高爾夫運動:是指球手站在環境優雅、寬闊的、綠茵茵的草地上,利用長短不同的球桿,從一系列的發球臺上把一個個小球依次擊打入洞的一種富有挑戰性,使人心曠神怡的戶外運動。Golf:green, oxygen, Light, foot(friend ship)既文明高雅,又動作優美;老少皆宜,運動壽命長;頭腦與身體并用的運動,使人入迷成癮;既練形,又練神,修身養性,陶冶情操。起源沒有準確的日期與年份 2 廣為流傳的說法:15世紀(500多年前)于蘇格蘭 16世紀傳 英格蘭 19世紀傳 美洲、澳洲及南非 20世紀 傳入亞洲。3 牧羊人的玩球游戲;漁夫的休閑運動。4 高爾夫球運動早在500多年前就在蘇格蘭的圣·安德魯斯風行一時。

瞄球時,心中要想出球路,感覺球被擊出的方向。

慢速上桿,避免球桿太快拉起。
收桿時雙手在左肩上方。

正確的設定
在上桿頂端:球桿桿身指向目標線的左方,身體卷繞。
下桿時:身體釋放卷繞,左側空出。
在2點鐘處擊球:從外到內揮桿
如何打低飛球
采取稍寬站姿,球擺于站姿中央線后方。
選擇較長球桿輕松揮桿,保持上下桿相對寬大。
撞擊地帶內:低桿頭行進,擊球時雙手位于桿頭前方。
揮桿結束:身體重量前移在右腳,收桿幅度配合擊球彈道。

采用桿面傾角大的球桿
盡量將球桿揮高
球應擺于站姿中央線前方
使用短球桿,大力全揮桿,下桿盡量陡峭。
一 沙坑球的擊打方法
? 挑起法:采用劈起挖起桿,開式站姿,球置于后腳尖前,往下握桿,身體六成重量壓在前腳,四分之三上桿,先打中球,而后是沙。? 爆破法:采用9號鐵桿,打開桿面,桿頭在球后兩英寸處入沙,較淺平的擊球角度,避免桿頭前緣挖入沙中。帶出更多的沙是較好的選擇。? 劈起法:采用8號鐵桿,上桿曲起手腕以創造陡峭、V型揮桿,保持身體重量在前,猛力往下打在球后一英寸處,縮短送桿。
二 沙坑球的設定打開桿面形成并形成握桿:揮桿時,桿面停留在打開狀態,進沙時,保持桿面右開。
? 開放式站姿:站姿和桿面都對目標線是打開的,包括校準雙腳、雙臀和雙肩偏向目標左邊。? 挖一個牢靠的基礎:微動雙腳踩入沙中,以提供可靠基礎,防止揮桿中途傾斜。
三 根據球場狀況沙較輕、較柔軟時,采用反彈角很大的沙坑挖起桿(桿面底部后緣高于前緣)。站位讓球偏后,雙腳及雙肩比平常更為右開,使桿頭以陡峭、具穿透力的角度進入沙中。
? 沙坑中沙少,或沙質地較硬、剛下
過雨等,應采用沙坑桿反彈角不大的球桿,桿面方正,V型揮桿路徑。四 沙坑中上坡位擊球
? 注意事項: 站姿與上坡位配合,脊背角度與上坡相垂直; 2 往下握桿并瞄準右邊; 建立確切的重量分布,不要傾斜向左; 4 順斜坡向后揮桿,由內到外的揮桿路徑; 5 保持脊背角度固定,即脊背角度

一 長草區擊球的基礎知當球落在長草區內時,要判斷草的種類、草的高度、草的生長方向等情況,才能做出適合的擊球方式。? 在長草區打球不論你選擇什么球桿,站位時球應往后放一英寸,幫助你有更為向下的擊打,減少草的干擾。? 處理長草區球位需要經驗,長草帶有露水球較通常飛的更高;但極端的潮濕草將降低球桿速度。
識一 上坡位擊球
? 注意事項: 將你的站姿與坡的斜度配合:脊椎必須盡量垂直于坡度,雙肩向后傾斜,身體重量較稍多加在右膝; 保持身體重量分配相同:保持瞄球時的重量漂亮,側面移動小; 順著坡度往下揮桿:身體重量較正常靠后,避免猛烈的身體移動,保持節奏平滑。

