語音實訓感想

班級:XXXXX 學號:XXXXXX 姓名:XXX 指導老師:XX XX 這學期的語音實訓已經(jīng)結(jié)束,經(jīng)過這一周的商務(wù)談判實訓與學習,我對自己的英語學習狀況有了更加近一步的認識和更深層次的分析,對自己原來的不足和誤區(qū)之處做了彌補和改正。比如一些看似簡單的單詞但是卻發(fā)不對音的單詞,還有一些句子語調(diào)的讀法之類的。

實訓過程分為四個過程,第一是老師總的指導告訴我們實訓的大致內(nèi)容和方法,是關(guān)于商務(wù)英語談判的以及相關(guān)的信息和要求。第二是根據(jù)分好的組,組員一起分配好角色,然后一起撰寫劇本。第三是老師和組員一起修改劇本并且每人讀臺詞老師輔導糾正發(fā)音。第四是考核,每組表演自己的劇本,然后老師給予評價。

每一個過程我們每個人都是盡自己的努力去參加,例如寫劇本的過程中,可能我們對商務(wù)英語方面的知識知道的不是很多,盡管我們之前有上過關(guān)于商務(wù)英語的課程,但大都是一知半解,所以我們每個人都是仔細的又把商務(wù)英語書又翻開了一遍,力求能把劇本寫的盡量體現(xiàn)商務(wù)英語談判的嚴謹性,嚴密性。但是老師說的很對,可能你們自己寫的都覺得自己寫的很對沒有什么錯誤,可是別人尤其是專業(yè)的人一看就能發(fā)現(xiàn)許多的錯誤比如說討價還價的環(huán)節(jié)不夠緊密,不是單純的降低價格而是價值交換的體現(xiàn),還有缺少了支付方式,發(fā)貨方式保險等商務(wù)中必須涉及到的東西我們都沒有考慮到,而且可能選擇的過程也是過于繁瑣,不能讓人看了就能一目了然。所以我們也是聽從老師的建議把劇本更改了許多把遺漏的地方都給填補上去,然后比較混亂的地方也重新編排過,希望把劇本能做到盡善盡美。接下來就是老師給我們矯正發(fā)音的過程,實話說是比較痛苦的,因為老師要求很嚴格,老師說你們是英語專業(yè)的人不是其他那些非專業(yè)的人,如果你們的英語跟那些非專業(yè)的人聽起來差不多,那么你怎么還能繼續(xù)學習英語專業(yè)呢,而且現(xiàn)在矯正你的發(fā)音是好事不能等你出了學校到公司應(yīng)聘的時候被別人所嫌棄的你的發(fā)音,所以老師的批評是對的,盡管是比較苛刻,但我們知道老師是為我們好,所以我們也是虛心接受,盡力矯正自己的發(fā)音。老師也是花費了許多輔導我們改劇本和糾正發(fā)音。我們又對劇本內(nèi)容整理了一遍,每個人都先念好自己的臺詞然后背誦接下來就是模擬練習,一遍又一遍,盡量不卡帶。

最后一個過程就是在會議室里的模擬談判,跟自己在寢室練習的感覺完全不一樣,給人一種很正式的感覺,老師也是給每組表演的同學提出了許多的意見。其實到我們組表演的時候,我心里還是比較緊張的,差點都記不住的自己的臺詞,說的時候也感覺背誦一樣,缺少了談判時候該帶有的感情,老師在評價我們組的時候說了許多,感覺我們組的表現(xiàn)是不怎么好,而且時間的標準也沒有達到,結(jié)束之后,我們組又對劇本進行修改,然后計時讀詞,一定要達到標準為止。雖然這個過程是很辛苦,但是我們都覺得這是作為一個英語專業(yè)的學生所必備的技能,假如現(xiàn)在不練習,那么以后在遇到這種情況也會不知道如何應(yīng)對的。

