國內的大學畢業(yè)典禮演講真是越來越有料，又一篇刷爆了朋友圈！

本文是中國科學院研究生院呂本富教授在中國科學院大學管理學院2015屆MBA畢業(yè)典禮的演講。以下是演講全文：

我想說的第一句話，就是感謝學院的安排，在這種場合致辭不僅是非同一般的榮譽，能和各位分享這美妙時光也是一種很好的體驗。但是，我構思發(fā)言稿的時候，體驗并不好，感覺到致辭并不是一個好差事。

第一，致辭催人老，突然認識到，可以和別人分享人生經驗了，也就進入德高望重之輩了，也就是說，我的黃金時代即將過去了。

第二，致辭是個坑，現在的網絡上畢業(yè)致辭已經變成大賽，搞不好，有可能被恥笑。已經存在勵志版、哲理版、心靈雞湯版等，這些致辭柔軟、甜蜜、可口，當然還有汪院長剛才的志存高遠版，很難被超越。因此，我就不和他們比拼了，而是按照管理學的風格，認真地把人生經驗總結為模型、要素、案例、策略等，來一個未必合你們口味的現實辛辣版。

人生應該是一個時間序列模型：三分之一的學業(yè)、三分之一的事業(yè)、三分之一的生活。這個模型中充滿各種不均衡，當你進行學業(yè)時，需要各種選擇，經驗不足；當你進行事業(yè)時，需要努力奮斗，資源不足；當你有條件享受生活時，身體又透支了，所以求解這個人生模型，就是把這三段的不均衡變成均衡的學術問題。

參加今天的畢業(yè)典禮，意味著人生模型的結構轉變，從學業(yè)向事業(yè)的轉移。畢業(yè)后的10年，無論是創(chuàng)業(yè)、做學問、去機關，都是最艱難的爬坡，基本上沒有喘息機會。你面臨著處理各種不確定性的問題，但是最重要的判斷就是優(yōu)化還是博弈。所謂優(yōu)化，就是你本人沒有主動權，只是被動地適應環(huán)境，只能優(yōu)化成功的路徑。根據我的經驗，優(yōu)化問題的最優(yōu)解就是：碰到一個好領導，就踏踏實實地干活；碰到一個不好的領導，你就認認真真地繼續(xù)學習。如果在一個對局中，你掌握了至少30%以上的籌碼，有了自己的主動權，可以參與對局了，這就是博弈問題。參與博弈，既需要實力，也需要策略。

一、只有潛能發(fā)揮到極限，才有可能成功

假如成功意味著搶奪稀缺資源，獲得稀缺資源需要經過激烈的競爭，這就是一個叢林法則決定的環(huán)境。或早或晚，人生只有經歷過一兩場精心動魄的激烈競爭，才能讓你的潛能發(fā)展到極限，才有可能看到更高層次的風景，沒有人能夠輕松地獲得成功。輕松獲得的成功，層次肯定高不了。這樣的環(huán)境一般是零和博弈，一件事情想清楚了70%就要去做，并投入100%的努力！

有一個曾國藩的故事。曾國藩與七八位官僚閑談，問在座的各位，當今之世，誰是英雄？有一個人說，左宗棠是英雄。曾國藩問他根據什么？他說，左宗棠威猛，人不敢欺。曾國藩又問還有誰是英雄？又有一個人回答說，李鴻章是英雄。李鴻章精敏，人不能欺。曾國藩同意，又問，還有嗎？一人笑著說，那就是曾公您啦。曾國藩問根據，但在座的所有人都不能回答。恰巧，一名管抄寫的小幕僚來換熱茶，說道：曾公仁義，人不忍欺。

不敢欺、不能欺、不忍欺反映了博弈高手的三個境界。其實曾國藩的天分并不高，但是在博弈的關鍵時刻，他的努力和堅守，把潛能激發(fā)到極致，成就了曾的萬世英名。

二、不要贏得了戰(zhàn)役，輸掉了戰(zhàn)爭

經過一場大戰(zhàn)固然重要，但人生是一場漫長的馬拉松，不能以一時的成功與失敗論英雄的，這是一個多次博弈或重復博弈的過程。在多次博弈的情況下，不能贏得了戰(zhàn)役，輸掉了戰(zhàn)爭。當年的楚漢相爭中，項羽贏得了很多次戰(zhàn)役勝利，但是劉邦贏得了最后的戰(zhàn)爭。1984密歇根大學的政治科學家阿克謝羅德，以囚徒困境為基本博弈單元，選擇了150種策略，使用計算機模擬數百次博弈，被稱為