應穿有領有袖的上衣及正式的褲子; 女性不要穿膝蓋以上的裙子; 穿專用的高爾夫鞋。
安全:揮桿時應確保周圍安全無誤;

一方和比賽
一方:一個球員,或兩個、兩個以上互為伙伴的球員。個人賽:一個人對抗另一個人的比賽。
三人二球塞:一人對抗二人,每一方各打一個球的比賽。四人二球塞:二人對抗二人,每一方各打一個球的比賽。
三球賽:三人互為對抗,各自打自己的球,每個球員同時進行兩個分別的比賽。最佳球賽:一人對抗二人中分數較好者或三人中分數較好者的比賽。四球賽:二人中分數較好者對抗另二人中分數較好者的比賽。
? 打球線:指球員期望擊球之后運動的方向,再加上向期望的方向兩側延長適當的距離。? 推擊線:指球員在球洞區上進行擊球之后期望球的運動路線,包括向期望的路線兩側延長適當的距離,推擊線不越過球洞。
第三篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫球既然是紳士運動,就要求打球的人有紳士的形象。打高爾夫球對著裝有特別的規定,下面我就先來講講怎么著裝
★ 上衣要有領子
★ 穿短褲要穿長襪
★ 穿膠釘鞋上場打球
★ 不穿奇裝異服
著裝不可太露
具體來講 ●男士:高爾夫襯衫網球衫或Polo襯衫,長褲、卡其褲或寬松長褲、襪子和適合的高爾夫球鞋。●女士:高爾夫襯衫或Polo襯衫,及膝的短褲/女用裙褲或長褲、長及腳踝的襪子、適合的高爾夫球鞋。女性球員的服裝可以很艷麗,但不可太過暴露。俱樂部通常會要求球員上身穿著有領有袖的恤衫,不允許穿圓領汗衫、吊帶背心、牛仔服、超短裙褲等過于休閑的服裝上場。有的俱樂部還專門規定不允許穿任何式樣的短褲下場,有的對短褲的樣式和長度也有所規定,如不能短于膝蓋以上4英寸,所以,無論是在國內還是國外,如果是第一次去某個球場打球,最好先打個電話詢問一下俱樂部對球員下場打球的服裝是否有特殊規定。要不想那么麻煩的話,就直接穿棉質的休閑長褲,這個永遠是最佳的選擇。至于高跟鞋,是絕對不能穿著下場的。出于保護草坪的需要,在球場上只能穿著特制的膠底有釘高爾夫球鞋。

短褲時一定要穿長運動襪,或者是色澤明顯的白色襪子,而且長襪露在外面的部分,不能堆在腳踝那里,要把它拉起來

★ 注意安全安全在高爾夫運動中是如此之重要,以至于高爾夫規則和
禮儀都將其列在開篇的首要位置。1不要對著有人的地方擊球或練習空揮桿,因為擊出的球或無意間打起的石塊、樹枝和草皮有可能打中他人。再者這也是不禮貌的行為。2注意不要在有人走過身旁的時候揮桿,同時也不要在別人揮桿時從其身旁走過。3擊球者在揮桿前應確認周圍球友以站離一定距離,前后左右務必確認沒有危及他人安全,而且前一組走到安全距離后再開球。
★ 如果球員擊球之方向有打到他人之危險,他應立即喊出警語。此情況之傳統
警語為注意前面當心!“前面當心”是高爾夫比賽中正式的警告用語。一位選手應該用自己最大的聲音喊叫“前面當心”,即使球擊中另一位選手的危險性非常小。聽到這句警告語時,你要保
護好自己。你的頭部和臉部最容易受到傷害,因此你應該用雙手保護它們。
保持安靜
保持高爾夫球場安靜的環境十分重要。打球時球員需要全神貫注,任何響動都有可能影響擊球的質量。所以在場上講話時必須壓低嗓音。即使你同組球員不介意,你也要照顧附近其他組打球客人的需要。當某球員準備擊球或在擊球過程中,任何人不得走動,講話,保持安靜是必須的禮儀。此外切忌在球場上跑動。在場上跑來跑去會引起其他球員分心和煩躁,還會損害草皮。所以必要時應盡量輕輕地快走。
最后,在打球結束時,禮貌地跟同組球員握手告別。
第四篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫是一項高貴優雅的紳士運動,講究是他們的特點。
安全:球員在揮桿之前,要保證揮桿范圍內無人站立,或可能擊起的石子,球等不會傷及別人。當前組球員未走出(約280碼)擊出球的射程及范圍之前,后組的任何球員不得打球。
禁聲:球員在擊球時,周圍要保持安靜,不可有談話聲或車輛聲及其它干擾球員擊球的噪音。
打球速度:為了大家的利益,球員打球時不得得延誤時間,如果一組球員在球場上進行遲緩并落后前面的打球員整一個洞以上,應該讓后續的一組先行通過。優先權:二人一組較三人一組或四人一組有優先權,并有超越這些組先行通過的權利,而這些組應請二人球組先行,單獨球員無此權利而應讓任何其它組先行通過。

