars;a meter, two meters。

3）集體名詞，以單數形式出現，但實為復數。例如：

people police cattle 等本身就是復數，不能說 a people，a police，a cattle，但可以說a person，a policeman，a head of cattle.4）以s結尾，仍為單數的名詞，如：

a.maths，politics，physics等學科名詞，一般是不可數名詞，為單數。

b.news 為不可數名詞。

c.the United States，the United Nations 應視為單數。

The United Nations was organized in 1945.聯合國是1945年組建起來的。

d.以復數形式出現的書名，劇名，報紙，雜志名，也可視為單數。例如：

“The Arabian Nights” is a very interesting story-book.《一千零一夜》是一本非常有趣的故事書。

5）表示由兩部分構成的東西，如：glasses（眼鏡）trousers, clothes等，若表達具體數目，要借助數量詞 pair（對，雙）;suit（套）;a pair of glasses;two pairs of trousers等。

6）另外還有一些名詞，其復數形式有時可表示特別意思，如：goods貨物，waters水域，fishes（各種）魚。

1.3 不可數名詞量的表示

1）物質名詞

a.當物質名詞轉化為個體名詞時為可數。

比較：Cake is a kind of food.蛋糕是一種食物。（不可數）

These cakes are sweet.這些蛋糕很好吃。（可數）

b.當物質名詞表示該物質的種類時，可數。例如：

This factory produces steel.（不可數）

We need various steels.（可數）

c.當物質名詞表示份數時，可數。例如：

Our country is famous for tea.我國因茶葉而聞名。

Two teas, please.請來兩杯茶。

2）抽象名詞表示具體的事例時也可數。例如：

four freedoms 四大自由 the four modernizations四個現代化

物質名詞和抽象名詞可以借助單位詞表一定的數量，如a glass of water a piece of advice

1.4 定語名詞的復數

名詞作定語一般用單數，但也有以下例外。

1)用復數作定語。例如：

sports meeting 運動會 students reading-room 學生閱覽室

talks table 談判桌 the foreign languages department 外語系

2）man, woman, gentleman等作定語時，其單復數以所修飾的名詞的單復數而定。例如：

men workers women teachers gentlemen officials

3）有些原有s結尾的名詞，作定語時，s保留。例如：
