我校根據上級工作要求,并結合我校畢業生實際情況,對應屆初中畢業生進行了職業技能培訓,現已結束,特總結如下:

一、領導重視統一安排

為了使畢業生在走出校門之前有一技之長,掌握一門實用技術,學校領導非常重視,由校長主抓培訓工作,要求做到,有教材、有教室、有評估、有總結、有教師、有教案。

二、保證授課時數

學校安排初中畢業生參加培訓。

為了保證授課時間,實行培訓點名制上課。

三、保證質量

1、要求每個學生要做好學習筆記,按時交作業。

2、對參加培訓的學員進行了考查。

通過評估,參加培訓的畢業生成績全部合格。

對于應屆畢業生的培訓我們已認識到了他的重要意義,要為學生的生存著想,為學生的今后發展著想。所以,今后我們要向培訓工作搞的好的學校虛心學習,力爭下年取得更優異的成績。
