實習心得體會（AP模具部）

7月18日及7月22日于AP模具部實習兩天，此次主要的目的是了解模具修模的作業(yè)流程，加深對本公司產(chǎn)品制備的了解，同時認識相關的負責人，為后續(xù)熱處理積累基礎。此次實習的收獲與體會如下：

收獲方面：

第一，清楚了模具修模的作業(yè)流程。

(1)模具零件依設計圖紙檢驗，檢驗項目包括長、寬、厚及硬度等尺寸；

(2)模具零件備品鉗工加工倒角，裝配組立加工步驟： 模具倒角研磨油溝、模板厚度測量、沖頭裝配、模板組立；(3)模具組立步驟：

①所有零件及模板作消磁動作;②上下墊板組立于上下模座，輕敲定位銷作配合定位，螺絲鎖緊;③母模板組立于上下模座，螺絲鎖緊，檢查模板閉合后進行下步動作;④組裝母模板入塊，透光檢查落屑孔;⑤裝好脫料板入塊后背板鎖緊組立于上下墊板;⑥組立于上下夾板;⑦組裝沖頭待裝備合模;⑧組立于上模座，先鎖夾板螺絲，等高套筒，切邊沖頭等合模檢查模具閉合不可大于一個料厚;⑨組立上模蓋板及其主標準件等;⑩模具組立完成。第二，明白了精沖模具基本零件的作用。上下模板：墊高用機臺鎖固；墊板：防止沖頭后退；夾板：固定沖頭；導板：導正脫料板；脫背板：固定脫料板內零件；脫料板：亞料/脫料/沖頭固定；母模板：固定下模零件；母模背板：防止下模零件退后；保護套：保護模具內零件。

第三，認識了主要負責及操作人員。

體會方面：

第一，當某幾個事物或人相似度很高時，我們經(jīng)常說它們簡直是一個模子里刻出來的。這里的模子就相當于模具。精沖零件首先必須要有模具，可見模具對于沖壓的重要性。所以要保證產(chǎn)品的質量，必須要保證模具的質量不會出問題。

第二，在加工或者處理零件時，要準備備品以防止不必要的投入。第三，車間內一些設備具有一定的危險性，所以必須要注意安全問題。第四，搞設計必須要有工作現(xiàn)場的經(jīng)歷才能最大限度地降低所設計產(chǎn)品的不合理率.Internship experience(AP mold department)We practiced two days in the AP mold department on July 18 and July 22, the main purpose is to know the repair of the mold process, deepen our understanding of the preparation of the products of the company, at the same time to know the head of the department , making basis for subsequent heat treatment.The harvest and experience of the practice is as follows: Harvests:

Firstly, clear the mold repairing of the mold process.(1)inspect mold parts according to design drawings, inspection items including size such as length, width, thickness and hardness;(2)bench work processes chamfer for spare mould parts, assembly processing steps: Mold chamfering, grinding oil groove, templates, thickness measurement, the punch assembly, template assembly;(3)the mold assembly steps: ① All parts and templates for degaussing;②Top and bottom plate assembly in upper and lower die holder, hammered out a pin gently to make match positioning, locking screw;③Assembly template in the upper and lower mold base, screw lock, close template for the next step;④Assembly mother template into pieces, pervious to light to inspect exfoliation hole;⑤Packed into the stripper block type back lock and assembly on top and bottom plate;⑥Assembled in upper and lower splints;⑦All landowners assembly punch, wait for equipment or mould;⑧Was assembled in the mold base, the first lock clamp screw, such as sleeve, trimming punch, such as clamping check mold closing not more than one material thickness;⑨Pet-name ruby upper die plate assembly and the main standard parts, etc.;⑩Attending the mold assembly is complete.Secondly, understand the role of fine blanking die basic parts.Template: padding machine locking;Plate: prevent the punch back;Plywood: fixed punch;Guide: guide stripper;Backboard: fixed inside the stripper parts;Stripper: the material/stripping/punch fixed;Mother template: fixed the under mould parts;Button back: to prevent the lower die parts back;Case: protect the mould parts.Thirdly, knew the head people and main operations personnel.Experiences: Firstly, when certain things or people’s similarity is high, we often say that they are out of simply a mold carved.The mold is equivalent to die here.Fine blanking parts must have mould at first, so mold is important visibly for stamping.We must ensure the quality of the mould don’t have problem, making sure the quality of the product.Secondly, in the processing or processing parts, to prepare spare parts in order to prevent the unnecessary spending.Thirdly, some workshop equipment has a certain risk, so we must pay attention to safety problems.Lastly, the designer must have the experience of working site to minimize the failure rate of designed products.