從此次實訓中我得出了以下幾點:第一是學到了團隊合作,在準備的過程中,我們互相幫忙,集思廣益,創(chuàng)作劇本,分工明確,每個人都沒有逃避任務(wù),不僅鍛煉了英語口語能力還鍛煉了團隊合作能力。第二是讓我們意識到商務(wù)禮儀與我們的專業(yè)息息相關(guān),對我們的職場也有很大的影響,特別是最后呈現(xiàn)的模擬談判,更是讓我們感受到了談判技巧的運用,并且還是用英語來表達是更加有難度的。第三是此次實訓與平時的上課是完全不同的一種學習方式,在實訓過程中要我們運用所學到的理論知識,更加認識到掌握專業(yè)知識的重要性,同時也認識到了自己還有更多方面的不足。第四是讓我們意識到了作為英語專業(yè)學生的我們應(yīng)該更加重視英語口語訓練,多聽聽純正的英語,從中找出自己發(fā)音上的不足并糾正同時還要掌握口語表達的有效技巧,進一步強化英語口語能力以便我們以后在職場中能夠搶占先機,從而培養(yǎng)較強的英語口語實際交際能力。第五是關(guān)于態(tài)度的問題,這跟平時學習的課程不一樣,自不自覺完全看自己的態(tài)度,但是我很慶幸的是我們小組的每個人都是很認真的對待的,沒有一個人說是找各種借口不做,雖然說我們可能沒有別的小組做的好完成的出色,但是我認為并不是每件事都要追求好的結(jié)果,好的成績,過程依然是很重要的,體現(xiàn)了你對待事情,對待人生的態(tài)度,所以即使結(jié)果不那么樂觀,但至少我們小組的每個人都認真對待過也努力過了,這對我們來說比什么都重要,我們也很高興每個人都能努力過找到自己在小組中的價值。

最后我想說的是很感謝能有此次實訓讓我們作為英語專業(yè)的學生也能體會到在職場上商務(wù)英語談判的機會,同時也讓我們知道了自己在英語口語、寫作能力方面還有哪方面的不足,爭取在以后的學習生活中不斷進步,不斷改善,最后謝謝老師對我們給予的輔導和意見。

近期系里組織開展了語音實訓,這次實訓讓我受益匪淺。通過這次語音實訓,我對自己的口語有了更加深入的認識,對我以后英語學習有很大的引導。

實訓內(nèi)容主要是模擬一次商務(wù)談判。本次實訓有利于學生更加重視英語口語訓練并掌握口語表達的有效技能,使我們進一步強化英語口能力以適應(yīng)職業(yè)的需要,從而培養(yǎng)較強的商務(wù)英語口語實際交際能力。實訓內(nèi)容分為:撰稿,脫稿表演,錄音等多個環(huán)節(jié)。此次實訓是以小組為單位開展的,五人一組,分為兩個公司進行談判。小組內(nèi)任務(wù)分工以后,首先開始撰稿。其中需要搜集資料,查找專業(yè)術(shù)語,更重要的是體現(xiàn)商務(wù)談判的技能技巧,小組成員相互討論探討,最終敲定了劇本。第二,就是指導老師對劇本的指導與修改,指導老師對我們進行面對面的指導,糾正我們劇本當中不合適的地方,之后還對我們的發(fā)音進行了矯正。第三,劇本修改過后,我們有短時間的熟練與記憶,之后進行脫稿表演,指導老師在我們表演過后進行了點評。第四,小組錄音。實訓短暫,時間有限,但是它對我們的學習的提高有著很大的作用。

