這次會議圍繞中國口腔醫學本科教育標準制定為中心議題進行較詳細研討，王松靈教授代表口腔醫學教育專業委員會做了關于中國口腔醫學本科教育標準的主題報告，詳細解讀了標準的制定背景和主要內容；國際牙科教育聯盟主席、美國太平洋大學牙科學院院長patrick j.ferrilo教授做了“全球化趨勢及對牙科教育的影響”的報告，介紹了美國

牙科教育趨勢、牙科健康情況和國際牙科教育情況；日本口腔醫學會會長、東京醫科齒科大學江藤一洋教授做了“日本齒科醫學教育改革的現狀與展望”的報告，介紹了日本開展口腔醫學核心課程和共同考試制度的改革情況，為規范全日本國口腔醫學教育質量，盡快與國際接軌提供了經驗；國際牙科研究協會牙科教育委員會顧問best h教授做了“教育研究的國際合作重要性及其發展方向”的報告，詳細介紹了教育計劃的指導和發展意義，分析了影響教育體系的因素，從臨床管理上強調本科生應該注重與病人交流，加強仿頭模訓練，注重服務質量、安全性和學習質量提高的重要性；泰國國立牙科學院prathip phantumvanit教授做了“泰國牙科教育課程：基于社區教育教學課程體系”的報告，詳細介紹了一種全新的口腔醫學社區教育方法和理念。他們的報告從不同角度展示了國際口腔醫學教育的現狀和形勢，也為國內開展口腔醫學教育改革

拓寬了思路。全國高等醫學教育學會名譽會長王鐳教授以“規范口腔醫學本科教育標準，提高人才培養質量”為題重點介紹了口腔醫學教育的成長與發展過程，用目前口腔醫學院校實際情況分析進一步強調口腔醫學教育必須重視質量，建立口腔醫學教育標準十分必要；全國高等醫學教育學會副會長、首都醫科大學校長呂兆豐教授所做的“醫學文化理念的錯位與醫學教育的困境”報告從文化內涵和發展的理念精辟剖析了我國醫學界當前存在醫患關系緊張現狀形成的原因，并提出建設性對策。中華口腔醫學會名譽會長、口腔醫學教育專業委員會顧問張震康教授所做的“大學的目的和精神——構建中國口腔醫學教育體系”，闡明了大學的目標內涵和求真務實的理念。中華口腔醫學會名譽會長、口腔醫學教育專業委員會顧問王大章教授的“再議我國高等口腔醫學教育的改革與發展”的報告，結合我國口腔醫學發展歷史的演進過程回顧，提出口腔醫學

教育的根本是基礎醫學教育，口腔本科教育與畢業后教育是“一根鏈條三個環節”。中華口腔醫學會名譽會長、口腔醫學教育專業委員會顧問樊明文教授做了“關于中國口腔醫學教育的思考”的報告，分析了口腔醫學教育現狀、存在的問題等。首都醫科大學口腔醫學院副院長白玉興教授介紹了出席國際牙科教育大會的情況，將國際口腔醫學教育的最新信息傳達給了大家，使大家對口腔醫學教

育的發展前景有了更廣闊的期待。首都醫科大學口腔醫學院白玉興副院長、中山大學光華口腔醫學院凌均棨院長、北京大學口腔醫學院郭傳璸副院長、四川華西口腔醫學院石冰副院長、上海交通大學口腔醫學院郭蓮副院長、第四軍醫大學口腔醫學院李東副院長以及湖北武漢大學口腔醫學院臺保軍副書記等就各校開展教學改革和教學實踐的具體體會進行了經驗交流，使大家在相同時間里獲得了國內難得的橫向的、廣泛的

教學管理信息。會議自始至終洋溢著濃厚的學術氣氛，大家互相交流教育教學信息，研討教學中遇到的各種情況。會議還分組對我國口腔醫學本科教育標準進行了認真討論，大家一致認為：隨著我國社會對口腔醫學的需求，我國口腔醫學教育近期發展較快，相對口腔醫學教育資源缺乏造成一系列矛盾正在顯現，非常有必要制定口腔醫學本科教育標準。

此次會議進行了新一屆口腔醫學教育專業委員會的換屆選舉，由57名國內各院校的口腔醫學教育專家組成。會議對上一屆卸任的專業委員會委員頒發了感謝狀，向新當選的主任委員、副主任委員、常委、委員以及青年委員們頒發了聘書。當選的新一屆專業委員會表示和全國口腔醫學教育界同仁一道，秉承老前輩開創的我國口腔醫學教育理念和經驗，努力探索中國特色的口腔醫學教育規律和人才培養模式，為我國口腔醫學教育快速健康可持續發展，培養多

層次口腔醫學人才，提升我國口腔醫學教育的國際地位共同努力！

這次口腔醫學教育學術會最重要的成果是初步形成了全國口腔醫學教育本科教學標準討論稿，它將從辦學宗旨、目標到軟、硬件條件建設上都對國內口腔醫學教育標準提出了最低要求，經過進一步細化，并與國家有關行政部門匯報溝通獲準實施后，該標準有望對對國內口腔醫學教育規范化辦學，確保人才培養質量，爭取多方資源支持口腔醫學教育，促進我國口腔醫學又好又快的發展起到重要的推動作用。

1.Prologue

Thank you, Mr.Chairman, for your gracious introduction.I am honored to have the chance to address you on this special occasion.The topic of my paper is “Transaction Cost and Farmers’ Choice of Agricultural Products Selling”.The outline of my talk as follows.The first part I want to introduce the background of this research.The second part suggests a simple household choice model.The third part covers the data used in this research.And then, we introduce the empirical results.Finally, a simple conclusion is given.2.Introduction

Well, let’s move on the first part of this topic.The motivation of this work like this.Institutional economics posits that agents making decisions on different types of transactions do so in a costly way.For example , farmers deciding sell a particular crop to whom base their decisions not only on the price they expect to receive in each market choice but also on additional costs related to transacting in these markets.I want to use a picture to illustrate it.For example, given some market channels, farmers’ choices can be regarded as equilibrium between the surplus and the additional costs that related to transacting.Especially in developing countries, high-value crop producers fully participate in the market and the transaction cost has been the hard constraint to farmers.Furthermore, Farmers’ market choices can be taken as a choice dilemma of transaction cost and production surplus.Consequently, the scientific question of this research is how transaction cost affects planters’ choices.3.Methodology
