德國申根簽證要求的親屬關系證明

去德國旅游，假若你是親子游，帶18歲以下兒童出行的話，那么有相關的親屬關系證明需要提供。德國使館上的說明寫的是：為證明您和孩子之間的親屬關系，您必須提供：經中國外交部或省市外辦認證過并附英文或德文譯文的出生醫學證明公證書的原件。

德國申根簽證要求的親屬關系證明：

1、需要提供出生醫學證明公證書

2、該公證書需要提供英文或德文翻譯

3、該公證書還需經過省市外辦代交中國外交部認證

辦理出生醫學證明公證需要什么材料？

1、小孩的戶口本（及首頁和小孩頁復印件）

2、小孩的身份證（及復印件）

3、父母雙方的身份證（及復印件）

4、父母的結婚證（及復印件）

5、小孩的醫學出生證明（及復印件）

6、孩子的大一寸照片三張

雙認證并非是指公證+外交部認證，而是指外交部認證+外國使領館認證，辦理德國申根簽證要求的僅是單認證。德國使館上的說明寫的是：經公證處翻譯公證并由中國外交部認證的出生醫學證明（或親屬關系證明）（原件+1份復印件）由此可知，我們需要辦理的是公證+中國外交部認證（單認證）即可。

特別說明一下單一方父母帶小孩出行的區別：父母雙方帶孩子出游的，做孩子的出生醫學公證加中國外交部認證即可。

父母單一方帶孩子出游，除了需要辦理出生醫學公證及認證，還需要由不同行的親生父母一方或雙方簽字的出行同意聲明，經公證處翻譯公證，并交由中國外交部認證。