第一部分撰寫劇本,訓練了我們用英語表達自己觀點的能力,培養(yǎng)在特定的商務(wù)情況下進行連貫得體的交流。從談判前的人員分工,搜集相應(yīng)的資料,模擬談判的訓練,都鍛煉了我們組各個成員的動手能力,溝通技巧,組織能力等,同時也增進了成員之間的團結(jié)合作意識。在之前,我們組就開始討論這次談判的具體事宜,我們都表示這次談判需要系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃,搜集詳細的資料,明確各成員的責任分工,要一同編寫談判劇本,我們把從網(wǎng)上搜集的資料進行匯總,我們上上下下修改好多次,每次排練過程我們都積極討論修改的地方,從實際出發(fā)力求材料真實可信符合事實。雖然這次模擬談判,卻讓我們感受到了談判的氣氛,在談判過程中我們扮演不同的角色,代表不同公司,當我們?yōu)榱烁髯怨纠鏍巿?zhí)不下,不肯相讓時,相信我們都進入了角色,這讓我們體會到了真實談判的感覺,而鍛煉了我們在談判中實際能力,如何保持頭腦清醒,思維敏捷,不落入對方的圈套,這樣才能在談判中保持主動,另外在談判中也要不斷轉(zhuǎn)變思路從而使談判想自己有利的方向轉(zhuǎn)變,同時在談判中也要學會緩和氣氛,打破僵局,有利于談判的繼續(xù)進行。當然在此次談判中也暴露了很多缺點,在進行此次談判的過程過程中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的知識面太過于狹窄,對一些商業(yè)的專有名詞不了解,對一些商務(wù)禮儀也不太懂。在這次實訓中,我們學到了很多東西,一集體利益為重,團結(jié)作戰(zhàn),不論做何種決定,沒有團隊的合作,一個人的能力很難完成。首先要取得隊友的支持,傾聽并考慮隊友的意見與建議,不要擅自做主。在談判中要采取靈活的談判方式,軟硬兼施,必要時采取強硬態(tài)度。

第二部分,商務(wù)談判中重點考察語音語調(diào)的正確性。語音學習的模仿的關(guān)鍵在精不在多,資料的選擇不必很多,關(guān)鍵在于把所選資料每一篇都聽熟讀透。我們經(jīng)常都會感到聽力能力不過關(guān),都是由于對手頭的精聽資料重復遍數(shù)不夠造成的。精聽的關(guān)鍵在于重復,而跟讀模仿要做到惟妙惟肖,就必須進行大量的重復,反復揣摩,耐心細致地朗讀。這樣我們就把聽和說有機地結(jié)合在一起。另外,發(fā)音練習的過程中一定要注意對速度的控制。把音發(fā)清楚是第一位的,因為這是一切發(fā)音技巧能夠正確使用的前提。很多時候我們會一味圖快,而忽略了聲音清楚的前提,最后使所講的英文讓別人聽不清楚,白白浪費了大量的精力去練習。因此我們練習的原則是寧可慢不可快,為了發(fā)音清楚,一切其他技巧都是可以延后再練的。最后,練習過程中一定要注意對各種發(fā)音變化現(xiàn)象的總結(jié)歸納。語音知識在口語和聽力中的運用是感性化的,也就是說所有的語音知識都是聽力經(jīng)驗在頭腦當中的反應(yīng),我們想要鞏固所學的語音知識,就必須把所學的內(nèi)容放到聽力練習當中去驗證。所以,我們不要忽視發(fā)音的糾正練習,因為我們所得到的絕不僅僅是發(fā)音的改變,而聽力能夠得到的好處恐怕是我們想象不到的。在經(jīng)過這次實訓及老師的指導下,我們領(lǐng)悟到了很多。我們一定要動口,絕對不要只聽不練,否則就是做無用功;要反復地練習。剛開始的時候我們可能發(fā)現(xiàn)學了就忘,其實這是很正常的事,別泄氣,我們要做的就是反復學習。多學幾遍自然就記住了。英語是一種典型以重音計時的語言,節(jié)奏是英語話語的顯著特征之一.英語的詞重音、語句重音與英語話語節(jié)奏密切相關(guān),重音模式影響話語的交際效果.文章分析了英語詞重音、句重音模式及話語節(jié)奏,以提高我們學習英語語音的效率,同時也培養(yǎng)我們的交際能力。語音語調(diào)的訓練很重要,我們用英語進行對話的時候,可以從語音語調(diào)來判斷個人的英語能力,因此在語音語調(diào)方面要加強練習。通過多聽廣播、看電影等等途徑來鍛煉,并且要經(jīng)常多說,以達更好的效果。通過這幾天的實訓,我學到了很多,感覺自己在語音的發(fā)音、節(jié)奏、語調(diào)上都有很大的進步。當然這之中肯定存在著些許問題,有些音標的發(fā)音還是會出錯,沒有達到很標準的水平。語音語調(diào)也還需要多多改進。我想,在以后的學習中還要更多的復習這方面的只是,加強鍛煉,每天抽空來培養(yǎng)語音,多聽些英語廣播,看些電影,和同學進行模擬對話,等等。我相信,我的語音水平會越來越好的。在本次的語音實訓中,我深刻認識到了學習語音的重要性。作為一個英語專業(yè)的學生,首先就應(yīng)該要把語音給學好,這對我們學習英語來說,其重要性是不言而喻的。因此,在以后的學習生活中,我們還是要多多鍛煉這方面的知識,從而使我們的英語學習得到更大的提高。