另外補充:
1.非球員不得進入球場(指球道)。
2.不得在果嶺上跳躍或用力踢踏草皮。
3.打完沙坑球,應將足印及所打之痕跡鋪平。
4.打球速度不得過于遲緩,如因打球或其他不得已之情形,應禮讓后組先打。
5.絕對禁止在果嶺、球道或發球臺練球,避免傷害草皮。
6.在球道被球桿削起的草皮,應取回原處,由球童鋪妥。
7.球桿規定為十四支以內,不得攜帶過重的物品。
8.為維持球場秩序及制止偷球不良風氣,請勿在球場向球童或外人購不使用。
9.遵守球場上先行權的規定,一人無優先出場擊球權利。
10.同組不得超過四人。
11.在標準桿三桿之球洞,當球上果嶺后,應禮讓后組先發球。
12.球童服務態度,應于球童單上確實評分。
13.在前一組球員沒有離開自己球的可達射程范圍時,嚴禁打球。
14.打完一洞后要迅速離開球洞區。
15.在發球臺上,不得兩名球員同時開球。
16.練習揮桿時避免傷害草皮。
第五篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫禮儀:打球的基礎
高爾夫禮儀就像是你生活中其他領域的一部分,禮儀在高爾夫實際上僅僅是讓人了解規則如何支配行為以及如何遵守規則。沒有必要去了解這些規則為什么存在,重點在于如何確保自己遵守它,至少當它成為禮儀時需要哪些不可以做。即使你對高爾夫禮儀一竅不通,至少也要確保自己熟悉以下的內容。1.當已經有人做好擊球準備之后,請不要交談。
2.在確保前面一組球員還沒有走出球射程的可及范圍之前,球員不應當打球。3.如果你的球擊出去后可能會擊到某個人,一定要迅速、大聲地喊:“看球”。4.通過修復你打球的所有痕跡,耙平沙坑,以及修復球洞區球陷入的痕跡來幫助球場的管理者維持球場。
5.幫助球場維持人員和工作者的同時,要確保他們不在你擊球后球的射程范圍之內(至少要意識到你的球是否可能會擊中他們)。
6.在同組的打球成員中,不時地確定誰的球離球洞更遠,并讓他先行擊球。7.當同組有人正在擊球(或準備擊球)時,千萬不要走到他的前面去。8.擊球之前不要有太多次的試揮桿。
9.不要為了獲得更好更準的推擊線而在球洞區周圍花5分鐘時間來觀察球洞區的所有坡度和草紋。
10.當輪到你打球時,你已做好擊球準備
11.當其他球員正在球洞區觀察推擊線時,你也可以同時看好自己的推擊線。這樣,當輪到你推球的時候,你可以直接做擊球準備,而不用再浪費大家的時間來觀察推擊線。
12當輪到你打球時,請不要再繼續講故事,不要因此而耽誤了同組球員的時間。
13.球員有責任與前面一組保持跟進,不要落后得過多。
14.如果你不能跟上前面一組的打球速度,那么不論你后面一組有多少球員,請讓他們先行通過。
15.盡量在4小時或更短的時間內打完一場球。16.不要在球洞區踩踏他人的推擊線、17.當你擊球入洞后盡快離開球洞區。
18.在發球區,不管是你自己擊碎的還是別人留下的都要拾起任何碎掉的球座。19.當你擊完球后,一定不要將球座遺留在地面上。20.不要在球洞區倚靠你的推桿站立。
21.當其他球員在推桿時,不要直接站在他們身后。22.盡可能多地使用步行
23.在你的袋中裝上另外的一兩個球,當你需要打第二個球或打暫定球的時候,可以馬上用到它們。
23.密切注視你的同伴或對手球的擊出方向。
24.記住,你只有5分鐘時間找球,超過了5分鐘視為遺失。
25.在球場上只能打一個球,不要在球場上拿另外的球來練習,要練球可以去練習場。
26.不要亂扔垃圾,并要隨后拾起前面球員扔下的垃圾。27.不要在球洞區拖著腳走路。28.尊重你正在打球的球場的員工們。
29.在進任何球場打球之前,一定要記得去專賣店登記。30.總是傾聽職業球員的建議。

