尊敬的各位老師，同學們 大家早上好！

公元2008年5月12日下午2點28分，注定將永遠銘記在中國人民的心中。四川汶川的地震震驚了中國，震驚了世界。一幕幕震撼人心的畫面讓我們至今心緒難平，感慨萬千。面對無數的生命被埋在廢墟中，失去孩子的父母們對著廢墟呼喚，撕心裂肺的聲音響徹夜空。山悲水泣天垂淚，星黯云淡地含愁。舉國哀悼，國旗第一次為百姓而垂降，汽笛第一次為故去的生靈而哀鳴。

同學們，下午2點28分，汶川地震到來之時，正是學校上課的時間，有近幾十所中小學校在強大的地震面前瞬間倒塌、摧毀，許多學生和老師失去了生命。2009年3月2日，國家減災委、民政部發布消息，經國務院批準，自2009年起，每年5月12日為全國“防災減災日”。5月7日至13日為“防災減災日”宣傳周。本周就是5.12地震十周年紀念日，今年防災減災宣傳主題是：“防災減災，從我做起?！泵鎸Φ卣鹞覀冊撛趺醋瞿?？

1．如果正在上課，地震來了，同學們一定在要在老師的指揮下，迅速抱頭，閉眼，趕快躲在自己的課桌下面。

2．第一次震感過后，大概也就是在幾十秒鐘，仍然在老師的指揮下迅速、有序的，抱頭，撤離教室，在樓道里不要驚慌，不要喊叫，不要擁擠，避免踩傷，摔傷，沖出教學樓，沖向操場。

3．如果正在操場上上體育課，可原地不動，蹲下或趴下，雙手護著頭部，注意避開高大建筑物。

4．應該強調的是千萬不要跳樓！不要到窗臺邊上去！也不要到走廊的護欄邊上去，應該迅速撤離教室、教學樓。

老師們，同學們，雖然我們現在無法避免地震的發生，但我們可以通過掌握預防和減少地震災害的知識本領使損失降至最低。讓我們加強防災減災知識學習，共建平安和諧校園！

一方有難八方支援

北京時間2013年4月20日在四川省雅安市蘆山縣發生了7.0級地震。能量相當于400顆廣島原子彈，把無數陽光下鮮活的生命永遠地帶入黑暗世界。

談震色變。但我們不能向它低頭，在這重壓之下，將檢驗我們炎黃子孫的堅強風骨；在危難之時，將顯示我們華夏民族血濃于水的親密團結。我們應該不分地域、不分民族，關注災情，表達愛心。為此，作為中華學子的我們倡議：積極為災區群眾，伸出熱情的雙手，獻出我們的愛心，眾人拾柴火焰高，能力不分大小，捐贈不分多少，善舉不分先后，再小的力量也是一種支持。我們一定要昂起頭顱，挺起胸膛，眾志成城，抗震救災，幫助災區同胞重建家園助力。

災情就是命令，災區就是戰場。災難臨頭，抗災之急如火如荼，每個人都責無旁貸，有錢出錢，有力出力。惟有如此，我們才會少些哀痛，少些慘烈，多些溫情，多些溫暖。災難中，我們更應該堅強，災難中，我們更應該給彼此鼓勵!為逝者安息，為生者祝福！

一場罕見的大地震，降臨到四川汶川。僅僅在一段有限的時光，房屋便被摔倒，摔倒，摔倒。

受汶川地震影響，四川省德陽市東汽中學教學樓坍塌。在地震發生的一瞬間，該校教導主任譚千秋雙 臂 張開趴在課桌上，身下死死地護著4個學生，4個學生都獲救了，譚老師卻不幸遇難。

他只是一位平凡普通的老師，卻用自己的雙臂護住了四條年輕的生命。然而，上帝在讓她得到那些學生的同時，把她的愛人帶走了。她痛哭的表情，撕扯的動作，都在說著人間最簡單也是最重要的那個詞：愛。是 啊，為了學生的安危，他獻出一份老師的關愛；而面對早已在世界那一方的丈夫時，她又是撕心裂肺的痛愛。

“一方有難，八方支援”，是中華民族的傳統美德。