高中的我只是埋頭苦讀,甘做井底之蛙;上了大學以后,只是覺得課程變得少了,自己的時間多了,卻不知何去何從;加入了學生會,變得異常的充實,但也會感到力不從心;暑假開始了,學校里要求暑期“踏入社會”,我知道我的機會來了!

向來自信滿滿的我總是期待有一天能變成社會人,有自己規(guī)劃的人生,而不是在學校里聽從老師家長的安排,暑期里我有了這個機會。但這似乎沒有想象中的簡單···

我甚至絞盡腦汁都想不到我應(yīng)該去干什么,我能去干什么?是啊,我們在家里有家長,在學校有老師,他們安排著我們的所有,在社會上我們只有有自己,卻又不知何去何從。盡管如此,還是找到了些事情。我先是到了一家很高檔的西餐廳里工作,由于自己的資質(zhì)也只能做一個很普通的服務(wù)員。我每天打工十個小時,晚上十二點下班,才可以得到微薄的工資。終于兩天后我自動離開···可能是自己不夠堅持,也是身心疲憊,最終還是承認了自己沒有這個能力。我總是安慰自己這個不行還有別的,別的我一定可以。又是艱難的尋找···

也許是上帝可憐我,想給我一個機會證明自己。我得到了可以去百貨公司財務(wù)科實習的機會,考慮到我只是一個大一的學生,我在那里的工作很是零碎,甚至是一邊學一邊做,還好只是一些簡單易懂的事。現(xiàn)在我才知道其實我能做的事情太少,離開學校,離開家里的幫助,我們來到社會上就要學會孤軍奮戰(zhàn)。所以為了以后的自己我要從現(xiàn)在開始揚帆起航,學會做一個社會人,要親身體驗社會!

我想在未來三年的大學生活里我不可以在沒有目標的生活,應(yīng)該有意識的投入社會實踐當中,找準自己的位置,提前為自己以后的生活謀算。當然,說起來容易做起來難,要做到這些遠比想象中的難,就像這次的社會實踐一樣。學校就像我們的避風港,就算它再怎么偽裝也遠比不上社會復雜,在這里我們永遠都有著學生的身份,有著同學與老師的幫助。所以想要真正的走向社會我們就需要走出學校,社會實踐是典型的例子!

轉(zhuǎn)眼之間,大學生活已經(jīng)過去了一年,我的暑期社會實踐也告一段落。今年暑假,在學校的統(tǒng)一要求下,我回家后參加了社會實踐,一開始我還覺得這簡直是浪費時間,但是后來在真正的實踐中我才漸漸的發(fā)現(xiàn)學校的這一要求是必要的,我們大學生在學校所學的知識是遠遠不夠的,當我們要想真正的融入社會時,我們所要學習的還有很多。眾所周知,現(xiàn)在有好多大學畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)就面臨失業(yè),找工作成為大學生的一大難題,但這并不是說由于工作崗位有限,而是我們?nèi)鄙俸芏嗌鐣嵺`的經(jīng)驗,無法去面對和適應(yīng)社會中的種種事物,因而也就無法去達到企業(yè)對我們的要求,更別說去勝任企業(yè)給我們的工作崗位。

