出國留學面試準備技巧

每年美國商學院的申請被眾多學生們擠得沸沸揚揚，大家爭先恐后，唯恐自己稍微有所落后。有如此多的競爭者，如何讓自己在眾人中脫穎而出，如何讓自己在激烈的競爭中分到一羹獎學金，那么面試的重要性和關鍵性在這里就體現出來了。成功的面試不僅可以給面試官留下深刻的印象，增加自己被錄取的機會外，還是能否獲得獎學金的重要參考標準，所以，同學們千萬不能忽略面試的重要性，面試的準備與表現，與前期的文書寫作，網申填寫，郵寄材料等環節所占的含金量不相上下。

下面就談談該如何準備面試，以及面試中需要注意的問題和所使用技巧：

一、準備

許多同學在看到面試郵件的那一霎那，更多是興奮，喜悅，但是同時，不要忘記一個細微的小動作，就是要給發面試的人回一封感謝的郵件，這是最基本的社交禮儀。接下來，就是仔細確認郵件上面的每一項信息。

1、面試官的名字。如果是學校的工作者，一般情況是能在學校官網上搜索到相關的背景資料，有些還附有照片；如果是MBA在校學生，我們在準備的時候就要傾向于MBA面試準備，不乏他們會根據自己以往的經歷，問一些和MBA申請者相關的問題。

2、時間的換算。美國的時間表分為西部時間，山地時間，中部時間，東部時間，分別比北京慢16，15，14，13個小時，并且美國每年4~10月為加夏令時期，時鐘需往前撥快一個小時。這些基本的規律是每個學生都需要牢記在心的。

二、注意事項

1、面試工具的選擇。一般我們常見的是電話面試，現在隨著Skype的出現，越來越多的學校會傾向于用Skype，相當于我們的QQ視頻聊天工具。只需要從網上下載Skype的軟件，注冊賬戶，充值，既可以享受比固定電話打國際長途便宜許多的費用。并且，通過面對面的談話，面試官能清楚的看到學生的表情，表達方式，眼神等細節，更加容易拉近兩者的談話距離。但是這種方式也有一定的弊端，就是效果比固定電話差許多，對網速的要求比較高，如果學生用的是校園網，通話效果就更加不理想。所以，我們的建議

是，選擇Skype，就盡量在確保校園網網速比較好的前提下；如果選擇電話，我們極力推薦的是固定電話，可以避免手機信號不清楚，沒電等情況的出現，并且通話效果是這幾種方式中最佳的。

2、著裝。因為是視頻面試，所以我們對著裝方面的講究也不能有半點馬虎。既然是面對面的交流，那么得體，大方的穿著也傳達著對面試官的尊重，和重視程度的信息。我們比較推薦學生能夠穿正裝，如果沒有，可以選擇一些適合學生年齡的衣服，不要奇裝異服，濃妝艷抹，打扮的花枝招展或者像暴發戶一般。

3、心理狀態的調整。許多同學應該都會遇到緊張，心跳加速，手心出汗的面試前期征兆的出現。這就要求我們在正式的面試之前一定要有兩三次的模擬經驗，可以找宿舍的同學，好友，模擬當時的場景，一問一答式，或者聊天式，或者追問式，經過幾次的模擬，相信很多同學走入正式面試之前會增加幾分穩重，自信，少幾分緊張和擔心。

三、面試過程

可能許多同學都經歷過面試，但是面試究竟是起到什么作用，為什么要面試，真正思考過這些問題的學生應該也不是多數。如果事前連學校面試的目的都不清楚，那么在整個面試過程中更多是處于被動的狀態，被牽著鼻子走，沒辦法表現出自己應有的特質，吸引面試官的眼球，因此，我們來探討下面試的目的：

1、讓申請者展示其他方面的才能。這些才能是申請所提交的所有材料中所看不到的，你的談吐，言行，風格等等方面，只有通過面試，申請者可以更加直觀地，生動形象地表述自己的思想，見解，以及對學校的看法，對未來的規劃，對自己人生的態度。

2、對某些細節的進一步了解。如果面試官對申請者的某些材料感興趣，他會在面試的時候提出來，或者問一些更詳細的信息，這樣就要求學生們要對自己提交的每一份材料都要有清楚的認識，不要出現一問三不知的情況，連簡歷上寫了啥活動都不記得，那就出洋相了。

3、英語口語能力的證明。有些學校會對托福不到100分的學生進行面試，就是想通過這樣的方式來進一步確認為什么申請者托福不到100分，或者為什么口語不高分。那么，學生就應該抓住這個寶貴的機會來證明自己的英語能力，讓自己流利的口語來打消學校對自己的疑慮和擔心，用實際情況來證明自己是可以順利在異國學習和生活，語言交流完全不是障礙。

四、提問

每當進行到最后，面試官一般會反問申請者有什么需要提問的。有時候，獨特的提問也會引起面試官的興趣，然后他們會稱贊你提的問題好，接著滔滔不絕的，熱心地回答你的問題。如果細心觀察，我們可以從網上的面經上看到其他申請者之前提問過的問題，那么這時候我們就要避免問這些已經被問爛的問題，例如什么時候出結果，招多少個國際學生，而應該事先想一些比較獨到的，有特點，有針對性的問題，例如“金融危機下，商學院本身也應該承擔著一定的責任，那么學校會采取什么相關措施呢？”，這些宏觀性的，大局觀的問題，可以間接地體現出申請者本身的文化素養和知識積累。