阿克謝羅德競賽。最終獲勝的策略有如下特征： 1）善良的： 策略為首先合作，不會首先選擇背叛。

2）可激怒的：當發(fā)現對方不合作，它能識別并采取不合作來報復對方，不會讓背叛者逍遙法外。

3）寬容的：不會長時間懷恨在心，如果對方改過自新，可以恢復合作。

4）清晰的：即能讓對方在三、五步對局內辨識出來自己特征，不玩深沉。很快就讓對手很快發(fā)現了規(guī)律，從而不得不采取合作的態(tài)度。

5）不嫉妒：不耍小聰明，不占對方便宜，不在任何雙邊關系中爭強好勝。

這個在重復博弈中制勝的策略被稱為針鋒相對，在每一次博弈中，得分都是中等，但是相加的總分是最高的，贏得了最后的勝利。

三、學業(yè)結束了，學習并沒有結束

博弈的技巧從哪里來？從學習中來。前一段在地鐵中看到一個廣告學習是一種信仰，深以為然。我能告誡各位的是：學業(yè)結束了，學習并沒有結束。學習可以擦拭自己的心靈，可以蕩去污染的塵埃。如果你忘記了學習，你的心靈很有可能已經饑渴，但是感覺不到饑渴的程度，時間已久，肯定會出問題。有個非正式的統(tǒng)計，現在的很多老虎都是不愛學習的人。

在畢業(yè)以后，很多人抱怨，生活太辛苦，能夠應付眼前的工作就不錯了，哪來的時間學習看書。可不是嘛，到了工作單位，那可真是前有強敵，后有追兵，有的工作已經到了deadline了還沒出手，新的工作又排山倒海般壓了過來。不但今天的人這樣，古人也有這種煩惱。明朝的心學大師王陽明有這樣一位下屬，有一天這位下屬這樣問王大師：先生，你講的學問真好，但是我平常有很多的文件、案件需要處理，哪有時間學啊？王大師聽了反問這位下屬兼弟子：我什么時候讓你不處理公文、案件，而去空空地做學問了？

王大師開導這位不開化的屬官，你既然有案件要處理，那你就從案件、官司上學習好了：你在審理案件時，不能因為對方的無禮而惱怒；不能因為對方措辭婉轉周密而高興；不能厭惡對方的委托說情而心存整治；不能因為對方的哀求而屈意寬容；不能因為自己的事務繁忙而隨意草率結案；不能因為別人的抵毀誹謗而隨別人的意愿去處理。以上講的情況都是私心雜念，只有你自己知道，必須仔細反省體察克治，惟恐心中有絲毫偏離而錯判了是非，這就是學習，這就是做學問。處理文件與審理案件，無不是實實在在的學問。如果拋開了具體事物去做學問，反而會不著邊際。平常工作繁忙，恰恰給你學習提供了極好的機會。

當然除了結合本職工作的學習以外，現在社會是一個知識爆炸的社會，新觀點、新知識、新的學習工具層出不窮，我有兩點體會：對于新知識，你可以不超前，但一定不掉隊，比如，現在就需要知道什么是產業(yè)互聯網，什么是工業(yè)4.0；對于新工具，一定要超前使用，但不做狂熱粉絲。狂熱容易玩物喪志。

四、良知是確定人生成功與否的系數

如果說博弈和學習是人生成功的兩個要素，在這個兩個要素前面還有一個系數，那就是良知。良知是倍數，可以把你的成功快速放大，也可以快速地縮小。曾國藩達到了博弈的最高境界，對手不忍欺，背后是什么？背后是人心聚合，是對手心理上折服，當然是良知在起作用。王陽明大師一貫學術立場就是格物致知，致知是致良知，在工作實踐中不是學習書本知識，而是發(fā)現自己的良知、不斷確認自己的良知、實踐自己的良知。實現這一切的途徑就是格物，這也就是大學所說的致知在格物。按照現在的技術條件，格物就是收集大數據，凝練信息。所謂良知，就是生來自由的心靈的澄明，就是孟子所講的惻隱之心、羞惡之心、恭敬之心、是非之心。這個良知，從具體可感的層面說，體現為人之所以為人的道德、良心。

如果沒有良知，心靈被灰塵蒙蔽：人的占有欲、執(zhí)著心，過分的物質需求、功利之心，世俗的偏見、社會的陋俗等等，都會毀掉你的一生。致良知，與自己的心靈對話，用良知之光、心靈之光照耀自己的日常生活、一言一行，不以物喜、不以己悲，不戚戚于貧賤、不汲汲于富貴，內心世界不為寵辱得失而左右，變成一個內心強大的人。總之，在人生的時間序列模型中的有三種要素，或者說，有三種力量推動我們前行，：博弈、學習、良知。博弈和學習是成功的技巧，而良知是工程方向盤和放大器。最后，希望你們一直像今天，臉上一直洋溢著燦爛幸福的笑容！

Just give us a hint.Do you slip in a bathtub? Bad clams? Are you mauled by a circus lion in a convenience store? What happens? Of course, what really matters to Donald Trump is ratings.He’s got to have the big numbers, and I certainly hope we achieve that tonight.Unfortunately, at this point, we have no way of knowing how big our audience is.I mean, is there anyone who could say how big the audience is?