今年的暑期社會實踐我選擇了去一家基層財政部門做一個財務(wù)資金辦公室主任的臨時助理,在這次社會實踐中,我學到了許多,我相信我所學到的這些都將使我受益匪淺。之所以這次實踐我選擇到一家基層財政部門,首先是因為該部門的工作與我們做學的財務(wù)管理專業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密,在者是因為我也有意向?qū)懋厴I(yè)能考上財政部門的公務(wù)員。在這次實踐中我學到了許多在做人做事方面的技巧與藝術(shù),培養(yǎng)了自己在與人交流等工作方面的能力,而讓我最受感慨的是在作為一個財務(wù)人員以及公務(wù)人員時必須要有的一些基本素質(zhì),如何去做好這雙重性質(zhì)的工作。

首先,作為一個財務(wù)人員,我們要做到要熟悉各種財務(wù)知識以及熟練各種財務(wù)賬目的處理,要能夠?qū)⒏鞣N賬目填平,要將賬務(wù)處理的一目了然。在做財務(wù)工作時,我們必須要學會有耐心,決不可粗心大意,在一個龐大的財務(wù)系統(tǒng)中即使出現(xiàn)哪怕一點點的誤差也將會導致嚴重的問題,這點特別是體現(xiàn)在政府財務(wù)上。通過跟我們主任實踐這段時間,我向他了解了許多財務(wù)方面的相關(guān)知識,學到了很多。在閑暇時,我經(jīng)常會發(fā)現(xiàn)主任并沒有休息,而是在不斷的各種財務(wù)方面的書籍,所謂活到老學到老,財務(wù)方面的種種總是日新月異的,及時補充營養(yǎng)才會不與時代落伍。

其次,作為一個公務(wù)人員,我們必須要樹立為人民服務(wù)的思想,要有為人民服務(wù)的精神。由于我們所出的是基層政府部門,所以每天會有許多到訪的農(nóng)民,每逢此時,我都會非常認真有耐心的去接待他們,細心的替他們解答疑難問題,宣傳國家政策。但是,偶爾也不乏有些暫時沖動跑來鬧事的人,而這時就是考驗我們的時候了,我們要首先去平息他們的怒火,然后要去了解他們所面臨的問題,然后告訴他們又該如何來解決。通過民意調(diào)查,使我們欣慰的是老百姓現(xiàn)在對國家的政策還是很贊揚的,但是我們也不難知道還有許多需要國家想辦法解決的問題,要想真正的做好三農(nóng)工作,我們還有很長的路要走。

總的來說,雖然這次實踐我沒能夠參見到真正的財務(wù)賬目的處理實踐中,但是我還是學到了很多有用的東西,而且我覺得這些恰恰可能是將來我們到社會中去找工作時最重要的,所以也算是提升了我在各方面的經(jīng)驗和能力。我相信這些都能夠為我在今后做好充分的準備去融入社會打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

這次實踐,自身感慨頗多,使我感觸最深的應(yīng)該是剛開始我進入單位后的無所適從,那時我才真正的明白雖然大學了,但我們所欠缺的太多了,現(xiàn)在社會的發(fā)展已經(jīng)太快了,作為21世紀知識青年我們不能落伍,積極的參加社會實踐去培養(yǎng)自己在各方面的能力很有必要,我們不能去要求這個社會來適應(yīng)我們,而是我們?nèi)ヅm應(yīng)這個社會,想要改造這個社會還是從改造自己做起吧。

同時,這次實踐讓我感覺到了我們不能只為自己而活,我們肩上的擔子還很重,我們作為90后,作為新時代的接班人,我們應(yīng)該努力學習,將來能夠?qū)⒆约旱乃転檗r(nóng)村的發(fā)展做出自己的一份貢獻,為真正的小康社會建設(shè)而奮斗。