34.當其他人正在擊球時,注意你站的地方。35.不要扔你的球桿。
36.如果同組的每一個成員都同意,可以在第一洞的發球區重新發一球。37.如果遇上要賭球的一天,即便是在一號發球區,在你開球之前也要確保所有事宜都已經達成協議。38.記住在舉止規范的高爾夫球場禮儀中,和你一起打球的同伴和對手有一些言語的不敬也是可以理解的。
39.不要牢騷滿腹,將你的抱怨最小化。
40.為人謙遜,有禮貌,讓最好的舉止出現在球場。
高爾夫開球臺之基本禮儀
1.同組在第一洞開球按編組表或抽簽決定先后順序,彼此應事先核對球及其廠牌號碼,以免打錯球而受罰。
2.在開球臺插梯時不可超越開球標志的外緣線,退后亦不得超出2支球桿之長度。
3.打者把球放在開球梯上做擊球準備時,其他人不得走動及喧嘩。4.開球時除出界或打進水塘外,均不得打第二球。
5.在開球臺開球失誤或OB,要等全組都開球完畢后再擊球或宣告補球。6.非擊球者應盡量避免在開球臺上踩踏或空揮桿。
7.要依桿弟指示,確定前一組全部打完并離開射程后,才能擊球。
8.無法立刻判斷所打出去的球可能OB或遺失,可向同組球友宣告先打暫定球及其號碼。
高爾夫沙坑基本禮儀
1.要從最接近球位的地方進入沙坑,并從進入方向退出。
2.進入沙坑時應先拿著沙耙,擊球后用沙耙或球桿將腳印或凹痕耙平再離開。3.在沙坑中做擊球準備時如果球桿碰到沙,要罰兩桿。4.在球道中或球洞之間等待時,不可在沙坑練習擊球。高爾夫果嶺上基本禮儀
1.球上果嶺后要把球推進洞,不可在靠近洞口就自己把球撿起說OK。2.果嶺上不要看太久的推球線,盡快準備推桿,以免耽誤其他球友的時間。3.不要在果嶺上拖著釘鞋走路,要把腳抬高,以免刮傷果嶺草皮。4.在走上果嶺時,先要以果嶺修補器將球的落點凹痕恢復原狀。
5.果嶺上撿起球前要先以硬幣、球梯或小東西做標記,標記要放在球與球洞的聯機靠球的后方。
6.不要在推桿瞄球時踩踏別人推桿線,以免草皮凹陷影響他人推桿。7.避免自己的影子落在別人推桿在線,以免影響他人距離的判斷和擊球。8.當桿弟正在忙時,最靠近球洞的人可協助拿旗桿。
9.打完一洞應迅速走出果嶺后才填寫記分卡,以免被后面的球打到。
球手服裝基本禮儀
1.不要穿著沒有領子的襯衫、運動衫、T 恤、無松緊帶休閑褲或牛仔褲。
2.擊球時應穿釘鞋或按球場規定穿軟釘鞋,穿著有腰帶環扣的褲子,并系上腰帶。
3.男性若穿著短褲則不可短于膝蓋,并穿上襪子。4.女性裙子不可太短或過長。
5.進入球場會館穿著要整齊,不可穿內衣或拖鞋,并先將釘鞋清洗干凈。
