運動員安全保證書

萊州市中小學生田徑運動會將于2014年4月25日—4月26日在萊州一中舉行，為切實做好運動會期間的安全管理工作，積極應對可能發生的重大安全事故，確保運動會順利進行，確保運動員人身安全，特制定程郭中學運動員安全責任書如下：

1、交通安全。按時到校，有秩序地上車，不要爭先恐后，要禮讓。乘車時不要將頭手伸出窗外。來回學校時，注意交通安全，運動員不騎摩托車，不乘無證車輛，按時參賽，按時回家，參賽學生必須注意往返交通安全。運動會期間，無領隊、教練陪同嚴禁學生私自出體育場。

2、比賽安全。運動員運動前要做準備活動，運動員在比賽中要聽從指揮，不違章操作；無比賽期間，按照指定位置就座，文明觀看比賽，不得擅自離開觀看場地，嚴禁到比賽場地觀看、接人、帶跑，遠離標槍、鐵餅、鉛球場地。

3、食飲安全。不買不食三無食品；不買不食腐敗變質食品；不買不食色素較重的食品；此外，盡量不買不食散裝食品，盡量不買不食無食品生產經營資質的小作坊、小商店、小攤販經銷的食品，學生不食生冷、油膩、刺激的食物。午飯由領隊帶隊，統一在食品衛生絕對安全的飯館就餐。

4、財產安全。不帶手機等貴重物品、不帶現金，有比賽的同學將衣物交由我校無比賽的同學保管，以防物品丟失、損壞，造成不必要的麻煩。

5、身體情況。由于運動會強度大，對運動員的身體素質要求很高，因此，決不讓身體不過關的學生參加比賽，運動員寧缺毋濫。項目結束后，如有不適，應及時報告給帶隊老師。

6、友誼第一，比賽第二。運動會期間，要愛護場地設施，尊重裁判員，尊重對手，不在會場吵鬧，不和兄弟學校運動員發生矛盾。勝不驕，敗不餒。

7、星期六參加完比賽后，及時回家，回家后，有家長打電話給教練，確認已經到家。
